Holland Roden In Naeem Khan - 2013 MTV Video Music Awards #VMAs

There was a lot of fist pumping going on when I saw Holland Roden on the red carpet at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards held at the Barclays Center in New York on Sunday evening.

Not only is she wearing one of my favorite designers, Naeem Khan, but she is also wearing the unique ball skirt over cigarette pants look that I have been dying to see on the red carpet.

The champagne colored look, which features a silver mirror beaded top from the Resort 2014 collection is one sure fire way to have all eyes on you without showcasing too much skin in the manner of Rita Ora’s look.

It’s a hard look to pull off. I expected someone taller to wear this look, but the petite ‘Teen Wolf’ starlet pulls of this show-stopping look with great aplomb.

Working a bold red lip, she scraped her red hair into a chic chignon completing her look with Rupert Sanderson peep-toes.

This is another one of my favorites of the night.

Teen Choice Awards 1

Here is a roundup of the rest of the looks from the 2013 Teen Choice Awards.

Anna Camp: The blonde beauty wore an Emilio Pucci powder-blue sequinned long-sleeved dress with lace and point d’esprit inserts and an open back, which she styled with silver Rupert Sanderson ‘Elba’ pumps, vintage jewels, a Kotur clutch and a chic topknot. You may remember that Selena Gomez wore this in black back in March on Letterman.

Brittany Snow: Also working a lace frock, Brittany wore an Oliver Tolentino green floral lace dress with a nude underlay styled with Jimmy Choo ‘Vamp’ sandals, a coral Oroton clutch – which looks very heavy – and a matching lip colour, with a braided updo completing her look.

Joey King: The ‘White House Down’ actress opted for a pretty lime-green Moschino strapless printed dress with embellishments, styled with gold sandals and a subtle pendant necklace.

Deepika Padukone In Naeem Khan - Macau Bollywood IIFA Awards

Deepika Padukone attended the Macau Bollywood IIFA Awards, India’s version of the Oscars, on Saturday night.

The gorgeous Bollywood actress, who won the Star Plus Audience Jodi of the Year Award, wore a coral floral metallic-beaded chiffon wrap-front gown from Naeem Khan’s Spring 2013 collection styled with nude platform pumps, red glossy lips and a chic updo.

This was Deepika’s second Naeem Khan look from the weekend; both are stunning, but this particular gown is on my wish list so I am delighted to see it off the runway and worn so elegantly.

Which of Deepika’s Naeem Khan looks do you prefer?

Deepika Padukone In Naeem Khan - ‘Chennai Express’ Music Launch

Deepika Padukone attended the music launch of the Bollywood movie ‘Chennai Express’ at the JW Marriott in Mumbai on Wednesday.

The stunning actress wore a Naeem Khan Fall 2013 floor-length navy chiffon slip gown with a deco-crystal-beaded bodice, which she styled with a pair of Amrapali earrings and black sandals.

I’m floored by her beauty, which is only enhanced by this breathtaking gown. I would neither add nor take away anything from this look. It’s pretty damn perfect.
