“In Bloom By Reese Witherspoon” Launch, New York

I was starting to believe L’Wren Scott was only made for Nicole Kidman and Kyra Sedgwick.

Reese Witherspoon has worn a lot of pretty dresses promoting Avon, and this dress continues that trend.

Wearing black pumps the actress wore a pretty hot pink L’Wren Scott Spring 2010 black printed dress.

It’s the perfect ‘ladies who lunch’ frock.

Cointreau Party, Brazil

Even though Dita von Teese’s Malandrino Fall 2009 metallic dress was presented in silver, the princess of goth of course opted for the black version.

She totally picked the right colour as this gown looks amazing on her.

I love the way it drapes on the hips.

Bruce Hoeksema Cocktail Party, New York

Gwyneth Paltrow is the first celebrity to wear a dress from the recently presented RM by Roland Mouret Spring 2010 collection.

She paired her navy and gold tiger print belted dress with a paired of the Christian Louboutin for Roland Mouret heels as shown on the runway.

As always she looks fabulous to me.  I know a few of you are very much over her.

Jimmy Choo Project Pep Launch Party, London

Tamara Mellon wouldn’t be caught out without her own accessories.

For the “Jimmy Choo Project Pep Launch” at Selfridges she modeled a Jimmy Choo Char Clutch and Jimmy Choo Pep Loop sandals, whilst looking stunning wearing a red Valentino dress accented with a bow on one side.

1st Annual Guggenheim Art Awards, New York

Kylie Minogue wore a nude coloured Calvin Klein Spring 2010 dress which looked stunning against her warm complexion.

Loving the soft make-up and matching accessories.

Julianne Moore appears to be a big fan of this Calvin Klein collection, as she has worn many pieces recently.

This time she opts for a simplistic grey dress, paired with black tights, black heels and a black clutch.

Switches On The Harrods Christmas Lights, London

Dannii Minogue has an J’Aton Couture obsession because she wore two dress by the design duo last weekend, and last night she donned another one of their creations to switch on the Harrods lights.

She looks so cute. I love the ruffled detail on the shoulder.

Music Unites Fall Masquerade Gala, New York

White was the colour of the night as Kerry Washington graced this event with her flawless beauty wearing a very girly Marchesa satin strapless dress with a structured tulle overlay and embroidered empire waist.

Her sassy dress was paired with a Marchesa clutch with a crystral clasp, which complemented her black peep-toes with a diamanté embellishment.

Georgina Chapman also opted for a white Marchesa dress, but her was completely made out of feathers.

The designer also wore a ring from her recently launch Garrard collection.

Its so nice to see Beyonce Knowles wearing something so soft and feminine.

The singer’s hair was super straight as she walked the red carpet wearing a jade pleated Malandrino Resort 2010 dress with draped skirt and ruffled shoulders, paired with ivory Sergio Rossi leather heels.

When she doesn’t appear to be trying to hard to make style statements she really look fabulous.

This was the perfect choice to pick up her Women of the Year Award.

Lady GaGa Style found the blue gown the singer wore which was designed by Manchester Metropolitan University graduate Holly Russell.

The blue gown has beetle wings and black synthetic hair wefts woven into the shoulders and neckline.

Keeping the look true to the runway, Lady GaGa didn’t line the sheer gown and she didn’t surprisingly wear runway magpie head wear.

GaGa was there to pick up her Rising Star Award.

When I first saw this look on Michelle Williams it immediately reminded me of the Chanel Pre-Fall 2009 LBD with a gold fanned statement necklace.

Her LBD and gold necklace was paired with very unimpressive heels.

Girl Crush No.1 Sophia Bush attended an intimate dinner for designer Catherine Malandrino earlier this summer.

The actress wore a nude sleeveless Malandrino Spring 2009 top with a detail gold chain neckline, paired with black peep-toes and a pale nude clutch complete the chic look beautifully.

Girl Crush No.2 Kerry Washington attended an “Ovarian Cancer Research” benefit hosted by “InStyle Magazine” in New York recently wearing the same top.

She paired her top with a grey skirt, and matching grey accessories including a grey clutch and grey metallic shoes.

Sophia’s black skirt looks very chic, but seems so safe alongside Kerry’s daring grey look.

I would have never picked grey with nude, so for thinking outside the box Kerry wins this for me.

57th San Sebastian Film Festival Closing Ceremony

Kerry Washington knocks me out again for the second time today, as she looked stunning wearing a Zuhair Murad Fall 2009 Couture dress.

She wore her exquisite ivory and black printed silk puff sleeve dress with the silver metal runway belt, and black Christian Louboutin pigalle heels.

