2010 Pusan Film Festival – Lee Min Jung In Salvatore Ferragamo

Lee Min Jung was my favourite star to walk the red carpet at the opening ceremony of the Pusan Film Festival.

The actress wore a gorgeous Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2010 gown.

Her metallic burgundy haltered gown wasn’t as predictable as the others. I just love how she glows in this shimmers gown.

Once again the jewels are kept to a minimum as she completed the look with a black clutch.

Variety’s 2nd Annual Power Of Women Luncheon – Eva Mendes In Salvatore Ferragamo

Eva Mendes continues the run of great style at the Variety’s 2nd Annual Power Of Women Luncheon.

The actress wore a striped Salvatore Ferragamo Resort 2011 halter dress.

This was my favourite look from this collection, so I’m glad to see Eva daring to wear this dress as it’s not often we see stripes on the red carpet.

Many of you have expressed how you’ve become tired of nude pumps, so I’d be interested to hear how you feel about Eva’s choice of Sergio Rossi pumps.

I would’ve preferred a tan colour to complement the orange of her dress.

A white clutch and a white Ferragamo belt completes her look.

Front Row @ Salvatore Ferragamo Spring 2011

Asian actress Carina Lau was one of the celebrities in the front row for the Salvatore Ferragamo Spring 2011 presentation.

She wore an embellished Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2010 tunic with black tights.

The gracious star was happy to pose with my iPad which had the last post I did of her from Venice Film Festival.

Claudia Schiffer has to be one of the tallest women I have ever met and I’m 6ft 3in in heels.

The German beauty opted for a chocolate Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2010 turtleneck sweater dress with a leather/suede Ferragamo bag.

I do like this look despite being too Fall-like for a mild day in Milan, but I don’t like the black boots.

Full on chocolate brown would’ve been preferred.

Salvatore Ferragamo Spring 2011

Salvatore Ferragamo’s Spring 2011 collection was relaxed collection embracing minimalist luxury.

Nothing too dramatic, nor over-the-top nor sparkly. Just relaxed comfortable pieces which wouldn’t be out of place on a safari vacation.

Most of the pieces were loose allowing plenty of movement on the runway.

Despite seeing so much colour in Milan I did love the muted colours which dominated this collection.

Nude, biscuit, caramel and white was presented alongside eggplant, teal, olive, turquoise and one light denim look.

Start hitting the gym now because you’ll need washboard abs for many of the cropped tops.

We also saw maxi dresses, crochet swimsuits, safari jackets, bikinis, pant suits, mini dresses, peasant dresses and evening gowns.

Luxe head-scarves were worn with almost every look.

Other key accessories include leather bags, croc bags, crochet bags, belts, strappy sandals with gold details and sunglasses.

Front Row: Claudia Schiffer, Jada Pinkett-Smith and Carina Lau

Favourites: Lemon pant suit with cropped knit top and eggplant maxi dress

Who I See Wearing This Collection: Angelina Jolie, Megan Fox, Dree Hemingway, Carina Lau, Poppy Delevigne, Claudia Schiffer and Emmy Rossum

2010 Toronto Film Festival – Megan Fox In Armani Privé & Salvatore Ferragamo

Megan Fox had the crowd going wild as she walked the red carpet for the “Passion Play” Premiere during the 2010 Toronto Film Festival.

She looked gorgeous wearing an Armani Privé Fall 2010 pale pink strapless cocktail dress.

Her shortened dress had a fitted bodice, diagonal pleating gathered at the waist, and was accented by a metal and lacquer brooch.

I love the dress on her, but I wish she’d kept those 2 or 3 inches she took off the length.

It’s a small amount, but I think it would’ve made a big difference.

Nude pumps complete the look.

Megan arrived for the photocall of “Passion Play” wearing a Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2010 mini dress.

The olive green dress has gold stripes and a green suede belt with gold metal buckle.

She completes her look with grey pumps.

“Salt” Japan & Seoul Premiere – Angelina Jolie In Atelier Versace & Colleen Atwood

I’m not officially back from vacation until Sunday, but I’ve really missed blogging – more than I expected – so I’m recharged and ready to get back to it.

Some of you didn’t quite see the big deal in Angelina Jolie’s red Atelier Versace gown at the Moscow Premiere, but considering the rest of her looks have been quite underwhelming since last Sunday have you changed your mind?

For the “Salt” Premiere in Japan her Atelier Versace Fall 2000 black chiffon high neck gown with a thigh-high slit and open back was incredibly sexy.

I loved the bun with the high neckline.

I’ve noticed that when it comes to her black looks Angelina loves to add emerald earrings for a pop of colour.

My major problem with this look was the back, and I’m surprised no one picked up on it.

From the back you can not only see the white label, but you can also see her nude thong.

This would’ve been my favourite look had it not been for that exposure and if she’s worn the purple version.

Gucci heels completed her look.

Angelina wore a black L’Agence long tank dress in to the Seoul press conference of her new movie this week.

The shapeless dress fails to excite despite her adding nude heels.

For the premiere that same day Angelina opted for yet another black frock, this time she wore a strapless Colleen Atwood super fitted dress teamed with Gucci heels.

For the “Salt” Japan press conference Angelina wore a Salvatore Ferragamo black silk blouse with shawl collar and black silk pants.

She broke up the all black look with Ferragamo cream leather peep-toe heels.

She also wore Salvatore Ferragamo nude leather pumps with metal heel for the “Salt” photo call in Moscow. Her ivory blouse and black pencil skirt were both by Dolce & Gabbana.

Loving the red lips here.

The “Salt” London premiere takes place on August 17, I’m hoping she wows on that occasion.

Which look do you favour?
