Rita Ora In Maison Martin Margiela - Instagram

Rita Ora is currently in New York, where she has been spotted in a studio laying down some tracks.

While stalking her on Instagram I saw this picture of her wearing a look which was instantly recognisable as a Maison Martin Margiela Couture look – mostly because of the floral sequin mask.

I’m not sure where she wore this look, which consists of a micro-dot pale-blue overcoat with a floral hemline, but the biggest story here has got to be her pink hair.

Lady Gaga In Maison Martin Margiela Couture - Out In New York City

Lady Gaga was spotted leaving her apartment in New York City taking ridiculous to a whole new level yesterday evening.

The singer wore a full Maison Martin Margiela Fall 2013 Couture runway look donning the drip-paint black-and-white face mask with the latex cream t-shirt and blue trousers.

I think the only other person who has worn these masks was Kanye West, but that was on stage.

Taking this mask to the streets is crazy even by Gaga’s standards.

Lady Gaga In Maison Martin Margiela - NYC Pride 2013

After nearly five months, Lady Gaga returned to the stage last Friday for the 2013 NYC Pride rally in New York, where she belted out an impassioned, modified version of ‘The Star-Spangled Banner,’

‘Subtle’ is not in Mother Monster’s vocabulary, but classically subtle she was at Pride’s kickoff.

Her not-so-shocking sartorial statement? A black, sculpted-bodice Maison Martin Margiela Spring 2013 jumpsuit, which we previously saw in grey on Miley Cyrus and with a wider-leg silhouette on Victoria Beckham.

The most Gaga element of this look was her futuristic black visor, which she could have picked up from the ‘Star Trek’ set.

When she removed her trekkie device, her red pout and her platinum bob were the pop factor.

Miley Cyrus In Maison Martin Margiela - Album Listening Party

Miley Cyrus was in Chicago this weekend attending the listening party of her new album, where she wore a very familiar look.

That’s because you may remember that Victoria Beckham wore a Maison Martin Margiela Spring 2013 jumpsuit to the Glamour Women of the Year Awards.

Miley’s grey look from the same collection features the same sculpted neckline; however, her pants are narrower than VB’s wide-legged version.

The singer’s backless look was styled with triple-stacked Prada platform silver sandals, a selection of gold jewels including her favourite Jennifer Fisher ‘M’ necklace and a red lip colour.

Of the two looks, I much prefer the streamlined silhouette of Miley’s version.

Victoria Beckham In Maison Martin Margiela - Glamour Women of the Year Awards 2013

After last night celebration of American fashion at the 2013 CFDA Awards, the Brits were out in full force for the Glamour Women of the Year Awards 2013, held at the Berkeley Square Gardens in London this evening.

Victoria Beckham looked amazing striking her famous pose on the red carpet.

You’ll be surprised to discover that she’s not wearing her own label; instead she selected a Maison Martin Margiela Spring 2013 look.

Her look featured a sculptural strapless sweet-heart top with oversized pants which she styled with black sandals and a gold Victoria Beckham clutch from the her Spring 2013 collection.

With David still in the US her plus one for the evening was her eldest son Brooklyn who wore Burberry Tailoring.

GwenStefani

The punk theme of the 2013 Met Gala in New York City was not lost on Gwen Stefani, who is no stranger to a certain level of grunge appeal—and a good amount of leather and studs.

But the No Doubt songstress left off the shiny embellishment tonight, instead letting her custom confection by Maison Martin Margiela have center stage.

The elegant and edgy design, which featured an asymmetrical, midriff-flaunting tie bodice, was based on an all-black look that took to the Spring 2013 runway.

But this black-and-white version is far more interesting and Met Gala-appropriate.

Minimal Fred Leighton jewels completed the effect, although with such a dramatic shoulder detail, the necklace wasn’t really necessary.

Like other stars, Gwennie contributed an added dose of punk to her look with her beauty choices, including an angular, architectural updo for her platinum hair and a bright-red matte colour for her pout.

Talk about a fashion rebel with a cause.
