Willow Shields In Mary Katrantzou – ‘Maleficent’ World Premiere

Willow Shields In Mary Katrantzou - ‘Maleficent’ World Premiere

Willow Shields attended the world premiere of Disney’s ‘Maleficent’ held at the El Capitan Theatre on Wednesday (May 28) in Hollywood, California alongside Angelina Jolie, Elle Fanning and Sarah Hyland.

The young actress worked an edgier look on this occasion, wearing a Mary Katrantzou pastel-hued dreamscape-print dress featuring structured cap sleeves and a cropped-top overlay.

Wisely opting for a slick ponytail, I was totally on board with the edgier slant of the look, which included kohl-rimmed eyes, until I got to the red sandals.

Perhaps pink or blue would’ve been too obvious, but the red doesn’t gel well with the frock; plus, I am not a fan of those gold ankle-chain accents.

Rachel Bilson In Mary Katrantzou – The CW Network’s 2014 Upfront

Rachel Bilson In Mary Katrantzou - The CW Network's 2014 Upfront

Rachel Bilson attended The CW Network’s 2014 Upfront held at The London Hotel today (May 15) in New York City.

Though free of any obvious signatures, this jewel-print satin dress is unmistakably Mary Katrantzou.

Taking the ornate evening slipper as inspiration, the blown-up print achieves maximum impact on this structured, feminine silhouette.

Styled with white Bionda Castana heels with a scalloped edge and a black ankle strap, the dress took centre stage – as it should.

Jessica Alba In Mary Katrantzou - The Helping Hand of Los Angeles Mother’s Day Luncheon

Jessica Alba attended The Helping Hand of Los Angeles Mother’s Day Luncheon held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Friday (May 9) in Beverly Hills, California.

The actress wore a Mary Katrantzou Fall 2014 frock with the designer’s signature bold digital prints giving way to this more romantic blue and bronzed piece.

The structured, feminine silhouette with a perfectly fitted bodice and dramatically flared pleated skirt makes it a head-turning choice for a luncheon.

Jessica styled her look with neutral makeup, wavy tresses, a gold Oroton ‘Freize’ clutch and white pumps.

Marion Cotillard In Mary Katrantzou – ‘The Immigrant’ New York Premiere

Marion Cotillard In Mary Katrantzou - 'The Immigrant' New York Premiere

Marion Cotillard attended the Dior & Vanity Fair with The Cinema Society premiere of ‘The Immigrant’ held at The Paley Center for Media on Tuesday (May 6) in New York City.

The actress surprised me by wearing a Mary Katrantzou Fall 2014 lace dress. Rendered in a specially commissioned Swiss lace, the long-sleeved dress features a geo-stripe lace body with a mixed badge-and-symbol lace overlay at the skirt.

Why am I surprised? Because she’s not wearing Dior. The surprise is extended when you consider that Dior were hosting the event.

Now back to the frock.

I’m excited to see Marion give us something more adventurous in an attempt to turn around her ‘Magnifique to Tragique’ award of 2013.

It’s been too long since we saw her in something with a bit more character and drama. Let’s hope this is the start of something new.

Aquazzura ‘Chelsea’ sandals completed her look.

Anne Hathaway In Mary Katrantzou – Good Morning America

Anne Hathaway In Mary Katrantzou Fall 2014 - Good Morning America

Anne Hathaway made a guest appearance on ‘Good Morning America’ taped at ABC Studios in New York City on Tuesday (April 8) to promote ‘Rio 2′, which hits theatres on Friday (April 11).

Right off the bat she said “I’m nowhere near as awake as [previous guest] Rob Lowe. I’m the guest you wake up with.”

She then gushed about Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, saying “I think she’s lovely. She makes me very happy and that royal wedding just could not be beat.”

After wearing separates and boyish suits for recent appearances, on this occasion she wore a navy-and-burgundy cookie-cutter-print Mary Katrantzou jacquard dress featuring a fitted cut emphasized with a girly flared skirt from the commercial Fall 2014 collection.

While most of us are embracing spring, this look tells me that New York is perhaps still experiencing some milder temperatures.

The look was styled with tights, Casadei ‘Blade’ pumps and braided hair.
