Emmanuelle Chriqui In Lela Rose - 5th Annual Celebration Of Dance Gala Presented By The Dizzy Feet Foundation

Emmanuelle Chriqui joined Christina Applegate and Jenna Elfman for the 5th Annual Celebration of Dance Gala presented by the Dizzy Feet Foundation at the Club Nokia on Saturday (August 1) in Los Angeles, California.

I love how the rich floral pattern plays up the elegant feel of this fit-and-flare Lela Rose Spring 2015 dress.

The dress is not only made modern with the cut-out at the waist, but also by her cool metallic silver accessories.

This was my favourite look from the event.

Comic-Con 2015 Red Carpet Roundup

Comic con roundup
The star-studded Comic-Con 2015 weekend brought out a host of other bold names for the range of parties and panel discussions in San Diego, California.

Natalie Dormer: Attending the Screen Gems panel, the ‘Game of Thrones’ actress wore a Mary Katrantzou lamur guipure lace and jacquard midi dress with blue-green embroidered accents. I like how her ponytail adds a fresh, breezy note to this darker look, but I have no words for the shoes that should have been a simple black or blue sandal if nothing else. You may remember that Shailene Woodley wore the same dress a few months ago.

Sarah Paulson: Fusing femininity with structure, this Suno cutout flared black dress was a successful look for Sarah at the Entertainment Weekly Comic-Con 2015 party. I was equally delighted to see her step outside the plain-black box with accessories including a silver Edie Parker clutch and silver Aldo shoes.

Kate Mara: Also joining the dark colour parade, Kate wore an embellished Valentino Fall 2015 design at the 20th Century Fox panel discussion. She let the mini dress shine all on its own with only minimal styling including a simple pair of black sandals and a few beaded bracelets, which I would argue were unnecessary too.

Lizzy Caplan In Lela Rose – Jimmy Kimmel Live

Lizzy Caplan In Lela Rose - Jimmy Kimmel Live

Lizzy Caplan was spotted headed to a studio in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday (June 23) to tape her guest appearance on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’.

Her Lela Rose Fall 2015 dress, rendered in a timeless gingham print, was both free-spirited and oozing femininity. I love how Lizzy’s version features an asymmetrical hemline.

We all know Lizzy always delivers when it comes to her footwear choices, so I’m confident her sandals were just for travelling from car to studio.

I’m picturing the final look with eye-catching red heels to match her ruby lips.

Carla Gugino In Lela Rose – ‘Me and Earl and the Dying Girl’ LA Premiere

Carla Gugino In Lela Rose - ‘Me and Earl and the Dying Girl’ LA Premiere

Carla Gugino joined Sophia Bush for the ‘Me and Earl and the Dying Girl’ premiere at The Harmony Gold Theatre on Wednesday (June 2) in Los Angeles, California.

With Sophia going super-short with her look, Carla took the longer way out in a Lela Rose Fall 2015 dress.

The ladylike silhouette received a spirited, graphic punch with a purple abstract print that she reflected in her lavender lip colour.

If only her shoes had maintained the same vibrant shade for an extra pop. The clunkier black platform heels wouldn’t have been my first choice.

2015 Glamour Woman of the Year Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Glamour Woman of The Year Awards

There were many more lovely ladies besides Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Kate Hudson and Kerry Washington who attended the 2015 Glamour Woman of the Year Awards at Berkeley Square Gardens on Tuesday (June 2) in London, England.

Gemma Chan: The British actress served up visual splendour wearing an Mary Katrantzou’s intricately printed ‘Cassandra’ dress. I’m glad she kept the spirit of this look alive with a moss-green clutch.

Gillian Anderson: There was a distinct lack of drama at this event, so up stepped Gillian Anderson wearing a nude caped gown by Australian couturier Paolo Sebastian. Some might find this a touch dated, but I’m too busy diverting my eyes away from the upper mid section.

Louise Redknapp: The British presenter usually finds herself at near the top of the my best dressed list, but that wasn’t to be the case on this occasion. While I loved the gorgeous cobalt-blue hue and her breakaway from the expected, this Proenza Schouler basket weave fringe dress fails to flatter, plus her pumps were really dull. The only plus side was the complementary Bottega Veneta clutch.
