Sophia Bush In Monique Lhuiller & Maria Lucia Hohan - National Women's History Museum's 3rd Annual Women Making History Event & Variety And Women In Film Emmy Nominee Celebration

Sophia Bush also attended two events on Saturday (August 23) evening starting at the National Women’s History Museum’s 3rd Annual Women Making History Event before moving onto the Variety And Women In Film Emmy Nominee Celebration.

National Women’s History Museum’s 3rd Annual Women Making History Event: The actress looked divine wearing a Monique Lhuillier Resort 2015 pink and orange strapless dress rendered in a striking floral print. Her accessories which included Vita Fede jewels, an Edie Parker ‘Jean’ clutch and hot-pink Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals were treat enough, but then she went and perfected the look with a matching hot-pink lip.

Variety And Women In Film Emmy Nominee Celebration: For her second jaw-dropping look, Sophia selected a gorgeous lemon silk tulle Maria Lucia Hohan step-hem dress with a draped corset and wide shoulder straps. Styled with a Perspex clutch, silver open-toe sandals and aqua-blue earrings the look was complete with side swept wavy tresses.

J’Adore both. Don’t make me pick a favourite.

Gabrielle Union In Maria Lucia Hohan - 2014 BET Awards

Gabrielle Union looked radiant on the red carpet of the 2014 BET Awards yesterday (June 29) held at Nokia Plaza L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles.

For the occasion, the actress wore a grecian-inspired Maria Lucia Hohan gown from the designer’s Fall 2014 collection, accented with thigh-high black boots.

I love the modern touch the sheer black paneling on the bodice give this gown, but I just can’t wrap my brain around the boots with this gown.

Gabrielle continued a barely there makeup trend we saw throughout the night, and her long, voluminous hair look youthful and fresh.

So, I have to hear: Do you get the boots with the dress, or are you just confused by it like me?

She also wore Pomellato Victoria Collection earrings and Sara Weinstock ‘Saddle’ ring with black diamonds.

Hilary Duff In Maria Lucia Hohan - 2014 iHeartRadio Music Awards

Hilary Duff attended the 2014 iHeartRadio Music Awards at The Shrine Auditorium on Thursday (May 1) in Los Angeles, California.

She wore a dress by Maria Lucia Hohan, proving that the Romanian designer can design something other than a silk-mousseline gown with illusion panels.

The black long-sleeved mini dress with rich gold embroidery was styled with black and gold Giuseppe Zanotti sandals and touches of orange via her lips and nails.

I’m liking the look from the neck down. I really dislike the topknot… for some reason it feels a bit sloppy. And the orange is too harsh; the shade is all wrong for Hilary.

Cassadee Pope In Maria Lucia Hohan - ACM Awards 2014

Cassadee Pope attended the 49th Annual Academy Of Country Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (April 6) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The singer-songwriter wore a very familiar Maria Lucia Hohan silk-mousseline gown with transparent sides.

Despite the been-there-and-done-that feel with these one-trick-pony gowns, I love the rust colour against Cassedee’s skin and hair colouring.

Dita Von Teese In Maria Lucia Hohan - Museum Of Contemporary Art (MOCA) 35th Anniversary Gala

Burlesque star Dita Von Teese attended MOCA’s 35th anniversary celebration on Saturday (March 29) in Los Angeles, California.

Dressed in an all-too-familiar Maria Lucia Hohan frock, we can at least be excited that it’s in a colour other than black.

With sheer illusion panels ensuring everything was kept firmly in place, she styled the look with an Alexander McQueen knuckle clutch, lilac-stone earrings to match her dress, and her signature red lip and retro waves.

Veronica Roth In Maria Lucia Hohan - 'Divergent' LA PremiereNovelist Veronica Roth made a special appearance at the Los Angeles premiere of ‘Divergent,’ which is based on her book, held on Tuesday (March 18) at the Regency Bruin Theatre in California.

Looking every bit like a movie star herself, Veronica stunned in the colour of the night: black.

Her Maria Lucia Hohan gown, featuring a beaded pattern at the bodice and cutouts at the sides and arms, delivered a sense of distinguished drama packaged with a bit of sultry edge.

Smartly keeping her accessories to a minimum, she carried a small Jacquie Aiche clutch. Her adorable pixie cut, kohl-lined eyes and glossy lip completed the look on the right note.
