Kate Mara In Miu Miu – 40th Anniversary of Wildlife Rescue Initiatives

Kate Mara attended Dawn’s Wildlife Initiative on Thursday (July 19) in New York City.

I’m certain you didn’t need me to tell you that this dress was Miu Miu, such is the unmistakable retro undertone of this charming mini dress.

This kind of look is very typical for Kate Mara. Her “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it’ mantra to red carpet dressing doesn’t sit well with everyone, but she seems to know what works best for her.

Zoey Deutch In Miu Miu – The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Giving her new flame locks their TV debut, Zoey Deutch made a guest appearance on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ on Monday (July 16) in New York City, to promote her Netflix movie ‘Set It Up’.

I love how her Miu Miu Automne collection look offers a shimmering update to the classic LBD.

The Peter Pan collar keeps it sweet, while the scattering of dazzling crystals at the hem and cuffs adds a modern touch.

Usually I would be whining about the blazer, but it gives the overall look a sophisticated finish.

Embellished Miu Miu sandals completed her look.

14.07.18 Screening

‘Hot Summer Nights’ LA Screening

Maia Mitchell and Maika Monroe attended the screening of A-24’s ‘Hot Summer Nights’ at The Grove on Wednesday (July 11) in Los Angeles, California.

Maia Mitchell: The Australian actress wore a Miu Miu collection purple velvet dress embellished with crystal detail which coordinated perfectly with the background. I love the playful, carefree vibe, which was strengthened by her accessories.

Maika Monroe: I didn’t have the same level of enthusiasm for Maika’s look, mostly because her Stella McCartney dress felt stuffy by comparison despite the short length. It just doesn’t read hot summers night to me.

Front Row @ Miu Miu Resort 2019

Miu Miu’s 2019 Resort show in Paris took place on Sunday (July 1), with many stars in the front row who saw the likes of Naomi Campbell and Chloe Sevigny walk the runway for the famed Italian fashion brand.

Lily Collins: Exploring the ’60s once again, the actress worked a retro look which I’m sure many will love until they get to the eye makeup, but it just adds to the authenticity of the look for me.

Ana de Armas: There’s a charming feel to the Spanish actress’ Miu Miu floral dress thanks to its Peter Pan collar, trimmed with an elegant bow tie. Miu Miu loafers manage to ensure the look didn’t feel too saccharine.

Jenna Coleman: Speaking of sugar, there was plenty of sweetness oozing from Jenna’s Miu Miu frock. The British actress kept things demure with this high-necked dress, yet adds a touch of contemporary polish via her accessories.

2018 BET Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The BET Awards is always likely to showcase some unique looks.  This host of gorgeous girls, who joined Janelle Monae and Storm Reid, didn’t let us down at Sunday’s event.

Serayah McNeill: I love this gold lame Alice McCall Fall 2018 ‘Le Petite’ top paired with ‘The Future Is Female’ skirt, mostly for the sculptural skirt. Where Serayah lost me was trying to match her hair colour to the outfit. Established Jewelry, EFFY Jewelry, Graziela Gems and Sara Weinstock jewels completed her look, along with Giuseppe Zanotti sandals.

Ashanti: I’ve always admired Ashanti of not playing it safe, but this Annakiki Fall 2018 look would’ve worked better for me if it was another colour, another fabric and just an inch or two longer. This piece was actually presented with a pencil skirt on the runway, but that would’ve been overkill here.
