Couturier of the Year 2015 – Ralph & Russo Couture

Couturier of the Year 2015

Couture confections generally have the most hypnotizing effect on the red carpet. And Ralph & Russo Couture have positively mesmerized with their entrancing statement-makers.

A combination of pure architectural grace and charismatic enchantment, the often-directional pieces are nothing short of works of art.

The real power is in Ralph & Russo Couture’s simultaneous ability to translate a powerful strength of form while maintaining the height of delicate femininity.

Erin O’Connor, Paz Vega, and Fan Bingbing are some of the stars that have brilliantly brought to life the couture designs that are a natural pairing with the most anticipated red carpets the likes of the Cannes Film Festival and beyond.

The only natural response is to stop and stare at these creations, and thus you will be forgiven for gazing too long.

2015 British Fashion Awards Red Carpet Roundup

2015 British Fashion Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup from the 2015 British Fashion Awards which took place on Monday (November 23) in London, England.

Olga Kurylenko: Giving Gaga a run for her money when it comes to being best dressed at this event, the beautiful actress wore a Dolce & Gabbana frock which showcased her gorgeous figure. Granted this silhouette is nothing new from the Italy design duo, but you can’t argue how effective it continues to be. The look was styled with Star Diamond earrings plus a gold Charlotte Olympia clutch.

Alexa Chung: The British star wore an Erdem Spring 2016 dress which instantly made me think of that scene from the ‘Sound of Music’ when Maria makes outfits for the Von Trapp family using the drapes.

Mollie King: Where do I start? The ill-fitting dress, the awful hair or the makeup/deodorant stains on her dress?

Michelle Dockery In Ralph & Russo Couture – 2015 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards

Michelle Dockery In Ralph & Russo Couture - 2015 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards

Michelle Dockery attended the 2015 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards held at Claridges Hotel on Tuesday (November 3) in London, England, where she received the ‘Television Icon’ award.

The actress looked divine wearing a Ralph & Russo Fall 2015 white tailored jumpsuit with a draped neckline and sensual open back.

While I can’t say I’m 100% on board with the black cherry lip, her overall elegance is selling the look to me, despite the incredibly poor lighting (and/or photography) at this event.

Gwyneth Paltrow attended the amfAR Inspiration Gala held at Milk Studios on Thursday (October 29) in Hollywood, California.

Continuing her impressive form from earlier in the week, the actress wore a Ralph & Russo Spring 2015 Couture delicate gown; cut in an Old Hollywood-inspired fashion which offers breathtaking elegance.

Adding extra dazzle courtesy of the host Harry Winston, the look was completed with perfectly coiffed tresses.

Monica Bellucci In Ralph & Russo Couture – ‘Spectre’ London Premiere

Monica Bellucci In Ralph & Russo F 15 Couture - 'Spectre' London Premiere

Monica Bellucci attended the premiere of ‘Spectre,’ held at the Royal Albert Hall on Monday (October 26) in London, England.

Flaunting her form, the actress wore a richly dramatic, curve-tracing Ralph & Russo Couture gown.

There were many things I liked about this dress—the lushness of the emerald-teal colour, the figure-flattering wrap silhouette, and the cutout in the back.

But the same favour does not apply to the ankle-biting platform heels nor to her hair which would have been far better serviced in a sleekly sophisticated pulled-back ’do.
