Elle Macpherson showed off a very edgy look at the press launch for ‘Britain & Ireland’s Next Top Model’, held at the Claridges Hotel in London on Tuesday evening.

The supermodel, who is both the host and executive producer of the reality show, donned a black Louis Heal Fall 2012 one-sleeve ensemble.

The top features a slash along the collarbone and the pant had central splits on both legs, creating a flare-like look.

I’m not quite sure I understand any of this look. I would settled for simple slim pants and a black tee.

Neon-yellow pumps add an electric pop of colour, with a large pendant necklace and armful of bracelets completing the look.

For me this is a disaster from head-to-toe.
