Fan Bingbing In Louis Vuitton – Sidaction Gala Dinner 2013

Fan Bingbing In Louis Vuitton - Sidaction Gala Dinner 2013

Despite not being seen front row at any couture shows in Paris this week, Fan BingBing attended the Sidaction Gala Dinner 2013 held at the Pavillon d’Armenonville in Paris yesterday evening, which was also attended by Leelee Sobieski.

The Asian beauty stepped out of the chequered box to be original and selected a solid piece from the Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 collection.

Her shimmering bright-yellow long-sleeved floor-length dress with pocket detailing on both sides was styled with an LV white minaudière with gold detailing, including a tassel accent.

With her hair styled in a centre parting and swept behind her ears, she completed her look with long diamond-encrusted earrings.

Thank god for Bingbing – the Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 collection was swiftly becoming one-note.

Juno Temple In Louis Vuitton – MorningStar Farms ChefDance

Juno Temple In Louis Vuitton - MorningStar Farms ChefDance

Following the premiere of her latest movie, ‘Lovelace’, at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, Juno Temple attended the MorningStar Farms ChefDance in Park City, Utah.

Not deterred by the fact that she’s now the eighth person to don a chequered look from the Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 collection, she did try to make things interesting by opting for a lime-green and ivory look.

Her long-sleeved mod mini frock with a pleated skirt was styled with silver Prada ankle-strap peep-toe heels.

Opting not to overwhelm the look, she didn’t add any other accessories.

Dakota Fanning In Louis Vuitton & Miu Miu – ‘Very Good Girls’ Sundance Film Festival Premiere

Dakota Fanning In Louis Vuitton - 'Very Good Girls' Sundance Film Festival Premiere

Dakota Fanning is the latest star to take to the red carpet at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, for the premiere of her new flick ‘Very Good Girls’, held at Eccles Center Theatre in Park City, Utah.

Like many stars, Dakota couldn’t wait until next fall to get her hands on the recently presented Pre-Fall 2013 collections.

On this occasion, she was decked out in Louis Vuitton and Miu Miu, sporting a knitted navy sleeveless Miu Miu crop top with a Louis Vuitton mini skirt with embellished embroidered details.

The tights were to be expected, but then so was a long-sleeved sweater.

As always with Dakota, it’s groundhog day; the only thing here which is out of the ordinary is the dark-red lip colour.

Alaia ankle boots completed her look.

Jessica Alba In Louis Vuitton – Warner Bros. And InStyle Golden Globe Awards After Party

Jessica Alba In Louis Vuitton - Warner Bros And InStyle Golden Globe Awards After Party

Jessica Alba changed out of her Oscar de la Renta gown into a Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 frock for the Warner Bros. and InStyle Golden Globe Awards After Party in LA on Sunday evening.

Many of us, myself included, have been pleasantly surprised by the success of this one-note collection, but on this occasion, after seeing two other similar LV looks (worn by Kerry Washington and Kirsten Dunst) in the space of a week, I think I have chequer fatigue.

My issue with this particular chequered look is that Jessica looks like she’s about to take her place at the finishing line of the Monaco Grand Prix to signal the end of the race.

Jessica’s black-and-white sequined dress was styled with Casadei ‘Blade’ pumps and a black satin clutch.

This Louis Vuitton collection could become like the Dolce & Gabbana ‘star’ print fad of 2011.

Rachel Weisz In Louis Vuitton – 2013 Golden Globe Awards

Rachel Weisz In Louis Vuitton - 2013 Golden Globe AwardsBest Actress nominee Rachel Weisz was escorted at the 2013 Golden Globe Awards by her handsome James Bond husband, Daniel Craig. But ‘The Deep Blue Sea’ star made quite the impression herself.

She donned another example that played to the sheer and solid trend with her interesting Louis Vuitton number.

The polka dot mesh, which reminded me of the designer’s earlier collaboration with dot artist Yayoi Kusama, emerged under a short, strapless LBD.

While the look tried to be playful, it didn’t feel fresh or exciting. The sheer netting of the leg-baring skirt pooled on the ground and looked even messy in some moments.

Jimmy Choo’s ‘Raven’ sandals and a Jimmy Choo ‘Candy’ clutch, both in black, completed the ensemble.

Rachel’s voluminous waves and sophisticated makeup were nice.

Rather unusually, she went earring-less for the evening, choosing instead a Bulgari statement cuff.
