Kate Hudson In Stella McCartney – Harry Winston Hong Kong Opening Ceremony

Kate Hudson celebrated the Harry Winston Hong Kong store opening ceremony on Tuesday (April 10).

The actress recently revealed she is pregnant with a girl, but one might easily forget that as there are no obvious signs of a baby bump in her Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2018 gown.

The slip dress has a sumptuous retro sentiment courtesy of the rich fabric juxtaposed with the alluring lace trim.

The uneven skirt lengths add an off-kilter finish while showcasing a hint of leg and Giuseppe Zanotti Sophie slingback heels. I think she could have pushed the detail more and tailored the panels so they would have had as much impact as the lookbook version.

Harry Winston jewels added some megawatt sparkle.

Samantha Colley In Stella McCartney – ‘Genius: Picasso’ London Screening

Samantha Colley was in attendance at the ‘Genius: Picasso’ London screening on Tuesday (April 10).

The English actress showed her spots in a Stella McCartney Spring 2018 maxi.

With the glistening leopard fabric and flowing silhouette, it had a bohemian mood that suited the event and was in keeping with her breezy style.

Pastel dangling earrings added a pop of colour against the subdued base.

My only wish is that she hadn’t posed with her hands quite so as it masks part of the cut-out design.

Zazie Beetz In Stella McCartney – Late Night with Seth Meyers

Zazie Beetz stopped by ‘Late Night with Seth Meyers’ on Tuesday (April 3) to discuss filming ‘Atlanta.’

The German-American actress lit up the room in a Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2018 jumpsuit.

I would love to see this ensemble from all angles given the punchy mix of stripes and zigzags. It still creates a striking effect when she is seated, showcasing both patterns.

Black pumps dressed up the look while the unbuttoned neckline added a sensual finish.

Kate Hudson Hosts An Intimate Dinner Celebrating Fabletics

Kate Hudson hosted an intimate dinner celebrating Fabletics on Thursday (March 22) in London, England.

Rather than wearing her own label, the actress donned a Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2018 ensemble.

The rich oxblood style had a striking vintage air with the mix of velvet and lace in the slip design. Her Adeam earrings and short hair enhanced the retro romance.

There was still a modern undercurrent with the track jacket contrasting the sumptuousness of the dress and playfully nodding to athleisure.

Cartier: The Exhibition Media Preview with Naomi Watts

Naomi Watts celebrated the Cartier: The Exhibition Media Preview in Canberra, Australia on Tuesday (March 27) with a black tie dinner before stepping out at the media preview the following day (March 28).

Black Tie Dinner: She struck a pose in a Preen Pre-Fall 2018 dress. The beguiling style had an air of romance with the dark thread in the lace contrasting the light-colored fabric. The delicateness of the frock was echoed with her Aquazzura ‘Purist’ sandals and soft hair. Her jewels and clutch provided the right amount of sparkle for the occasion.

Media Preview: The colour palette of her Stella McCartney dress recalled her earlier look, but where there was a dainty romance before, there was a striking graphic edge. Black panels emboldened the white lace giving it a modern, sporty finish. The gold zip across the bodice added to the sharpness while imbuing a hint of shine.

Which look was your favourite?

Drew Barrymore In Stella McCartney – ‘Santa Clarita Diet’ Season 2 World Premiere

Drew Barrymore made a dramatic entrance (in more ways than one) onto the red carpet for the Netflix’s ‘Santa Clarita Diet’ Season 2 premiere on Thursday (March 22) in Hollywood, California.

The actress arrived in a bold shade of lipstick red courtesy of Stella McCartney, which ensured that it wasn’t only her smile and charm which lit up the room.

The fluid, draping fit is a reoccurring theme for Stella, as is the cape-style silhouette, which offers both flattering coverage and eye-catching minimalism.

Perfectly styled with boho-inspired Neil Lane jewels plus a Jimmy Choo ‘Cloud’ clutch, I was very enamored the vibrancy of this look on Drew.

The ‘I [heart] Jake Gyllenhaal’ sign comes after Drew ranked three of her co-stars in a game of “Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts” on the Late Late Show with James Corden. The actress chose Adam Sandler as the first and Hugh Grant as the second, leaving Gyllenhaal last.

Katherine Langford In Stella McCartney – ‘Love, Simon’ LA Screening

Katherine Langford exuded retro glamour at the ‘Love, Simon’ LA screening on Tuesday (March 13).

The Australian beauty wore a custom Stella McCartney dress paired with Jimmy Choo shoes and Ana Khouri jewels.

A few different celebrities have stepped out in voluminous looks by the designer of late, to varying degrees of success, so I am curious to see how this one will go down.

Without the voluminous sleeves, it would have just been a strapless black dress with a tuxedo inspiration. The buoyant volume on the sleeves certainly adds drama.

Methinks the sleeves would have been better raised as they visually drag down the outfit.

What the ensemble does succeed in doing is conjuring a vintage allure while drawing attention to her beautiful face and undone side plait.
