Mary J. Blige In Michael Kors Collection – ‘Mudbound’ New York Screening

Mary J. Blige joined Carey Mulligan for the ‘Mudbound’ screening during the 55th New York Film Festival on Thursday (October 12).

The singer is never shy when it comes to making standout statement on the red carpet, so she decked herself out in an all-white Michael Kors Collection Pre-Fall 2017 look, with many military references.

I want to love the look, but I don’t like the trousers. The finesse we see in the look book doesn’t translate to Mary’s ensemble.

Had the trousers been swapped out for a long skirt with a train, I would’ve warmed to this look.

Tracee Ellis Ross wore this same suit in khaki back in May.

Kelsea Ballerini In Michael Kors – 2017 iHeartRadio Music Festival

Kelsea Ballerini struck a pose at the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Festival on Friday (September 22) in Las Vegas.

The country singer and songwriter often chooses brighter or pastel shades with a sprinkling of sparkles, so this form-fitting Michael Kors look showed a new direction.

The racerback black tank top complemented the tulip-shaped skirt and statement belt. Despite the all-black colour palette, there were plenty of textures at play between the top, shiny belt and the buttons snaking up the skirt.

Delicate Monika Chiang shoes and an Emm Kuo clutch continued the textural contrast while Rachel Katz and Graziela Gems jewels added some understated sparkle.

Kate Hudson is feeling blue in Michael Kors Collection

I have been enjoying seeing Kate Hudson’s recent fashion choices after shaving her head. The actress was in a blue mood recently when she stepped out in bold blue separates.

Kate donned a Michael Kors Collection Resort 2018 sapphire bodysuit and wool-serge pleated pants with a sapphire leather belt. The rich jewel tone was offset by the sleeveless bodysuit.

Pale cat eye sunglasses and a layered necklace gave more dimension to the blue ensemble.

A pair of platform shoes, that are just visible underneath the cuffed hems of the pleated trousers, added more height to the look for a leg-lengthening effect.

Are you a fan of Kate’s recent looks?

Michael Kors Sexy Ruby Fragrance Launch

There was an array of lovely ladies at the Michael Kors Sexy Ruby Fragrance launch on Wednesday (September 20) in London.

Naomie Harris: Clad in a silver Michael Kors Collection Fall 2017 ensemble, the actress brought the party spirit to the event. The relaxed silhouette beautifully contrasted the high-shine material. And her lack of jewellery made the look feel effortless.

Martha Hunt:
The model donned Michael Kors Collection Fall 2017 and gave a twist to a classic black tank top with a fringed leather skirt. The below-the-knee length and fitted silhouette were in keeping with the designer’s classic elegance as opposed to coming off as costume-y.

Soo Joo Park: Also in sultry black, the Korean model went for a sexy Michael Kors Collection Fall 2017 dress with a metal zipper up the front and a car seat belt.

2017 Entertainment Weekly Pre-Emmy Party

In advance of the 2017 Emmy Awards on Sunday, Entertainment Weekly hosted its Pre-Emmy Party on Friday (September 15) in West Hollywood, California.

Sophia Bush: This red Stella McCartney body-skimming dress with car wash slits held potential, but I wish the styling had been more complementary. A tonal red sandal like the Edie Parker clutch would have provided a more streamlined effect but I would have stopped the red at the makeup—red eye shadow is always a tough look to pull off.

Padma Lakshmi: The ‘Top Chef’ host also went bold with the eye shadow, hers an intense shade of violet. However, her sultry Cushnie et Ochs Spring 2018 floral-embroidered dress commanded enough attention on its own. I love that she didn’t resort to black pumps, but I’m wishing for a sandal here.

Mandy Moore
: With a shiny new play on an LBD, the ‘This Is Us’ actress donned a Sally LaPointe Pre-Fall 2017 sequin dress styled with Sophia Webster shoes and a red Jimmy Choo clutch. The style-forward edge of the turtleneck sweater piece grew on me, although at first, I did want to remove it.
