Adèle Exarchopoulos and Chloe Sevigny In Louis Vuitton – Louis Vuitton ‘Series 1′ Shanghai & Tokyo Events

Adèle Exarchopoulos and Chloë Sevigny In Louis Vuitton - Louis Vuitton 'Series 1' Shanghai Events

Adèle Exarchopoulos and Chloë Sevigny were both on-hand for the Louis Vuitton ‘Series 1′ back-to-back events in Shanghai and Tokyo, celebrating designer Nicolas Ghesquière’s debut collection for the house, as well as the brand’s legacy. Outfitted in Louis Vuitton—natch—the girls made for a dynamic duo.

Shanghai

Adèle Exarchopoulos: The young French starlet was lovely in a Resort 2015 pink dress with a feminine flounced hem, paired with graphic, black-and-white pumps and a black Epi Petite-Malle clutch. The black accessories and the sporty zipper detailing on the dress keep this bubblegum look from venturing too sweet and twee. And, those shoes are everything here.

Chloë Sevigny: She also turned pastel-pink on its head, donning a Resort 2015 suit that had a retro-mannish appeal that I loved, what with with its buttons, exposed pockets and seaming. The galactic silver Vuitton bag and metallic pumps only added more quirk appeal, with the contrasting red belt and red lip the oh-so-right cherries on top.

Jennifer Connelly In Louis Vuitton – Variety Studio

Jennifer Connelly In Louis Vuitton - Variety Studio

Jennifer Connolly was part of the Variety Studio presented by Moroccanoil at Holt Renfrew during the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival on September 6.

For her appearance and interview, the actress wore a black sweater with coral-print and scalloped edge detailing with yellow pants both from the Louis Vuitton Resort 2015 collection.

I love this look on Jennifer. Despite the simple nature of the pieces, there is actually a lot of look going on with the print and the color, but the star pulls it off perfectly, and creates a really nice fashion moment.

Her black pointy-toed shoes and black Louis Vuitton bag are the perfect accessories for this welcome-Fall ensemble.

Slightly smudged eyeliner, nude lips and bronzed cheeks, along with her deep-side parted hair are right on point, as well.

Fan Bingbing In Louis Vuitton – Vogue’s Fashion Night Out

Fan Bingbing, who currently graces the September 2014 issue of Vogue China, attended Vogue’s Fashion Night Out in Beijing, China on Sunday (August 31), joining editor-in-chief Angelica Cheung.

Much like on the cover, Bingbing wore a Louis Vuitton Fall 2014 dress, this time selecting a tri-colour long-sleeved look accented with suede panels, an exposed zipper and a wraparound belt.

Perhaps one of the few to don a Louis Vuitton Fall 2014 look sans the leather booties, the actress stayed true to form, styling her look with platform pumps.

A Louis Vuitton bag , Chopard jewels, kohl-rimmed eyes and a simple side-parted ponytail rounded out her look.

Charlotte Gainsbourg In Louis Vuitton – ‘Nymphomaniac: Volume 2 – Directors Cut’ Venice Film Festival Photocall

Charlotte Gainsbourg In Louis Vuitton - 'Nymphomaniac Volume 2 - Directors Cut' Venice Film Festival Photocall

Charlotte Gainsbourg was back on the red carpet for the ‘Nymphomaniac: Volume 2 – Directors Cut’ photocall during the 2014 Venice Film Festival held at the Palazzo Del Casino on Monday (September 1) in Venice, Italy.

This time she did wear Louis Vuitton to the photocall, donning an LBD from the Fall 2014 collection styled with the LV black booties with tan detailing.

These boots appear to be mandatory footwear when wearing a piece from said collection, and once again I find myself warming to them.

While this might not be a wow look, it’s perfectly in tune with her style and she wears it effortlessly and very well.

Alba Rohrwacher In Louis Vuitton & Valentino Couture – ‘Hungry Hearts’ Venice Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Alba Rohrwacher In Louis Vuitton & Valentino Couture - 'Hungry Hearts' Venice Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

On Sunday (August 31) Alba Rohrwacher made an appearance at the 2014 Venice Film Festival to promote her latest movie, ‘Hungry Hearts’.

Photocall: The Italian actress wore a head-to-toe Louis Vuitton Fall 2014 look featuring a printed crewneck sweater, a part-leather skirt accented with a knotted belt, and those tan ankle boots which I haven’t been a huge fan of, but Alba sells the whole look effortlessly to me.

Premiere: Working the same no-fuss mantra, Alba graced the red carpet wearing a Valentino Fall 2014 Couture look featuring a white long-sleeved silk top with a black pleated skirt accented with a wraparound leather waistband, a signature of this collection. I had pictured this on Tilda Swinton, but they have the same frame, same laidback approach to the red carpet and similar hairstyles, so I can’t be disappointed by this spectacular outing.

Two for two. Do you agree?

Charlotte Gainsbourg In Louis Vuitton – ‘3 Coeurs’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

Charlotte Gainsbourg In Louis Vuitton - '3 Coeurs' Venice Film Festival Premiere

After attending the film’s photo call, Charlotte Gainsbourg was back on the red carpet for the ‘3 Coeurs’ 2014 Venice Film Festival premiere in Venice, Italy on Saturday (August 30).

This time, she did have her close friend and Louis Vuitton creative director Nicolas Ghesquière whip up a little something for her to wear. Her custom Vuitton silk mousseline crop top and thigh-high-slit skirt was stunning and style-forward, shimmering with the embroidery of all-over black, orange and blue paillettes.

But even with all that high-octane shine, she still managed to imbue the ensemble with her fashionably blithe, carefree and fuss-free essence. Few stars can pull it off in the beautifully chic manner that she does so well.

Where a bold lip or breezy updo might be wished for, Charlotte marched to her own beat with an au naturel approach.

Choosing to skip any sign of jewels, she finished the look with a black Louis Vuitton Epi Petite-Malle handbag and Louis Vuitton black, double ankle-strap sandals.
