Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Nicole Kidman joined Keith Urban at the 2012 Academy of Country Music Awards, which were held on Sunday in Las Vegas, Nevada.

There was a time when she wore nothing but L’Wren Scott, but after a long break she attended this event wearing a look from her stylist’s Fall 2012 collection.

Her simple fitted sleeveless dress with a shirt collar and a sheer yoke was accessorized with Cartier jewels and a small black clutch.

Nicole’s chic look was complete with sleek straight hair and a pop of colour via her L’Wren Scott poppy-red strappy sandals.

Shailene Woodley continues to be one of my favourite young stars to watch on the red carpet.

The young actress chose a bold look for the 2012 SAG Awards by wearing a L’Wren Scott Spring 2012 gown.

The pale grey column gown with a white-and-red floral print stood out amongst a sea of grey/off-white dresses.

Shailene let the dress speak for itself by opting for no stand-out accessories, barely-there makeup and a ponytail.

Do you like this understated look or did she not put enough effort into it?

Shailene Woodley joined the long list of celebrities at the 2011 National Board Of Review Awards Gala in New York City on Tuesday night.

Shailene donned a bordeaux L’Wren Scott Spring 2012 dress with beaded black floral embroidery. The dress was matched with black pumps.

The young actress has clearly been attempting to market herself as more mature throughout the press tour for ‘The Descendants’, wearing knee-length hems and longer sleeves.

This L’Wren Scott dress seems just a tad too mature for the petite actress. With such a conservative cut and muted colours, this ages Shailene a bit too much.

A severe updo does not help this maturing effect.

Penelope Cruz returned to the red carpet this weekend whilst attending the 20th Torino Film Festival’s opening ceremony in Turin, Italy.

The actress appears to have aged about 30 years since the last time we saw her.

It doesn’t have much to do with her L’Wren Scott black wool dress, but rather her drab styling and her new haircut – the darker colour isn’t doing her any favours either.

Whoever styled her hair needs to seriously reconsider their career options as it looks like Penelope is sporting a comb-over.

Ashley Greene and Robert Pattinson were in Belgium this evening for ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1′ Brussels premiere.

The actress wore a sexy L’Wren Scott Spring 2012 mini dress.

For ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ London premiere she wore a silver L’Wren Scott dress, but on this occasion she opted for gold.

Her pink and gold embroidered dress is outstanding and for once I detect a personality from her on the red carpet.

I love her sleek straight hair and her attention to detail as she added gold jewels and gold nail polish.

This is the first time I haven’t nodded off writing about her because I find her totally captivating on this occasion.

The only let downs are those predictable Brian Atwood nude pumps and the fact that Rob looks really scruffy with that beard.

Madonna took to the red carpet in London last night for the ‘W.E.’ London Film Festival premiere which was held at the Empire, Leicester Square.

She donned a L’Wren Scott Spring 2012 dress.

The signature L’Wren Scott fitted LBD was embroidered with a hot-pink leaf detail from the shoulder to the hemline.

Fishnet tights and black pumps accessorized her look.

Despite feeling like I’ve seen this style of dress a thousand times on the red carpet, it was the perfect look for Madonna who is the director and not the star of this movie.
