Rosie Huntington-Whiteley In Saint Laurent – The BRIT Awards 2018

Fresh from New York Fashion Week, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley dazzled on the red carpet this evening (February 21) for The Brit Awards 2018 in London.

Now this ode to the ’80s I can fully get behind.

I love how the sequins and the dramatic fan volume combine for a revamped take on Saint Laurent’s signature LBDs which perfectly embodies the label’s rock’n’roll aesthetic.

Styled with tights, a Saint Laurent ‘Fetish’ clutch and Saint Laurent ‘Tower’ pumps, Rosie looks ready to get her party on.

Charlize Theron In Saint Laurent & Alexander Wang – NASCAR Cup Series 60th Annual Daytona 500

Charlize Theron was on hand at the NASCAR Cup Series 60th Annual Daytona 500 on Sunday (February 18) in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Rather than going for an obvious racing theme, she took a more punk rock approach with a Saint Laurent ‘Patti Smith’ t-shirt and Alexander Wang Spring 2018 leather trousers.

It was sophisticated yet cool and had just the right tone for the event.

The Gianvito Rossi ‘Portofino’ sandals combined with the tucked-in tee make her legs look miles long.

2018 BAFTAs Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

A few men were in the mix at the 2018 BAFTAs on Sunday (February 18) at Royal Albert Hall in London, England.

Nicholas Hoult: The actor was looking plenty handsome in a Tom Ford tuxedo that represented the best of tried-and-true, classic form.

Timothée Chalamet: This long and lean Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello suit was right within Timothée’s wheelhouse. I especially liked the crisp, folded detail of the white dress underneath that proved extra-smart and sleek.

Daniel Kaluuya: Winner of the EE Rising Star Award, the ‘Get Out’ actor suited up in a Burberry ensemble that was no ordinary tuxedo. Not only was it sharp, it delivered a little something-something extra in the embellished detail, which he completed with a Time’s Up pin.

Rachel Brosnahan In Saint Laurent – 70th Annual Writers Guild Awards New York

Rachel Brosnahan attended the 2018 Writers Guild Awards New York on Sunday (February 11) in New York City.

I’ve grown so used to the actress in pretty pale hued gowns, that this Saint Laurent Spring 2018 jumpsuit came as quite a shock to me.

Talk about taking a step (or in this case; leap) outside of your comfort zone.

The look felt effortlessly cool. I don’t get a sense of her trying to be something she’s not here. So maybe we shouldn’t write her off as a one-trick pony.

Juliette Binoche In Saint Laurent – 23rd Lumieres Awards Ceremony

Juliette Binoche attended the 23rd Lumieres Awards Ceremony on Monday (February 5) in Paris, France.

I can’t help but be charmed by this Saint Laurent Fall 2017 borrowed-from-the-boys suit.

Crafted in sumptuous black velvet, Anthony Vaccarello doesn’t forget to update this classic piece with contemporary luxe twist thanks to the crystal-embellished shirt for a dose of modern glam.

11th Annual GRAMMY Week Event Honoring Alicia Keys (in Saint Laurent)

Alicia Keys was the women of the hour at the 11th Annual GRAMMY Week Event, which was held in her honor, at The Rainbow Room on Thursday (January 25) in New York City.

The singer mixed hard and soft elements with her Saint Laurent Fall 2017 ensemble.

There were juxtapositions in her embellished top and the pleated leather skirt themselves, but when they were combined together, the impact was even stronger.

The sharp shoulders strengthened the girlish nature of the pleated skirt, with the Alaïa ‘Bombe’ sandals heightening the dynamic mix.

The black colour palette ensured everything came together in an edgy, glamorous finish.

16th Sidaction

There was a bounty of beauties at the 16th Sidaction event, which is part of the Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture Spring Summer 2018 season, on Thursday (January 25) in Paris, France.

Melanie Thierry: I did a double take when I saw the actress as her blonde hair has been dyed a striking ginger shade. It was offset with the jeweled embellishment on her Miu Miu outfit. The beige coat could be deemed too casual by some, but it had an insouciant allure.

Isabelle Huppert: The ‘Elle’ actress proved the beauty of simplicity in an Azzaro Fall 2017 Couture gown. The diagonal detailing had a captivating wrap-around event that showcased her incredible figure.

Elodie Bouchez: Skinny pants plus a mannish blazer is a favourite silhouette of many. She took her Saint Laurent separates further adding a shimmering shirt and supersized earrings. It could have had 80s power suit connotations, but the dark colour palette and tailoring made it feel au courant.
