The actress completed her look with two-tone YSL heels.

Jessica Szohr wore the same dress, when she attended the Us Weekly’s 25 Most Stylish New Yorkers at Hudson Terrace back in September.

The Gossip Girl actress wore her dress with black strappy sandals, and because of her shoe choice, she wins for me.
