Lily Collins In Ralph & Russo Couture – ‘Okja’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

For those of you who weren’t excited by Lily Collins’ photocall look, I’m sure you’ll be blown away by the Ralph & Russo Spring 2017 Couture gown she wore to the ‘Okja’ Cannes Film Festival premiere this evening (May 19).

I mean, who wouldn’t be charmed by the layers of lightweight silk chiffon which adds an ethereal spirit to this bright white floor-length, lightly embellished gown?

Factor in that stunning necklace, smoldering cat eyes and we have a BDOTY contender.

Do you agree?

Rihanna In Ralph & Russo Couture – Chopard x Rihanna Dinner Party

Rihanna co-hosted a dinner party to celebrate the Rihanna ♥ Chopard Haute Joaillerie Collection during Cannes Film Festival on Thursday (May 18).

If you are anything like me, you would’ve been surprised to see Rihanna in this custom Ralph & Russo Couture tailored strapless gown featuring a black tulle overcoat.

Why?

Because it showcases a non over-the-top, soft, yet sultry side to Rihanna’s style we don’t see too often.

This is a gown which befits the grand occasion – something I love to see a Cannes – plus it possesses a regal quality, serving as a perfect backdrop to showcase those stunning Rihanna ♥ Chopard Haute Joaillerie Collection pieces.

‘Ismael’s Ghosts’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere Red Carpet Roundup

More stars took to the red carpet for the 2017 Cannes Film Festival opening ceremony and premiere of ‘Ismael’s Ghosts (Les Fantomes d’Ismael)’ on Wednesday (May 17).

Lily-Rose Depp: Her creamy-white Chanel dress had something of a Grecian goddess vibe. She embraced the embellishment by styling the look with gold Chanel Fine Jewelry and Gianvito Rossi ‘Portofino’ sandals

Charlotte Gainsbourg: Like Robin Wright, Charlotte dared to go short in a Saint Laurent silver-studded mini. Was it a chic, fun look? Sure. Was it right for opening night? I’m not convinced.

Eva Herzigova: More metallic came out to play in Eva’s Roberto Cavalli Couture gold-flecked gown that was a stunning way to see the designer represented at Cannes. A Roberto Cavalli Spring 2017 antique gold leather clutch, Roberto Cavalli Resort 2018 platinum sandals and Chopard jewels completed the dazzling look.

Araya A. Hargate In Ralph & Russo Couture – ‘Ismael’s Ghosts’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Araya A. Hargate was also in attendance for the opening ceremony and premiere of ‘Ismael’s Ghosts (Les Fantomes d’Ismael)’ at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday (May 17).

With a striking white Ralph & Russo Spring 2017 Couture look, the Thai actress celebrated her burgeoning baby bump in a figure-hugging white column gown.

Given the relative simplicity of the dress, the charismatic extravagance and whimsical movement of the furry, feathery cape brought plenty of delightful drama.

Chopard High Jewellery Collection, a sleek bun, and a rich, crimson lip contributed to the final glamorous flourish.

Fan Bingbing In Ralph & Russo Couture – 2017 Cannes Film Festival Jury Photocall

Fan Binbging joined fellow jury member Jessica Chastain for the jury photocall for the 70th Cannes Film Festival this afternoon (May 17).

Couture might seen OTT for a photocall, but 1. this is Cannes and 2. this is Fan Bingbing, and if there was such a rule I doubt she would follow it.

And that’s why I love her. I mean who doesn’t like some polished elegance in the form of Ralph & Russo on a sunny afternoon?

The off-the-shoulder style blazer does serve up a fresh take on the classic skirt suit, plus I love that Fan opted for single sole shoes.

I just wish she kept the runway belt, hers takes a slight shine off the look.
