Yara Shahidi In Fear of God & Libertine – 2017 Teen Choice Awards

Yara Shahidi brought forth another version of her uniquely spirited style at the 2017 Teen Choice Awards last night (August 13) in LA.

Rocking her own version of athleisure, the young starlet showed that she wasn’t afraid to wear a sequined Libertine top with her sporty track pants and millennial-pink bomber courtesy of Fear of God.

More carefree glam came by way of Giuseppe Zanotti cage sandals and Tiffany & Co. bauble earrings.

I won’t pretend it wasn’t something of a trend-bending, disjointed effort, but her youthful zeal certainly worked in her favour. This was a look that was all in good, casual fun, anyway.

Pixie Lott In Libertine – BUILD LDN

Singer Pixie Lott flashes a smile along with a striking new pink hair colour while attending the AOL Build series this afternoon (April 13) to discuss her new single ‘Baby’.

To mark her music comeback the singer’s statement hair was matched with a bold illustrated statement suit from Libertine’s Spring 2017 collection.

Some might deem this a little over the top, but I think this is a fantastic fun outfit, plus I love that it isn’t the expected Dolce & Gabbana cutesy dress she tends to favour.

Gwen Stefani In Libertine & Jeremy Scott – Nickelodeon’s 2017 Kids’ Choice Awards

Gwen Stefani always brings sassy exuberance with her style, and at the 2017 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday (March 11) in LA , she showed off her playful side in spades.

First look: For the orange carpet, Gwennie played with patchwork in a Libertine Spring 2017 ensemble consisting of a decoratively embroidered blouse and a sliver of added flashiness in metallic hot-pants. Fishnets and over-the-knee boots delivered more rock-star edge while her fuchsia-pink lip provided a feminine, flirty finish.

Second look: Clearly inspired by the infamous green slime machine at the Kids’ Choice Awards, she changed into a Jeremy Scott Spring 2017 midriff top and skirt that couldn’t have been more well-suited to the event. She even dip-dyed the ends of her sleekly twisted ponytail into a matching neon-green colour.

I just couldn’t help but love the poppy cleverness of her Jeremy Scott look, which actually translated adorably on her. What about you?

Dianna Agron In Libertine & Diane von Furstenberg – 2014 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Event & Dinner

Dianna Agron In Diane von Furstenberg - 2014 CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Event & Dinner

Dianna Agron attended both the event and dinner party for the 2014 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund yesterday (October 21) in LA.

CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund event: Her first look was a pretty blue lace Libertine dress with contrasting elements such as the buttons and the lining, plus the frock was embroidered with mirrored embellishments. The look was perfectly styled with silver accessories which included an Edie Parker ‘Dianna’-emblazoned clutch.

CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund dinner: Loving the clutch so much she carried it twice, the mood for the evening has a mod-ish feel with a quiffed updo replacing the sleek bun she sported earlier in the day. Her Diane von Furstenberg Spring 2015 crop jacket and matching printed skirt, which had plenty of attitude, were amped up with the kohl-rimmed eyes and sassy white Aquazzura elaphe ‘J’adore’ pumps.

It’s hard to pick a favourite as both have plenty to offer, plus they were both event appropriate. At a push I would go with the DVF for the colours and makeup alone.
