Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Fan Bingbing was also one of the attendees at the Mmax Future Pictures Festival at Guoan Theater in Beijing, China, yesterday evening.

The Asian actress wore a Tadashi Shoji Spring 2012 dress.

Some of you will be shocked to learn that I really dislike this look.

Firstly because this white-and-nude tulle cocktail dress washes her out, but most importantly because I’m so over those nude Christian Louboutin ‘Lady Daf’ pumps; she’s been wearing them since Fall 2011 Fashion Week. I’m praying she doesn’t pack them for Cannes.

The hat was aimed to add some fun to her look, but I don’t like the hat or the nude fishnet tights.

For me this is a rare misstep for the usually flawless Fan Bingbing.

Kaley Cuoco joined Kirsten Bell at the Beverly Hills Hotel yesterday evening for the 20th anniversary of the Alzheimer’s Association event, ‘A Night at Sardi’s.’

The blonde beauty chose a sweet Tadashi Shoji Spring 2012 dress.

Her vibrant yellow sleeveless tiered cocktail dress with a pleated tulle skirt and ribbon trim was great choice for Kaley as her red carpet choices can be a tad questionable at times.

Yellow is definitely having a red carpet moment right now, as Kaley is just the latest star on the long list of celebs to sporting the bright hue.

Octavia Spencer stayed faithful to her beloved Tadashi Shoji at the 2012 Oscars held in Hollywood this evening.

The ‘Best Supporting Actress’ nominee has worn the designer on almost every red carpet this season, so it’s great to see her don the designer for her big night.

Her custom hand-beaded, ivory silk/tulle draped cap sleeve gown perfectly skims Octavia’s figure.

On Sunday night Octavia Spencer attended the 2012 Writers Guild Awards in LA.

The actress continued her fashionable awards tour in a pink floral Tadashi Shoji Spring 2012 embroidered silk sheath, covered with a layer of gathered beige chiffon.

We’ve seen Octavia stay faithful to Tadashi Shoji for the majority of the awards circuit, and for good reason.

At this point, it will be a huge shock if she chooses any other designer for this weekend’s Oscars.

Octavia Spencer attended the 2012 NAACP Image Awards, held at The Shrine Auditorium in LA last night.

She took home the ‘Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture’ award for her role in ‘The Help’ to add to her growing collection.

The actress wore yet another gown from her go-to designer, Tadashi Shoji.

Her custom sky blue silk jersey gown featured a ruched bodice, draped sleeve plus it was accented with a jewel detail at the waistline.

I love the graduation from dark to light blue, and the fact that she’s wearing such a vibrant colour at this event as she’s tended to wear dark colours this awards season.

Silver peep-toes and aqua stone diamond encrusted tear-drop earrings completed her look.

Octavia Spencer took home the ‘Best Supporting Actress’ award tonight at the 2012 BAFTA Awards in London.

She wore yet another Tadashi Shoji custom look.

A black floral-detail silk skirt was paired with a tailored shirt for a chic simple look with plenty volume.

To be honest, I’m still unsure how I feel about it. My first thought was that she appears shorter than she actually is.

She accessorized with a black Yves Saint Laurent patent belt, Martin Katz jewels and on the red carpet she carried a red Judith Leiber clutch.
