Maria Bello In Salvatore Ferragamo - 'Prisoners' Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Maria Bello attended the ‘Prisoners’ Toronto Film Festival premiere yesterday evening held at The Elgin in Toronto, Canada.

The actress wore a Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2013 navy knit long sleeve turtle neck and a navy satin skirt styled with navy ankle strap pumps and a diamond encrusted cuff worn over her top.

Her part cosy, part sexy look has made me realize that when it comes to TIFF, there doesn’t appear to be a defined dress code like Venice or Cannes for example.

A few years ago it was considered quite a laidback event, but I find myself enjoying the variety of looks ranging from Nicole Kidman’s chic suit to Sarah Paulson’s Couture gown; as it takes the predictability out of the event.

Sharon Stone In Salvatore Ferragamo - 'Lovelace' LA Premiere

Sharon Stone joined Amanda Seyfried at the Los Angeles premiere of ‘Lovelace’ yesterday at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, California.

The actress, who made quite the unglamorous, nearly unrecognizable transformation for her ‘Lovelace’ role, was likewise worlds away from her femme-fatale fashion persona at the premiere.

Dressed in an all-black Salvatore Ferragamo ensemble, she covered up in an embroidered button-down top, tuxedo jacket and pants.

Black leather loafers with gold trim and a black patent leather clutch with a gold clasp finished the sombre, fall-inspired outing.

She wholeheartedly embraced the menswear trend. But I was left seriously craving some sizzle… a sexy stiletto, a contrasting feminine blouse, or even a bold pout (all three, preferably) would have worked wonders.

Armie Hammer In Salvatore Ferragamo - 'Lone Ranger' Tokyo Premiere

Armie Hammer attended the ‘Lone Ranger’ Tokyo premiere held at Roppongi Hills in Japan on Wednesday evening.

Looking very handsome, the actor wore a Salvatore Ferragamo suit.

His light-grey two-button custom-made suit with peak lapels was styled with a white dress shirt, midnight-blue patterned tie and navy polka-dot pocket square.

I’m loving the day-old beard; it adds a rugged edge to his dapper look.

Ryan Gosling In Salvatore Ferragamo - 'Only God Forgives' New York Premiere

Ryan Gosling looked very handsome on his return to the red carpet yesterday evening for the New York premiere of his latest movie, ‘Only God Forgives’.

The actor wore an off-white two-button Salvatore Ferragamo suit with a white button-down shirt and a pair of brown leather Ferragamo shoes.

Always one to embrace suits colours other than the standard black, grey or navy, I am delighted to see him hopping on the light-coloured summer suit trend which has been dominating the red carpet this month.

HBO’s ‘True Blood’ Season 6 Premiere Menswear Round UpA cast of handsome vampires (and a werewolf) came out to play yesterday for the season 6 premiere of HBO’s ‘True Blood’ at the ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome in Hollywood, California.

Stephen Moyer: Opting to go tie-less, the actor was the picture of relaxed ease on the red carpet in head-to-toe Ferragamo. Even with the dark navy suit appearing slightly crinkled, Stephen pulled it off with one glance of his steely stare.

Alexander Skarsgard: The Swedish stud wore a light gray Calvin Klein suit which was juxtaposed with a black tie. Polished and dapper… just like we’d expect.

Joe Manganiello: Taking an even more formal route than Alexander, Joe suited up in a double-breasted black jacket and slim-fit pants by John Varvatos, paired with a white shirt and skinny black tie. His scruffy beard and long hair put the edgy cool factor back into this buttoned-up look.
