2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show After Show Party

The 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show After Party took place on Monday (November 20) in Shanghai, China, with a wide ranging mix of styles.

I decided to split them into categories this year staring with: My Favourites.

Cindy Bruna: This Brandon Maxwell Spring 2017 suit originally stormed the runway with a blouse, but Cindy made the look her own by opting to go without.  The excessive boobage might turn off some, but I’m more intrigued by the impeccable tailoring.

Maria Borges: I’m a huge fan of Maria’s style, but I was blown away when she opted to wear this Tiffany Amber gown which proudly showcased her African roots. The dress, the belt and head wrap are gorgeous, but it’s the ‘going against the grain’ statement which I find most endearing.

Jourdana Phillips: You can’t get much chicer than a cream tuxedo dress styled with gold Giuseppe Zanotti rose-gold sandals.

Hailee Steinfeld In Mugler & Nicolas Jebran Couture – 2017 American Music Awards

Hailee Steinfeld hit the red carpet ahead of her performance at the 2017 American Music Awards on Sunday (November 19) in LA.

While a pantsuit maybe considered nothing new, Hailee found a way to make it edgy and cool thanks to this Mugler Fall 2017 look incorporating a leather crop top and power shoulders for the gods.

I love how this nods to the 80s, yet still felt so modern and current.

Amber Heard In Mugler – 2017 GQ Men Of The Year Awards

Amber Heard joined Ansel Elgort for the GQ Men Of The Year Awards held at The Star earlier today (November 15) in Sydney, Australia.

The blonde beauty picked up the GQ Woman of the Year gong wearing a Mugler Spring 2018 sheer cut-out dress.

Amber and sultry have always gone hand-in-hand, so you will either embrace this next chapter, or dismiss this LBD on its revealing nature.

Me? I’m a long-standing buyer of Amber’s brand of glamour. So sign me up for a loyalty card.

Eva Fehren jewels and sparkling pumps completed her look.

Kerry Washington In Mugler – 34th Annual Night of Stars Gala

It is always a joy to see what Kerry Washington will step out in. At the 34th Annual Night of Stars gala on Thursday (October 26) in New York City, she opted for a short, statement-making ensemble.

The ‘Scandal’ star was clad in a Mugler Resort 2018 dress. The look had the brand’s signature statement shoulders which lent a powerful and sexy air.

The dress was an exciting mix of contrasts with a curved hem balancing the plunging V-neckline. Furthermore, the sequined black sleeves added inky allure to the white front panels.

Never one to ignore the details, Kerry echoed the shape of the dress with a sharp fringed bob and black pointed-toe shoes.

amfAR Los Angeles 2017

A crush of stars came out for amfAR Los Angeles 2017 on Friday (October 13) in Beverly Hills, California.

Heidi Klum: At this point, I’m always prepared to be disappointed with a Heidi look, but she actually stepped up to the plate in this Ralph & Russo Fall 2017 Couture gown that was a far more modern and sophisticated form of glittery glam for her.  The look was of course styled with Lorraine Schwartz  jewels.

Dita Von Teese: Designer Ulyana Sergeenko and Dita are a perfect match, as can be seen in this Demi-Couture gown that prizes the feminine form with its provocative bustier silhouette and seductive thigh slit.

Kate Hudson: Playing to her buzz cut, Kate kept it cool and mod in this David Koma Resort 2018 gown that scintillated with mirror-like embellishment.  A Jimmy Choo ‘Cloud’ clutch completed her look.

Claire Foy In Mugler – ‘Breathe’ Zurich Film Festival Premiere

As Claire Foy continues the promo tour for ‘Breathe,’ she was at the premiere during the Zurich Film Festival on Friday (October 6) in Switzerland.

It has indeed been a delight to see the actress go from end to end on the style spectrum—and here again, she’s seen replacing her penchant for florals with a different breed of femininity.

And, it served her quite well.

This minimalist Mugler Resort 2018 gown was a striking selection for the slightly more unconventional, subtle glamour presented in the cold-shoulder, ruffled design.

Plus, the deep sapphire hue ignited her blue eyes—with her strawberry-stained lip only adding another layer of brilliance.
