Vogue Paris Foundation Dinner Red Carpet Roundup

A collection of models likewise turned out for the Vogue Paris Foundation dinner on Tuesday (July 4).

Lily Aldridge: At the height of classic elegance—with a notion of plunging sultriness—this Ralph Lauren white blazer and black trousers showed the sexy side of menswear-inspired tailoring.

Kendall Jenner: Donning a Mugler mini, this look had all the hallmarks of the designer with its strong, pointed shoulder, body-skimming silhouette, and leggy M.O. But, on Kendall, it maintained a fresh edge with her gorgeous gemstone earrings and sleek high bun.

Karolina Kurkova: The complexity of this wolf-printed Balmain cold-shoulder dress and its collection of fringe, embellishment and exaggerated sleeves, was no match for Karolina’s style prowess as she wore it with ease. But, there will be no denying that it would have been so much more well-suited for a fall engagement—especially with the suede legging boots.

Emily Ratajkowski In Mugler – Vogue Paris Foundation Dinner

If you follow Emily Ratajkowski on Instagram, perhaps your reaction to her at the Vogue Paris Foundation dinner on Tuesday (July 4) was the same as mine.

“This is this the most clothing I have seen her in all summer.”

Swapping her lived-in bikinis for a Mugler Resort 2018 black gown; her red carpet M.O. remained sultry with the slits and plunging neckline.

Legs or boobs is not a rule that will ever apply to Emily, but she did keep the styling simple to allow the dress to take center stage.

Suki Waterhouse In Mugler – ‘The Bad Batch’ New York Rooftop Screening

Suki Waterhouse brought a new meaning to the power suit on Wednesday (June 21) with her appearance at ‘The Bad Batch’ New York Rooftop screening.

She demanded attention in her bold jacket dress from Mugler’s Fall 2017 collection.

The extreme pointed shoulders gave a retro feel which was mirrored in Suki’s eccentric blue eyeshadow and tousled hair.

I particularly love the contrast of the classic black lapels with the midnight blue shine of the fabric.

There was a fun disco-vibe to this look, but did this edgy ensemble look better on the runway?

Jessica Chastain In Mugler – ‘Miss Sloane’ Madrid Photocall

Not long after hanging up her 2017 Met Gala gown, Jessica Chastain was back on the red carpet for the ‘Miss Sloane’ photocall in Madrid on Wednesday (May 3).

Dressed from top to toe in the shade of emerald-green that she wears so well, she took a Mugler Pre-Fall 2017 frock out for a spin.

The look exudes classic, feminine sophistication with the elegance we can always anticipate from Jessica.

Were you missing a bolder lip to further bring the look to life?

Reese Witherspoon In Mugler – 2017 Met Gala

Reese Witherspoon hit the blue carpet of the 2017 Met Gala on Monday (May 1).

The A-Lister wore a custom Mugler gown, which, unfortunately ages her a bit. I would be thrilled to see this gown on Jane Fonda or Helen Mirren, but for Reese, it just feels really mature.

I do love the striking shade or blue, and the asymmetrical sleeve drama is quite visually stimulating.

Overall, this definitely doesn’t push the fashion envelope very hard, but considering how traditionally Reese typically dresses, I think we have to give her props for getting ever-so-slightly outrageous.
