Sidewalk Style: Jennifer Garner’s Prada Dress

Fresh from her BDOTW win, Jennifer Garner sports a very different street-style look.

The mother of two is usually papped around town wearing jeans, a shlumpy tee or a plaid shirt, but wasn’t the case when she was out running errands yesterday.

Jennifer wore a very pretty Prada dress, which I have been obsessed with since seeing it in the Prada Bond Street store a few months ago.

Her mosaic tiled print blue and white dress was paired with a cute pair of pink ballerina flats.

Elizabeth & James Park wayfarer sunglasses and a Givenchy black crossbody bag completed her look.

Emma Watson In Prada – The Today Show

Emma Watson will be the main attraction on the red carpet at the “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II” New York Premiere tonight.

She kick started her stateside promotional tour with a visit to the “Today” show this morning in New York City.

The British actress wore a baby blue Prada pleated shift dress.

I love the adorable white sequin Peter Pan collar and cuffs.

I immediately thought of Twiggy when I saw Emma in this 60s-style dress.

Brian Atwood ‘Alexa’ pumps completed her look.

Do you love this as much as I do?

Dana Delany In Prada – BAFTA Brits To Watch Event

Prada Overload Award
Dana Delany attended the BAFTA Brits To Watch Event which was held at the Belasco Theatre in LA yesterday evening.

I’m sure she doesn’t mean to, but the former “Desperate Housewives” actress always provides us with red carpet comical moments and this is no exception.

Regular readers will know that Dana is a huge Prada fan and that she buys the looks herself as she doesn’t have a stylist.

This is clearly evident as I don’t believe that any stylist would recommend that their client match a baroque print Spring 2011 Prada dress with a Prada orange and black striped fur stole and a striped Prada clutch.

We get it Dana, you love Prada, but on this occasion the feeling doesn’t appear to be mutual.

Jennifer Aniston In Prada – Hand and Footprint Ceremony

Jennifer Aniston was honored with a Hand and Footprint Ceremony outside Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood earlier today.

My first reaction was “OMG.”

Can it be that Jennifer Aniston is not only wearing something colourful, but she also wearing prints too?

I cannot for the life of me ever remember Jen wearing a printed dress, but this Prada dress is a gorgeous print so kudos for Jen for finally taking that leap; if this is the first time.

Gucci nude peep-toes completed the look.

Anna Wintour In Prada – 2011 Wimbledon Tennis Championships

After nine days of the 2011 Wimbledon Tennis Championships Anna Wintour has finally made an appearance in Centre Court.

The tennis loving Editor-in-chief of American Vogue is currently watching the quarter final round match between Roger Federer and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga of France.

She is wearing a striped Prada Spring 2011 dress which has also been worn by Milla Jovovich.

Even though I can’t see the length of Anna’s dress, something tells me it’s considerably longer than Milla’s mini version of the runway dress.

Who Wore Prada Better? Eva Mendes or Elle Macpherson

Back in November, Eva Mendes was in Madrid to promote her movie “The Other Guys.” She did so wearing an eye-catching Prada number from the label’s brightly-coloured Spring 2011 collection.

The eclectic strapless dress features green and black stripes, bold baroque prints in lime green and orange and a ruffled hem.

Eva accessorized with only a pair of black Prada peep-toe shoes, letting the bright prints of the dress make the biggest statement.

She wore her hair down and kept her makeup fresh and glowing.

Elle MacPherson wore the same dress last week whilst attend a screening to launch party for “Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model” at the Soho Hotel in London.

The supermodel added a row of gold bracelets to her look, including a gorgeous snake bangle and a pair of sheer, peep-toe ankle booties.

Elle opted to style her hair in loose waves and added smoky eyeshadow and light pink lipstick to her look.

Both women look absolutely stunning in this dress, but their shoe choices leave a lot to be desired for.

Eva’s are uninspiring whilst Elle’s feel too dressy for this type of look.

Overall though, I think Eva looks the best as the dress hugs her curves in all the right places so she wins for me.
