Gemma Arterton In Marios Schwab – 2012 Marrakech Film Festival: Jonathan Demme Tribute

Gemma Arterton is still in Morocco, where she’s attending the 2012 Marrakech Film Festival.

Last night, she attended a tribute to Jonathan Demme wearing a Marios Schwab Fall 2012 gown.

Her art-nouveau burgundy lace dress, with a central slit and a nude underlay to the thigh, oozed old Hollywood glamour, especially when styled with those big, bouncy curls.

Gemma’s satin clutch and lip colour matched her gown, while she opted for gold studded Louboutins to add some contrast.

The majority of you hated her previous three looks from this event, so how does this gown fare? Is it BDOTW-worthy?

Amanda Seyfried In Marios Schwab – ‘Les Misérables’ Screening After Party

Amanda Seyfried joined her co-star Anne Hathaway at the ‘Les Misérables’ screening after party held at Porterhouse in New York City on Sunday evening.

The blonde actress, who isn’t a stranger to Marios Schwab designs, wore a look from the London designer’s Spring 2012 collection.

Her pretty lavender dress, with an embroidered net detail on the bodice and waist, was styled with nude Rupert Sanderson peep-toes and a gold bracelet.

Glossy pink lips and a simple ponytail completed her look.

It’s interesting how we’ve seen more pieces from Marios Schwab’s Spring 2012 collection in recent months – championed by Naomie Harris – than we have from his following Fall 2012, Resort 2013 and Spring 2013 collections.

Anne and Amanda will be in the UK tomorrow evening for the London premiere of ‘Les Misérables’.

Gemma Arterton In Marios Schwab – PeaceEarth Foundation Fundraising Gala

Gemma Arterton attended the PeaceEarth Foundation Fundraising Gala held at Banqueting House in London on Saturday evening.

The British actress stunned wearing a Marios Schwab Resort 2013 dress.

Her lace, full-length black dress with a shimmering iridescent bodysuit may feel very familiar to you; that’s because Naomie Harris wore a similar dress recently to the Royal premiere for ‘Skyfall’.

Gemma styled her almost identical dress with a selection of gold rings, a dark lip colour, which has taken off again this Fall, and a simple updo.

Better the first or second time around?

The British Fashion Council Cocktail Party

The British Fashion Council held a cocktail party to celebrate the LONDON show ROOMS yesterday evening at the Skybar at the Mondrian Los Angeles.

Marisa Tomei: The actress continued to showcase her love for London-based designers by wearing a Marios Schwab jacket from the Spring 2012 collection. It’s surprising how this collection has suddenly become so popular this week. The jacket gets a pass, but those MC Hammer pants are not particularly flattering. The yellow shoes add a punch, but I can’t say I really like much about this look, which is very rare to say when it comes to Marisa.

Christa B. Allen: The ‘Revenge’ actress opted for a look from the David Koma Spring 2013 collection. Her nude-and-orange print dress is uber cute, but I can’t say the same about her lace-up ankle boots. They just don’t go with the dress.

Louise Roe: The TV host totally captured my attention in this printed ensemble. As a jumpsuit I like it, but she should’ve lost the additional shirt. Whilst the clutch is too big and dominating the look, which is no mean feat with that print, the toe-cap pumps are more complementary.
