Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Olivia Wilde attended The Variety Studio at Holt Renfrew during the 2011 Toronto Film Festival on Tuesday.

The ‘House’ actress wore a Preen Fall 2011 ensemble.

Her outfit includes a silk print long balloon sleeve blouse which has navy blue cuffs.

Olivia paired her dress with a navy wrap skirt with an orange panel picking through the slant.

The peek-a-boo element doesn’t work for me.

It feels too gimmicky and Preen aren’t that type of brand, so it would be interesting to know if this is a stylist improvisation.

The Preen 2012 girl loves colour and prints.

This uber-feminine collection goes on my list of favourite this Fashion Week. It had plenty of retro touches many modern twists.

The colour palette ranged from dreamy soft pastels, to colourful squares to pixelated prints.

There were plenty of ruffles on collars, sleeves and around the waist on the peplums.

I loved the cropped top despite envying the models abs.

These tops were paired with tapered pants, which were also paired with loose fitted blouses, t-shirts and chic tailored monochrome ruffle trimmed blazers.

Towards the end of the show we saw several black pieces which added an unexpected touch to the colourful collection.

The model sported 40s victory rolls created by Paul Hanlon at the Julian Watson Agency for Aveda. The orange blush and lip colour was applied by Val Garland at Streeters using MAC cosmetics.

I fell head-over-heels for the Aldo for Preen shoes collection which came in several styles and colours.

Marisa Tomei looked divine as always whilst attending the “The Ides Of March” photocall during the 2011 Venice Film Festival this afternoon.

The brunette actress wows in a Preen tron crystal-beaded dress from the Fall 2011 collection.

Her dress has a silver sequin and bead-embellished black top with an orange artful double-layered skirt, with a pleated front and long slanted front slit.

This is the perfect transitional look to wear at Venice Film Festival.

Everything about this look is so chic and effortless right down to her black strappy Pollini sandals.

The best thing about this amazing look is that I know she will go one step better at the Premiere.

Brit Marling attended the New York Premiere of “Another Earth” at the Landmark Sunshine Cinema last night.

The relative newbie managed to score the first look from the Preen Resort 2012 collection.

Her tri-colour pink and red t-shirt dress with an asymmetrical split was styled very differently from the model.

The edgy sandals are replaced with satin peep-toe Louboutin’s, and the leather waistband was replaced with a thin snakeskin belt.

I would’ve loved it had Brit kept the runway waistband to complement her peep-toes and LV clutch.

The “X-Men: First Class” New York Premiere is finally here.

I’ve been wondering how January Jones would dress her baby bump on the red carpet.

On this occasion she didn’t take her cues from Jessica Alba and Victoria Beckham, because she opted to show-off her bump.

She did so wearing a Preen Resort 2011 black and purple off-the-shoulder dress.

The dress has a gathered detail which sits above her bump.

I’m far from being crazy about this look, but she looks comfortable and I’m sure that was her main concern.

I do like however like her green and yellow eyeshadow which is an unexpected colour combination with this dress.

Prada patent heels completed her look.
