Florence Welch In Prabal Gurung – ABC’s ‘Nightline’

Following an amazing night for Florence Welch wearing McQueen to the Met Gala, the British singer was seen out in New York City yesterday taping a segment with Cynthia McFadden from ABC’s ‘Nightline’ show.

Florence wore a look from the Prabal Gurung Pre-Fall 2012 collection.

The brown kaleidoscope-print silk georgette draped-back shirt and pants were styled with black platform heels and a Gucci ‘New Bamboo’ bag.

Florence has never been afraid of print and colour, so I’m not surprised to see her working this look.

Huo Siyan In Prabal Gurung – Mmax Future Pictures Festival

Huo Siyan was one of the many stars who attended the Mmax Future Pictures Festival at Guoan Theater in Beijing, China, yesterday evening.

The actress wore a Prabal Gurung Spring 2012 blazer, which she belted, with a short white flared dress.

I love that she opted for a solid-colour dress to allow her purple-and-cream floral-print wool-silk blazer to be the focus of this look.

Whilst I love the blazer, Huo Siyan lets herself down with disappointing footwear.

They just don’t work with her overall look and take it down a more formal, business-like path.

You can buy Huo Siyan’s Prabal Gurung blazer from Browns Fashion and Luisa via Roma.

Jaime King In Prabal Gurung – Jared Eng’s 30th Birthday Party

Jaime King was one of the many celebrities to help Jared Eng celebrate his 30th birthday this weekend with a blow-out bash at Pink Taco Sunset Strip in LA.

When I saw the actress wearing this Prabal Gurung Spring 2012 ensemble, suddenly the blue/turquoise hair made some kinda sense.

I really disliked Jaime’s new hair colour with her delicate Christian Dior gown, but it works with this edgier look.

Hair aside, Jaime’s look consisted of a floral-swirl-print silk shirt with turquoise silk scuba track shorts and black strappy sandals.

Has this look warmed you to Jaime’s blue hair?

Lynn Collins In Prabal Gurung – ‘Magic City’ New York Screening

Lynn Collins attended the screening of ‘Magic City’ at the Academy Theatre at Lighthouse International in New York City last night.

The actress wore a Prabal Gurung Fall 2011 red crepe open-neck dress with a single black strap and asymmetrical cuts.

Wearing the look without the belt and in a shorter length works for Lynn. Anything more would’ve made her look overly fussy.

I’m not crazy about the shoe choice, but this look is event appropriate and Lynn looks amazing.

Her short brunette hair was styled into a shaggy bob whilst she completed the look with a pink lip colour.

Jennifer Lawrence In Prabal Gurung – Late Show With David Letterman

Jennifer Lawrence did a quick change after her arrival at the Ed Sullivan Theatre, so I guess this is the dress she will actually wear on Late Show With David Letterman.

‘The Hunger Games’ actress greeted fans wearing a Prabal Gurung Pre-Fall 2012 dress.

Her black matte fitted jersey sheath dress with raglan sleeves has a copper laminated lace panel which has a waist narrowing effect.

On this occasion she opted for a half-up, half-down hairstyle, but she kept the same Jimmy Choo sandals.

Sonam Kapoor In Prabal Gurung – Maxim’s 6th Anniversary Party

Sonam Kapoor attended Maxim’s 6th Anniversary party in India last week.

The stylish beauty wore a Prabal Gurung dress from the Spring 2011 collection.

I’m glad she went back a few seasons to select this dress, as it deserved a red carpet moment.

The black cold-shoulder dress with black, white and grey embellished details also has feather accents on the base of the skirt.

I love the purple sparkling clutch, but I’m not so crazy about the taupe pumps.

A beehive ponytail, smoky eyes and a coral lip colour completed her look.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Jennifer Lawrence In Prabal Gurung & Elizabeth Banks In Bill Blass

BDOTW was really hard this week, which was just what we needed after the previous one.

You eventually voted for Jennifer Lawrence in Prabal Gurung as the best dressed, proving that she was the golden girl in more ways than one.

As I said during the week, Elizabeth’s run has been more impressive and consistent for me.

The magpie in me couldn’t split her Bill Blass and Elie Saab gowns.

In the end I went for the Bill Blass, because I loved the sleek silhouette and the matching clutch, plus yellow is not a colour we often see worn on the red carpet.
