Louis Vuitton Fall 2015 Front Row

Louis Vuitton Fall 2015 Front Row
The front row of the Louis Vuitton Fall 2015 show certainly faced no shortage of the usual LV-outfitted stars who all made Nicolas Ghesquière’s runway a must-attend during Paris Fashion Week in Paris, France.

Jennifer Connelly: Continuing to show off a new, softer side with her Louis Vuitton looks, the actress wore a feminine, printed velvet frock with a relaxed silhouette, cinched in for shaping by a skinny, brown leather belt. Gilded, gold-embellished shoes injected some of that more familiar edge to this ensemble, and I loved the pop of her berry lip for added oomph.

Fan Bingbing: Going for tough-luxe appeal, the Asian star teamed a gold-lined, black leather moto jacket with a sheer, white sweater and front-slit skirt. A range of accessories completed the look with a bit of ’80s-inspired excess, including statement earrings, round sunnies, rows of rings and a hand bracelet, a signature LV monogram shoulder bag, and platform cutout sandals—with blue nail polish, no less. She nailed an urban, street-style sensibility here.

Selena Gomez
: Playing with patterns, Selena took a sophisticated turn in this mixed print, prairie dress with a black accent belt. She completed the prim frock with a pair of black booties and a couldn’t-miss-it yellow handbag, which I actually loved as the youthful exclamation point to this pretty look.

Michelle Williams In Louis Vuitton – ‘Suite Française’ Paris Premiere

Michelle Williams In Louis Vuitton - 'Suite Française' Paris Premiere

Michelle Williams attended the ‘Suite Française’ premiere held at Cinema UGC Normandie on Tuesday (March 10) in Paris, France.

The platinum-blonde star wore a Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2015 dress that sharpened her style credentials.

Alluring and elegant, this exquisitely composed frock, with its eye-catching appeal courtesy of its richly embroidered bodice, has me surprisingly excited about a Michelle Williams look.

Usually I would be eye-rolling the LV booties, but they do inject an edgy flavour to this chic look.

Jennifer Connelly In Louis Vuitton – UN Women For Peace Association International Women’s Day Celebration

Jennifer Connelly In Louis Vuitton - UN Women For Peace Association International Women's Day Celebration

Jennifer Connelly attended the UN Women For Peace Association International Women’s Day Celebration held at the UN Delegates Dining Room and Terrace on Friday (March 6) in New York City.

The actress was of course wearing Louis Vuitton, but her Pre-Fall 2015 dress possessed none of the usual edgy traits we expect from Jennifer. There were no signature leather ankle boots (which she has pretty much worn with each of her LV looks), plus the length of her dress was also longer than usual.

Moulded with a fit-and-flare silhouette, this prim and proper piece sees Jennifer turning a new leaf for feminine elegance, which was perfectly appropriate for the event.

Selena Gomez In Louis Vuitton – 2015 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Selena Gomez in Louis Vuitton - 2015 Vanity Fair Party

Selena Gomez was also in attendance at the 2015 Vanity Fair Party at Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday (February 22) in Beverly Hills, California.

The young singer-turned-actress wore a long-sleeved, black Louis Vuitton gown with metallic print and diagonal stripes and a Lee Savage clutch.

Her thick, brown hair fell in long, loose waves, while smokey eyes and a glossy nude lip looked on-trend and dramatic.

Somehow, this look just seems a little lacking for me. Selena has no problem going over-the-top, and I wish she would have amped things up a least a little. Perhaps an updo so she could wear some excited earrings?

What do you think? Are you loving this look on Selena, or do you wish for a pop or color or interest somewhere?

Nicole Kidman In Louis Vuitton – 2015 Oscars

Nicole Kidman In Louis Vuitton - 2015 Oscars

Nicole Kidman walked the red carpet on Sunday (February 22) at the 2015 Oscars, hosted at Hollywood’s Dolby Theatre.

Louis Vuitton was the designer of choice for Nicole, whose gown, shoes, and white crocodile Petite-Malle with crystal details clutch were all by the design house, with her jewels by Harry Winston.

Nicole’s strapless, yellow sequined gown put the focus on her tiny waist with a red belt. My favorite detail of the gown was the hemline, which had a torn, jagged-edged effect.

The actress’ hair and makeup were on point with many other starlets at the Oscars–simple and naturally radiant.

How do you feel about Nicole’s Oscars style?

Vanity Fair Celebrates Young Hollywood Red Carpet Roundup

Vanity Fair Celebrates Young Hollywood Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup of some of the other celebs who attended the Vanity Fair celebration of Young Hollywood held at No Vacancy on Tuesday (February 17) in Los Angeles, California.

Courtney Eaton: The young actress, dressed in head-to-toe Louis Vuitton Resort 2015, was one of the few to pique my interest at this event. Contemporary and colourful in design, this look wasn’t as predictable as the others.

Emily Ratajkowski: Speaking of predictable, the ‘Gone Girl’ actress served up a gorgeous eggplant Cushine et Ochs Pre-Fall 2015 jumpsuit, which of course featured cut-outs, styled with a Lee Savage ‘180 Stack’ clutch and silver Brian Atwood ‘Melly’ pumps.

Sarah Hyland: The ‘Modern Family’ star decided to take a more prim approach, which for me isn’t a great representation of her usual style, but I don’t hate the Dsquared² look. I perhaps like her accessories, which included Nicholas Kirkwood pumps and a Charlotte Olympia clutch, more than her dress though.
