‘Tim Walker Story Teller’ Party Hosted by Mulberry

Yesterday evening Mulberry threw a soiree to support photographer Tim Walker’s new exhibition, ‘Story Teller’, held at London’s Somerset House.

The exhibition features images and props of some of Tim’s most iconic photographs starring Lily Cole, Lindsey Wixson, Stella Tennant and Karlie Kloss, who stars with Humpty Dumpty on the front of the accompanying ‘Story Teller’ book.

Helena Bonham-Carter: The actress who’s famed for her eccentric style wore a chic Vivienne Westwood grey suit with a two-in-one vest-blazer and a pin-striped skirt. I love the red floral headband. On some it would look ridiculous, but it give a quirk to Helena’s rather conservative look by her standards. A small Mulberry ‘Del Rey’ black bag completed her look.

Kate Moss: The supermodel gave a nod to military dressing by pairing a green jumpsuit, accented with a gold buckle belt, with a well-tailored black velvet coat. Ankle-cut booties gave the shapeless pant leg a more tapered look. Her black alligator Mulberry ‘Willow’ clutch is from the Spring 2013 collection.

Cara Delevingne: The model looked effortlessly cool, as always, wearing a cropped tuxedo jacket with a skull-print tee and black-and-white striped pants. Her Mulberry accessories included black studded leather sneakers and a ‘Maisie Clipper’ black suede bag from the Fall 2012 collection.

Next up for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on their Diamond Jubilee Tour was a visit to the Tuvanipupu Island.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge opted for a navy Mulberry Resort 2012 dress after wearing a run of colourful dresses.

The broderie anglaise sleeveless dress with a Peter Pan collar was styled with a navy patent leather belt, Kiki McDonough drop earrings and her Stuart Weitzman Corkswoon wedges which perfectly complemented the look on this occasion.

While Catherine’s makeup is lovely, the humidity seems to have taken hold of her usually glossy locks.

The actress, who has been choosing edgier looks of late, has tried again here with more success.

The Brian Atwood ‘Goldy’ sandals provide a pop of colour to her dark print dress.

Anna Kendrick In Mulberry – ‘ParaNorman’ LA Premiere

Anna Kendrick, who turns 27 years old this week, kick-started her celebrations early by getting dolled up for the premiere of her latest movie ‘ParaNorman’ held at Universal CityWalk in California yesterday evening.

The ‘Twilight’ star donned a cute Mulberry Resort 2012 dress.

Her pink metallic crepe dress was styled with cream Herve Leger strappy sandals, Kwiat jewelry and a nude Edie Parker shimmering pearlescent box clutch.

Opting for neutral makeup the actress completed her look with natural nails and wavy tresses, which have been lightened for summer.

Does this look give you a case of the déjà vus?

Well Rose Byrne wore the gold version of this dress back in September 2011 and Olivia Palermo has worn this look as a peplum top.

Celebrities Love…Mulberry ‘Bryn’ Bag

Mulberry bags have long been a celebrity staple, especially among the younger A-list set who gravitate towards a more flower-child-inspired style.

The newest Mulberry bag to take our ‘It’ girls by storm is the Fall 2012 ‘Bryn’ Bag. This smaller style shows a change in trends — no longer is it necessary to carry a satchel larger than the owner.

Style stars like Alexa Chung, Keira Knightley, Atlanta de Cadenet Taylor and Yoona from Girl’s Generation have all been spotted carrying the ‘Bryn’ in an array of colors.

Are you a fan of the new Mulberry bag?

How would you style it if you decided to add a ‘Bryn’ to your closet?

You can buy the Mulberry ‘Bryn’ bag from Net-A-Porter.com in blue,
Selfridges has the tan and red bag plus Luisa via Roma has the bag in red.

Fearne Cotton In Mulberry – Out In London

Fearne Cotton was spotted out in London yesterday following her stint on her BBC Radio 1 show.

On the hottest day of the year so far in the capital, the DJ wore a Mulberry Spring 2011 tiger-print dress.

I love how this ‘Apron’ dress has a slight vintage feel with its loose shape and delicate fabric.

Fearne added a mix of girlie accessories including round shades, silver jewels and a tan cross-body bag, with edgy chain-accented Topshop ‘Harris’ sblack sandals.

A half-up, half-down hairstyle and a red-hot lip colour completed her look.

You can buy Fearne’s Topshop sandals from Topshop US and Topshop International.

WTA Pre-Wimbledon Party at The Roof Gardens

Fashion and tennis collided at the WTA Pre-Wimbledon Party, held at The Roof Gardens in Kensington, London last night.

We have already seen Maria Sharapova. Here are the rest of the attendees who took to the green carpet.

Serena Williams: The tennis ace was once again dressed by Burberry for this annual event. Her purple taffeta frock with black sheer straps was styled with black t-bar sandals and a selection of silver jewels. The thing I love most about her look are her voluminous curls.

Ana Ivanovic: The young star wore a pretty Matthew Williamson feather-accented frock which complemented her statuesque frame. The stunning lace dress also features a cluster of gold paillettes and beaded details. It may seem like quite a lot of detail, but she carries it off with great aplomb. She accessorized with Christian Louboutin matching heels with a gold toe-cap and a mahogany clutch.
Whilst I love the elegant updo, I wish she applied fake tan to her feet. I guess that is what happens when training in sunny conditions wearing thick tennis socks.

Anne Keothavong: The British number one ranked player wore a baroque-inspired Alexander McQueen ‘Fil’ coupé jacquard green-and-black dress. She styled her look with tights (it’s been a while since I saw tights on the red carpet), black pumps (the same can’t be said for those) and a sweeping ponytail.
