Out and About with Katy Perry

Like Miranda Kerr, Katy Perry has been spotted out and about in Paris.

Friday: Prior to heading to Paris to attend the Chanel show, Katy was spotted at Nobu in London wearing a black-and-white look from Marni’s Winter Edition Fall 2013 collection featuring a diamond-check pleated skirt, jacket and leather brogues, plus an additional cosy white Temperley London fluffy sweater from the Pre-Fall 2013 collection.

Tuesday: After the Chanel show Katy headed to lunch at L’Avenue restaurant wearing a printed Fausto Puglisi Resort 2014 top and skirt, which she styled with the Chanel ‘Lego’ clutch that she carried to the show. Reflective shades and black sandals completed her look. This is probably my favourite look of the bunch.

Wednesday: Keeping her love of prints going, she wore an Emanuel Ungaro Resort 2014 black-and-white dandelion-print top and skirt while shopping at Collette. I love the print and the mildly quirky touch of Westward \\ Leaning ‘Color Revolution’ sunglasses with neon-pink lenses.

LFW 1

Here is my red carpet wish list from the Spring 2014 shows presented during London Fashion Week.

Antonio Berardi: Of all the designers, Antonio’s was the hardest to select just one from, as there are so many looks I am dying to see on the red carpet. In the end I selected Look 4 for Rose Byrne. The actress, who loves blush tones, would look remarkable in this look. It’s soft and pretty, with delicate embellishments, yet the mullet hem gives the look an edgier twist than we are used to seeing from the Aussie star.

Barbara Casasola: The Brazilian-born designer has been steadily growing her celebrity fan base with the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Sonam Kapoor as fans, so I hope to see more of her pieces on the red carpet. Marion Cotillard would look amazing wearing this dual-colour black-and-lilac streamline frock. It would be perfect for a New York or London screening.

Anna Kendrick Front Row at LFW

Anna Kendrick has been frequenting the London Fashion Week scene over the weekend, sporting a host of eclectic looks—from sweety to sultry.

Julien Macdonald: Flaunting the fringe, the actress turned vamp-star in an embellished black mesh, body-con dress and pointy ankle-strap heels. Her no-makeup look and casual centre-parted strands needed a bigger boost to stand up to this statement.

Temperley London: At The Savoy Hotel, Anna channeled her inner flower-girl in an embroidered tea frock. The beige colour fell a bit flat, though, whilst a large Me Char ‘Edith’ clutch and heavy black platforms really weighed down the more diaphanous effect of the sheer lined dress.

Vivienne Westwood Red Label: She took the label into consideration when selecting her look that could only be described as schoolgirl-punk. It was classic Vivienne with a boldly coloured purple-and-yellow plaid pencil skirt matched with a sheer, white blouse and an eggplant, exaggerated-lapel leather jacket. Here, we also had another appearance from the never-ending white pumps and a slightly rebellious, messy low ponytail.

Longchamp Flagship Store Opening 14 Sept

Longchamp celebrated the opening of its London flagship store on Regent Street on Saturday evening, inviting a host of celebrity guests.

I was lucky enough to be invited and mingled with a host of celebrity guests across the three floors while being thoroughly entertained by Alexa Chung and Pixie Geldof, who were spinning the decks (see my pictures below).

Zoe Saldana: The beautiful actress, who is currently in London filming her next blockbuster ‘Guardian of the Galaxy’, looked effortless wearing a draped-front ivory silk blouse and shorts from Longchamp’s Spring 2014 collection, which she styled with a ‘Roseau Box’ clutch and taupe Louboutins. She was such a delight, happily posing for a picture for us.

Kate Moss: The model, who has a very strong connection with Longchamp having designed bags for the brand, was the one person who everyone wanted to see close up. She didn’t disappoint, wearing a sexy black keyhole romper with a unique whiplash leather belt, which she accessorized with a blue Kate Moss for Longchamp clutch for a pop of colour.

Alexa Chung: The DJ was in great spirits on the night, opting for a black vinyl Jonathan Saunders ‘Jemima’ bustier dress from the Fall 2013 collection to showcase her darker and sexier side, which she styled with a cute pair of houndstooth ankle-strap pumps. The ivory cardi was just for the red carpet.

Vanessa Hudgens In Temperley London - WWE & E! Entertainment's 'SuperStars For Hope' Event

Vanessa Hudgens had a great run promoting her latest movie, ‘Frozen Ground’, but it came to a screeching halt while attending the WWE & E! Entertainment’s ‘SuperStars For Hope’ event held at the Beverly Hills Hotel in California yesterday evening.

Even with her long wavy tresses tied up into a braided updo, there is just too much going on here and she’s total overwhelmed by all the beautiful gold embroidery on her Temperley London long-sleeved black tea-length dress.

The look was styled with a black Edie Parker clutch and black Saint Laurent pumps.

Does this look work for you, or was the dress to overwhelming for her petite frame?

Ashley Greene In Temperley London - 'The Mortal Instruments City of Bones' LA Premiere

Ashley Greene opted for a neutral look while attending the ‘The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones’ premiere held at the ArcLight Cinerama Dome in Hollywood, California yesterday evening while giving her honey-coloured locks their red carpet debut.

The ‘Twilight’ star rocked a Temperley London Fall 2013 crystal-studded shift dress, which she styled with matching platform pumps.

With nude glossy lips and no jewels or clutch to speak of, the actress completed her look with smouldering copper eyes.
