Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Bérénice Marlohe gave us a totally different look while attending the photocall for ‘Skyfall’ in Berlin, Germany, earlier this afternoon.

The French actress was once again barely recognisable without her signature smoky eyes.

She opted for a fresh-faced look with nude glossy lips on this occasion.

Her Ports 1961 navy wool coat and matching pants would’ve been a great look for turning on the Christmas lights on the Champs-Élysées on a cold December night, but for an indoor photocall I would’ve preferred something much more interesting.

A Carrera y Carrera’s Tiger ring completed her look.

I had started to give up on Christina Hendricks, but she final found a figure flattering, chest covering look that was stylish and sophisticated for the ‘Ginger & Rosa’ premiere during the 2012 Toronto Film Festival.

The ‘Mad Men’ actress opted for a sleek Ports 1961 dress which had a side slit and magical waist-nipping abilities.

Gold accessories including a Jimmy Choo ‘Tube’ clutch plus Satori and Amrapali jewels perfected her look, with kohl-rimmed eyes, rosy cheeks and a pretty pink lip colour providing the finishing touches.

Do you feel this is a much improved look for Christina, or are you still unconvinced?

Drew Barrymore was in Washington, DC on Monday for the screening of ‘Big Miracle’.

She wore a Ports 1961 Pre-Fall 2012 dress.

On her last outing, many of you said you thought Drew’s looks aged her, so I wonder how you’re feeling about this blurred houndstooth-print dress?

Bearing in mind this look is for a screening, I do think it is event appropriate, but I wish she’d taken the styling up a few notches.

A clutch would’ve sufficed.

Viola Davis attended the 2011 New York Film Critics’ Circle Awards in New York City on Tuesday evening.

The actress wore a shimmering pink Ports 1961 one-shouldered dress paired with a Jimmy Choo ‘tube’ clutch and Sergio Rossi heels.

The metallic rose colour looks faultless on Viola; however, the overall look teeters on becoming too ‘tween’.

Her mismatched accessories don’t help, especially the bracelet which looks like a last-minute option.

A cropped hairdo and a deep berry lip colour completed her look.

We haven’t seen much of Jessica Chastain yet, but remember I told you that she has a staggering 9 movies coming out this year so I guess she’s pacing herself.

The One to Watch in 2011 attended the 2011 InStyle/Warner Brothers Golden Globes Party.

The red haired actress opted for a Fait Main by Ports 1961 dress.

Her beautiful pale pink sheered chiffon strapless gown with an ombre detailing is from a special red carpet collection created by Ports 1961.

I love how the dress complements her skin-tone rather than washing her out as I would have expected.

With her hair pulled back she styled her look with gold Brian Atwood ‘Kendell’ sandals and a dazzling clutch.

There were a lot of nude/neutral looks at this party.

My reaction to this was “Nooooooooooooooo. How could she?”

Kerry Washington wore one of my Top 10 looks from New York Fashion Week’s Spring 2011 presentations to the Conde Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards in New York City last night.

Her Ports 1961 Spring 2011 dress was worn with a white belt tied to the waist which takes this perfect embellished dress from a 10 to a 4.

I can’t even express how disappointed I am with how she styled this look.

What was she thinking? Especially with those batwing sleeves.

Sometimes I wish stars would consider that the dress is styled a particular way on the runway for a reason.
