Olivia Wilde In Talbot Runhof – Revlon Luxurious ColorSilk Buttercream Launch

Olivia Wilde In Talbot Runhof - Revlon Luxurious ColorSilk Buttercream Launch

Olivia Wilde played the role of oh-so-chic hostess at the Revlon Luxurious ColorSilk Buttercream launch, held at The Royalton Hotel in New York City on Thursday.

The actress masterfully merged elegance and edge in a modern Talbot Runhof Resort 2013 black leather cocktail dress.

Her beautiful dress has a touch of sweetened drama with an unexpected skin-toned chiffon and eyelet overlay at the bust and sleeves.

While she pulled off the dress with ease, the gold metallic Nicholas Kirkwood sandals are a tad uninspiring against this strong look.

Black platform sandals, similar to what the designers styled this dress, would have been a power pairing.

I love how Olivia often perfects the fresh-faced look; I guess that’s why Revlon picked her to be their spokesperson.

Helen Hunt In Talbot Runhof – 2013 DGA Awards

Helen Hunt In Talbot Runhof S13 - 2013 DGA Awards

While some stars cut things short in abbreviated cocktail frocks at the 2013 Directors Guild of America Awards, Helen Hunt went long when she walked the red carpet yesterday evening at The Ray Dolby Ballroom at Hollywood & Highland in California.

The actress wore a floor-grazing Talbot Runhof Spring 2013 gown.

This one-shoulder silhouette has become a bit generic, as we’ve seen it on so many red-carpet occasions. The shape was flattering, though.

Done in black, the shade was safe and sophisticated, of course. But I would have rather seen Helen in a vibrant hue like the electric blue from the runway.

An Edie Parker clutch and side-swept waves completed the look.

Kristen Stewart In Talbot Runhof – Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences’ 4th Annual Governors Awards

Kristen Stewart attended the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Governors Awards in LA on Saturday evening looking surprisingly polished.

You were very disappointed by her last look, but on this occasion she wore a sophisticated Talbot Runhof Spring 2012 black-and-white dress with a lace bodice

This more mature silhouette by the German-based label, perhaps signals greater changes ahead for the 22-year-old ingénue.

Tousled waves, smoky eyes and a pink lip colour completed her look.

Do you like this much improved look?

Hannah Simone In Talbot Runhof – 2012 GQ Men of the Year Party

Earlier this week, Hannah Simone took to the red carpet along with Rihanna and Diane Kruger for the 2012 GQ Men of the Year party on Tuesday evening, held at the Chateau Marmont in LA.

The ‘New Girl’ actress sparkled, wearing a Talbot Runhof Spring 2013 dress.

Her black curve-hugging with cap sleeve dress was fully covered in rainbow-hued sequins.

I love the simple styling of this look, but I wish she’d opted for a more exciting pair of shoes rather than brown suede Jimmy Choo pumps.

Wavy tresses and glossy nude lips completed her look.

Carrie Underwood In Talbot Runhof – 2010 CMA Awards

Carrie Underwood was the host of 2010 CMA Awards in Nashville, Tennessee last night.

I absolutely adored her extravagant Talbot Runhof Fall 2010 gown.

I think this gown won’t be that popular with many people because the tulle layered rosette detailed gown is very different from what we’ve seen Carrie wear in the past.

It’s very dark, mysterious and dramatic and Carrie usually does embellished, frothy and cute.

She accessorized her look with a Swarovski crystal clutch.

Do you love it or hate it?

Check back later to see what Carrie wore when she presented the CMAs.

Who Wore Talbot Runhof Better? Selena Gomez or Carrie Underwood

Selena Gomez wore this silver sparkling Talbot Runhof Spring 2010 mini dress to the 2009 American Music Awards in LA back in November.

The dress was worn with Rock & Republic’s ‘Romy’ strappy sandals and a silver clutch.

Carrie Underwood wore this same dress when she performed at the “Brooks & Dunn’s The Last Rodeo” in Las Vegas last month.

She also opted for black heels.

The biggest surprise here is that Taylor Swift hasn’t worn this dress yet.

Carrie wins for me as she appears a lot more confident in her dress, plus I love how much she’s glowing.
