Isabel Lucas In Prabal Gurung - 'ENGRAM' New York Screening

Isabel Lucas attended the ‘Engram’ screening held at the Museum of Modern Art on Monday (March 31) in New York City.

I just love her flirty Prabal Gurung Pre-Fall 2014 blue dress featuring tiers of raw-edged organza ruffles for a touch of textural and optical interest offset with a frothy layered skirt.

The master of powerful, edgy elegance strikes again.

Isabel did right by this dress by only adding black strappy sandals, subtle jewels and wearing her hair up.

Camilla Belle In Prabal Gurung - BVLGARI Presents 'Decades Of Glamour'

Camilla Belle attended the ‘Decades of Glamour’ event presented by BVLGARI on Tuesday (February 25) in West Hollywood, California.

Giving us our second Prabal Gurung dress on the red carpet in as many days, this frock hails from the Pre-Fall 2014 collection.

While I don’t have any gripes with this white windowpane organza 3/4-sleeve off-the-shoulder shawl sheath dress or the Bvlgari clutch, the Miu Miu dual-colour pumps are too clunky for my liking.

Working flawless hair and makeup, as always, she perfected the look with the host’s jewels.

What are your thoughts on her shoes?

Julianne Moore In Prabal Gurung - 'Non-Stop' LA Premiere

Julianne Moore attended the LA premiere of ‘Non-Stop’ held at the Regency Village Theatre on Monday (February 24) in Westwood, California.

The red haired actress, known to mix things up on the red carpet from time-to-time, wore a Prabal Gurung Fall 2014 fresh-off-the-runway frock.

Her ivory silk cloque draped dress with a navy, silver and grey paint-stained printed lurex jacquard asymmetrical skirt was styled with Gianvito Rossi ‘Carey’ black triple strap pumps.

While I like the sassiness of the skirt, I’m not a fan of the draped top part of the dress as it makes me think of body wrap treatments. However, I think Julianne was able to pull this look off, much to my surprise.

Jaime King In Prabal Gurung - InStyle and Warner Brothers Golden Globes Awards Party

Jaime King attended the 2014 InStyle and Warner Bros. Golden Globe Awards post-party on Sunday (January 12) in Beverly Hills, California.

This frock is the third Prabal Gurung dress we saw on the red carpet last night.

You wern’t too enamoured by Zoe Saldana’s look and were put off by Sandra Bullock’s for the lack of a belt and the slight creases, so how does Jamie’s Spring 2014 offering fare?

The actress worked a white silk-organza off-the-shoulder dress with contrast black tank-style straps embellished with Swarovski crystals, feathered organza, rose-shaped paillettes and hand-smocked chiffon.

Sounds like a lot going on, but the details blend so beautifully together.

Following Kate Bosworth’s black straps/black pumps Dior styling, Jamie opted to style her black-strapped dress with Casadei pumps in the same colour as her dress, adding a black Jimmy Choo clutch and statement earrings into the mix.

A severe tight bun and red lips completed the look.

Zoe Saldana In Prabal Gurung - 2014 Golden Globe Awards

Every gaze must have been directed Zoe Saldana’s way, as she posed on the red carpet at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards, held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday (January 12).

The actress, who is never one to shy away from the edgier side of fashion, debuted a ballet-pink and black frock from Prabal Gurung’s Spring 2014 collection.

The elegantly slim-line, pencil-skirt silhouette was given a provocative, futuristic dash of flair, given all that bold bric-a-brac that laced nearly every inch of the dress.

Punched up with silver flashing at the molded bodice and glittery flowery-like embellishment, it also featured an asymmetrical, sheer lace panel that shot through the bottom half and also showed up again at the slit of the back.

It was a sexy-sassy-quirky moment if there ever was one.

Matching blushing-nude heels and a pink Bottega Veneta clutch corresponded with the dress, while dainty Lorraine Schwarz diamond earrings, a slicked-back bun and red lip (no space-age lavender lipstick here) put a classic tinge on this complicated number.

Zoe has the distinct advantage of looking every bit as good as the runway model in this hyper-designed look. The complexity is what made this dress really tick—or for some, it may be its ultimate downfall. But the more I looked at it, the more I liked it, much to my own surprise.

You may remember that Fashion Critic had this dress picked out for Zoe Saldana on her wish list.
