2018 Producers Guild Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The 2018 Producers Guild Awards was the event to attend in Los Angeles on Saturday (January 20), with a host of star making appearances.

Holly Hunter: While this look isn’t going to remain in our minds for long, I love the high waist and geometric-print bodice on the Elizabeth Kennedy Spring 2017 gown. A perfect blowout and arms that are giving us all major workout inspo are keeping Holly on the fashion map.

Timothee Chalamet: The ‘Call Me By Your Name’ actor has certainly been stretching his fashion legs his first award season, and continues to experiment. Since we have mostly seen him in more shrunken styles, this slightly oversized double-breasted jacket seems to be a departure. I’m not crazy about it on its own, but I like it as a entry into his overall body of red carpet ‘work’.

Leslie Mann: I consider Leslie to be one of the most underrated stars to regularly grace the red carpet, and this Reem Acra gown, paired with Irene Neuwirth jewels proves my point: The gown has absolutely everything I love in a gown: Bright colors, a gorgeous print, exquisite detailing and and overall joyful vibe. Thanks for never letting me down, Leslie.

Chrissy Teigen In Rhea Costa & Tadashi Shoji – GQ Party & Nobel Peace Prize Banquet

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have been busy, first attending a GQ dinner party on Thursday (December 7) in Los Angeles, California. Then the couple stepped out at the official banquet in honour of the Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, ICAN at the Grand Hotel in Oslo, Norway on Sunday (December 10).

GQ Party: I was so wrapped up in the romance of this Rhea Costa dress that I forgot that the model is pregnant. The Vardui Kara and EFFY Jewelry sparklers and the golden Tyler Ellis small Perry clutch bring out the rich pink fabric for an enchanting effect. The outfit is very effortless even with the high slit and doorknocker-sized earrings.

Nobel Peace Prize Banquet: The model appears to be in a pink mood, this time wearing a Tadashi Shoji Fall 2017 Persian rose devoré velvet bell sleeve evening gown with rose lace insets. The style was covered up but still had plenty of sex appeal from the chest cut-out. Vardui Kara and EFFY Jewelry accessories added some shine to the bold fabric. John’s dapper one-button suit was the perfect complement to the bold gown.

2017 Humane Society Gala

The Humane Society’s annual ‘To the Rescue!’ gala was held on Saturday (April 22) in LA, with a group of animal-loving stars in attendance.

Laura Vandervoort: The epitome of chic, Laura showed off the glories of the LBD’s counterpart, the little white dress, in this Rhea Costa Pre-Fall 2017 design. I love the subtle drama of the split sleeves and how she frosted the minimalist look with the sophisticated flash of accessories including an embellished bronze Kate Spade New York clutch and Bionda Castana metallic shoes.

Elizabeth Banks: Girly springtime flair was alive and well in this pointillist pink Fendi dress styled with complementary Prada shoes. The racing stripes down the front and sides added a welcome edge to the sweetness of the ruffle skirt, keeping the look from going too sugary.

Rooney Mara: This Burberry Spring 2017 ensemble paired ladylike, doily lace with a menswear-inspired dress shirt. But, despite the fresh, creamy-white hue, the look not only seemed ill-fitted but also a bit drab and ageing on Rooney.

Catherine Zeta Jones In Rhea Costa – Premiere Of FX Network’s ‘Feud: Bette And Joan’

Catherine Zeta Jones was at the premiere of FX Network’s ‘Feud: Bette And Joan’ on Wednesday (March 1) in Hollywood.

Opting for classic elegance, she wore a Rhea Costa Fall 2016 off-the-shoulder gown with a minimalist mood yet one that still managed to make an impact by virtue of its black and white contrast palette and side slit.

I just wish the illusion straps of the dress weren’t so visible.

I’m so glad she styled the look with Olgana Paris La Delicate T-bar leather sandals, as their bow and ruffle detailing added a feminine flourish to the sleek lines.

2017 Oscar Parties Model Roundup

More models were also spotted at the 2017 Vanity Fair Oscar Party and Elton John’s AIDS Foundation’s Academy Awards Viewing Party on Sunday (February 26). Here is a snapshot of looks they strutted out.

Karlie Kloss: While her Naeem Khan Fall 2017 gown stayed true to her minimalist red-carpet M.O., the sparkle of embellishment and a seductive thigh-high side slit brought it to life. She styled the look with a Roger Vivier Envelope Flowers clutch. I actually much preferred this look to her first.

Joan Smalls: I would argue that the enticing, dark sapphire hue and the precision-cut sharpness of this Brandon Maxwell Spring 2017 top and skirt didn’t need the multi-hued choker or the magenta eye makeup.

Jasmine Tookes: With a sexy spin on a classic, one-shoulder gown, the model wore a black Thai Nguyen Atelier Fall/Winter 2017 sheer gown dripping in fringed embellishment and styled with Stuart Weitzman ‘Goforth’ sandals.

Robyn Lively In Rhea Costa & Blake Lively In SemSem – L’Oreal Paris Paints + Colorista Launch Event

There was plenty of love in the air for the L’Oréal Loves Galentines Day Party to celebrate the Paints + Colorista launch, which was hosted by Blake Lively.

Robyn Lively: The actress proved that a jumpsuit can be the seductive contemporary alternative to a dress. I love how this Rhea Costa one-piece was made even with more alluring with the open neckline with a playful twist thanks to her white Christian Louboutin ‘Corafront’ shoes featuring red hearts. You may remember that Angela Sarafyan wore the same jumpsuit recently.

Blake Lively: The actress wore her heart on her sleeve, and just about everywhere else with this pretty SemSem heart-print chiffon frock. We know Blake can go high-glam given the occasion, but she often can’t resist playful and unapologetically girly silhouettes like this. With a heart-shaped design teased into her tresses, the playfulness was tempered with a kick-ass pair of spiked Louboutins.