Naomi Watts wore a Stella McCartney Fall 2009 black jumpsuit, with a lace yoke, lace sleeves and lace inserts in the pants.

The pants aren’t as revealing as the runway look, which helps this look work for Naomi.

She thankfully didn’t stick to boring black accessories, adding a satin green clutch and fuschia pink heels.

“Mother and Child” Photocall

Completing a hat-trick of perfect looks, Kerry looked divine wearing a black and nude Malandrino Resort 2010 tulle draped blouse with a black pencil skirt, black patent belt and her pigalle’s.

Which look deserves to be in the running for BDOTW?

Naomi Watts packed very light for this trip to Spain, because she wore the same white blouse and Stella McCartney Resort 2010 black cropped jacket just 3 days earlier in New York for the White Ribbon Alliance Dinner.

At least she packed fresh pants and a new pair of heels.

The Max Azria show was directly after the Malandrino Spring 2010 uptown and I allowed myself only 15 mins to view the Malandrino collection.

After entering the Chelsea Art Museum Catherine Malandrino took me on a journey.

I traveled to see the Sudanese clans, Saharan nomads, Peruvian tribes and Polynesian natives.

I had to take in everything so I told myself to forget about the Max Azria show.

The Sudanese looks were black and ivory as worn by the statuesque Sessilee Lopez who looked like an African princess on her a throne.

The Saharan looks included a mustard fringed dress, harem pants, a crochet top and desert taupe pieces.

The Peruvians and Polynesians were much more colourfully and vibrant and drew me in like a moth to a flame.

Turbans, head wraps, woven shoes and statement necklaces all added more authenticity to each look.

I love the black bubble crochet bolero.

My favourite dress was a stunning draped dove grey dress adorned with embroidered floral details.

The dress had an open back and the details shimmered as you can see in the photo.

Catherine’s BFF Mary J Blige was there, plus Tyson Beckford who provided the much appreciated eye candy.

The pictures on Style.com don’t give you that same sense of adventure, so I’m privileged to have attended the show.

Catherine Malandrino was in London back in June to attend launch of her boutique within Harrods.

Looking as stunning as ever, the designer opted to wear this emerald pleated empire waist dress with ruffle sleeves from her 2009 Pre-Fall collection.

She could have opted for black heels but instead she wore satin lavender peep-toes which I adore.

Actress Christina Hendricks arrived at the 2009 TCA AMC cocktail reception in California wearing the same dress.

Gold was her colour of choice for her accessories, which complemented her dress well.

Catherine wins this for me as I love the green against her olive skin.

“Mad Men” - Season 3 Premiere

January Jones was one of the first celebs to wear Andrew GN on the red carpet during awards season earlier this year, and she has stayed loyal to the designer wearing his silk navy blue Fall 2009 dress to this red carpet event.

I love that she belted the dress to give it more shape, whilst her simple black patent Brian Atwood ‘Maniacs’ pumps, and wavy blonde locks complete this sophisticated look.

You may recognise the dress to be similar to the dress Kerry Washington wore on the Tonight Show With Conan O’Brien back in June with the diamond shapes cut into the neckline which are trimmed with leather.

Christina Hendricks looked radiant as she opted for another dress by Catherine Malandrino.

This time she wore a black asymmetrical long sleeve Malandrino Fall 2009 dress with bird embroidery detail on the bodice.  This was daring choice, but she totally made it work by keeping accessories to a minimum.

“Live! with Regis and Kelly”, New York

Leslie Mann always makes an impact on the red carpet.

When she arrived for her appearance on “Live With Regis And Kelly’” in New York, she is wearing a black diamond organza sleeveless blouse, a chiffon flutter skirt and a patent leather bow belt from the Erin Fetherston Fall 2009 collection.

This is such a cute girlie look.

Bagatelle Party, Paris

Oh to be Dita von Teese.

The star is wearing one of the day dresses from Elie Saab’s Fall 2009 collection in dove grey, which she also owns in black.

Lace peep-toes and a collection of white bangles completes her look, whilst her hair and make-up are as you would expect.

“Spread” Los Angeles Premiere

Demi Moore arrived with eye-candy Ashton Kutcher wearing a Louis Vuitton lavender dress with a draped bodice and cut-out details on the side.

She completed her look with multi-coloured Giuseppe Zanotti heels and a black clutch.

My request to Rumer Willis remains the same. Please dye your hair back to black.

The young actress wore a silver metallic strapless Karen Millen dress and Christian Louboutin heels.

Anne Heche looked very sexy wearing a black satin ruched Dolce & Gabbana cocktail dress with brocade and jeweled sleeves.

This is the best she has looked this year.
