Nong Poy In Ralph Lauren - 33rd Hong Kong Film Awards

Thai actress Nong Poy took to the red carpet for the 33rd Hong Kong Film Awards in Hong Kong on Sunday (April 13).

The actress wore a red off-the-shoulder Ralph Lauren Spring 2014 cape gown which she styled with a matching red lip and subtle diamond jewels.

You may remember that Lupita Nyong’o wore this epic gown to the Golden Globe Awards earlier this year.

Should this gown have been archived after Lupita or does Nong Poy also do justice to this breath-taking look?

BDOTW 7 April

Emma Watson narrowly won the poll by 1% to be crowned best dressed of the week over Shailene Woodley in Zuhair Murad.

I was so totally enamoured by Jennifer Connelly in Alexander McQueen that she took the top spot for me for daring to be different and taking a risk which paid off.

On the men’s side the winner was more clear cut, with triumph for Douglas Booth in his Burberry Tailoring three-piece suit, which means it was yet another victory for the cast of ‘Noah’ this week, who were impeccably dressed throughout this promo tour.

Emma Watson In Ralph Lauren Collection - 'Noah' London Premiere

Emma Watson took to the water-print carpet for the ‘Noah’ premiere held at the Odeon Leicester Square on Monday (March 31) in London, England.

It usually takes something pretty dramatic (and a lot of sequins) for me to be swept off my feet; however, I was blown away by Emma in her stunning Ralph Lauren Collection one-of-a-kind white silk-cady column halter gown, which featured a pleated silk-georgette panel at the hip.

This is a refreshing change of pace, considering the majority of her red carpet looks for this promo tour have leaned towards a darker colour palette.

Sporting lighter locks, she swept her tresses into a neat updo, with a tangy lip colour, a Jimmy Choo ‘Carmen’ clutch, Anita Ko ‘Floating’ earrings and gold Jennifer Fisher cuffs rounding out her look.

Does this look sweep you off your feet?

David Beckham In Ralph Lauren - Front Row @ Victoria Beckham Fall 2014

The whole of the Beckham family was front row at Victoria Beckham’s Fall 2014 presentation during New York Fashion Week on Sunday (February 9).

Looking smart and all very well behaved, this was the first runway show for Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, with little Harper taking her front row seat for the second time.

Bursting with pride, David looked very handsome wearing a full Ralph Lauren look consisting of a Black Label navy blazer and Purple Label grey trousers, styled with a white Purple Label shirt, a yellow silk tie and a pocket square.

Whether he’s wearing Burberry Tailoring, Tom Ford, Belstaff or Ralph Lauren, the result is always the same: dapper and impeccably sharp.

Jessica Alba In Ralph Lauren Collection - Hollywood Stands Up To Cancer

Jessica Alba attended the Hollywood Stands Up To Cancer event on Tuesday (January 28) in Culver City, California.

The actress wore a Ralph Lauren Collection one-of-a-kind optic-white leather scroll-and-floral dress.

Her dress is so pretty, but I’m not so enamoured by the styling.

As stressed once before, I would love to see a white dress styled with something other than black accessories.

Working a perplexing dark-berry lip with her white frock, Jessica styled her look with black Jimmy Choo ‘Tarika’ sandals, an M2Malletier ‘Mini Fabricca’ pony-hair clutch with gold hardware, and jewels courtesy of Rona Pfeiffer and EF Collection.

Yay or nay on the styling?

You can buy Jessica’s Jimmy Choo Tarika Snake & Napa Cage Sandals from Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus.

Madonna In Ralph Lauren - 2014 Grammy Awards Performance

After hitting the red carpet at the 2014 Grammy Awards, Madonna also took to the stage on Sunday (January 26) for what turned out to be an emotional performance with Macklemore and Mary Lambert.

Considering the queen of pop has been an icon for equality for decades, it was no surprise that the singer teamed up with Macklemore and Mary Lambert for the rendition of their gay rights anthem ‘Same Love’.

Turning to Ralph Lauren again, Madonna changed from her black-and-white tux to a Ralph Lauren Collection off-white silk-cotton-sateen three-piece tuxedo with a white cotton floral-embroidered tie from the same Spring 2014 collection, this time adding a matching Murmur custom made white ‘Zest’ corset with suspenders and yet another Western-style hat.

Which look do you prefer? The red carpet or the stage look?

I think she rocked the hell out of the red carpet look. I’m not so keen on this look with a corset.
