My second “Oh No She Didn’t” of the week goes to Jenna Elfman who channeled her inner Charlize Theron, wearing the same gold metallic Lanvin Pre-Fall 2009 dress which Charlize wore to the “The Burning Plain” Paris Premiere back in March.

I like the dress but I don’t feel Jenna did it any justice mostly because she opted out of the black belt which gives the dress more shape.

Jenna’s dress just hangs around her middle like a sack.

Jessica Stroup is probably the only young actress who always seems to get it so right on the red carpet. She’s never faltered.

I adore her cute ensemble which includes a Stella McCartney sleeveless top, Catherine Malandrino black shorts and Stella McCartney gold trim platform pumps.

I’m loving the new bob.  It really suits her.

Annalynne McCord makes it a 3peat for this Alice + Olivia black and white strapless dress.

Amber Tamblyn and Khloe Kardashian have worn this dress already.

This dress is a huge step away from the slinky body-con dresses we are used to seeing Annalynne wear.  I’m not really feeling this look at all on her.

Sophia Bush’s floral dress gives me a warm fuzzy feeling of Autumn day when the leaves are falling off the trees, whilst the sun is shining on a beautiful day.

The whole look has a 40s vibe to it with the hair, the bold red lips and the dress.  Dita would love it.

I do like Shenae Grimes’ pink Camilla & Marc bustier dress, but it’s quite ironic that she fails to fill the dress.

As a result the dress doesn’t really flatter her which is disappointing as the colour is divine on her.

Jennifer Love Hewitt opt for an ice white strapless dress with a tie on the hip, but I’m more drawn to her stunning nude peep-toes with a cute bow detail.

Ashlee Simpson continues to channel her inner rock chick wearing this grey tweed dress with a lot of added leather and chiffon detail which mixes sweet with sassy.

Her look is paired with a black clutch and Balenciaga heels.

Elle Macpherson never met a Herve Leger dress she didn’t like.

This is two events in a row she has opted for a bandage dress.

It’s been a quiet week on the red carpet, so we have relied mostly on Marion Cotillard to give us red carpet wow moments and she didn’t let us down last night.

The French actress looked stunning in a pink Christian Dior Resort 2010 dress at the Paris “Public Enemies” premiere.

Whilst most were concentrating on her strange choice of sparkling burgundy Dior wedges, I was drooling over her pink dress. The colour is absolutely perfect on her.

I love the not too revealing plunge which she decorates with multiple silver necklaces, and the way the tie at the front of the dress nips in her waist to give Marion’s tiny frame a gorgeous shape.

Glamorous back-combed hair, smoky eyes, neutral lips, and a python clutch added the perfect finishing touches.

Congratulations to Drew who sent me an email on Wednesday picking this dress for Marion which I added to my Red Carpet Wish List. It’s not the same colour, but it’s the same dress.

Looks like you got your wish Drew.  I hope Cate Blanchett picks mine.

Earlier in the day, Marion attended “La Fete du Cinema” cocktail launch in Paris wearing another dress from a French fashion house. This time it was Lanvin.

You can see that her dark grey Lanvin twisted neckline dress is a not too distant cousin from the Pre-Fall 2009 dress which was presented on the runway.

I love the way this dress just drapes so elegantly on her, especially the neckline which has an interesting gathered detail.

Studded strappy sandals was an interesting footwear choice for this sophisticated look.

Claire Danes arrived at the Film Independent’s Spirit Awards held at Santa Monica Beach earlier this year wearing a two tone Lanvin Spring 2009 strapless bustier dress, with a gathered skirt.

Her look was made more interesting with a nude Lanvin necklace from the same collection, but dialed down with uninteresting black peep-toes.

Dasha Zhukova opted for the same Lanvin dress when she attended “The Hermitage 20/21 Dinner at Sotheby’s” in London back in April.

She added a simple gold necklace, taupe heels and a box clutch.

Funny woman Chelsea Handler for once wowed me at the “Women In Film’s 2009 Crystal + Lucy Awards” in California when she walked the red carpet wearing the same dress.

This has to be the most sophisticated I have ever seen Chelsea look, as she paired her dress with champagne heels and a Nancy Gonzalez clutch.

Claire is ruled out because of her uninspiring heels.

Dasha wins because she could make a black bin liner look chic, plus her accessories complemented her look better than the other two.

Woohoo. She’s arrived.

Last night Diane Kruger attended a press conference during Cannes Film Festival, for the animated movie Lascars, and she’s already giving us high fashion.

She wore a short pink Lanvin dress with puff sleeves, tights and Stuart Weitzman ‘Jardin’ T-Strap sandals.

This dress was originally presented as at top on the runway. Maybe that’s because it was too short to be considered a dress.

I’m not crazy about Diane’s shoe choice, and the tights I get, because of the length of the skirt, but the angle of the picture ruins this a bit for me, because I can see the inside lining of the dress.

Michelle Obama visited the Ferebee Hope elementary school in Washington yesterday. She talked to a group of 3rd grade students, encouraging them to work hard at their studies. She also said their pledge would help her husband, President Barack Obama.

Mrs Obama was wearing a sleeveless navy blue and white polka dotted Lanvin Resort 2009 dress, with navy paillettes on the shoulder.

From the pictures of her sitting down, it’s clear that she shortened the gown, so it was more appropriate for the day time.

You may remember Tilda Swinton wore the gown version to the 17th Annual BAFTA/LA Britannia Awards back in November.

The gown version is available to purchase from My Theresa for £2,289.74/€2,679/$3,643.44.

On her 100th day in the White House, Michelle Obama volunteered, bagging food for hungry children at the Capital Area Food Bank.

The First Lady of Fashion was super casual, but still chic, wearing a J. Crew argyle cardigan, cropped pants, and snazzy Lanvin leather sneakers.

Her grey leather sneakers, had a purple metallic toe, and grey grosgrain ribbon laces.

I found a reversed colour version of Michelle’s sneakers with a patent grey metallic toe, from BrownsFashion.com for £310/€345.90/$455.42.

The J.Crew cardigan was $188, but reduced to $99.99

Like I always say when it comes to Michelle, get it before it sells out.

Maggie Gyllenhaal wore a custom-made longer version of the Lanvin leopard print dress that was presented on the runway, when she arrived at the Golden Globe Awards back in January.

She certainly stood out from the other actresses, because we don’t often see leopard print at major awards shows, but she pulled her look off well.

Last month, Spanish actress Bibiana Fernandez wore the runway version of this dress, with a gold pair of Christian Louboutin multi buckle sandals.

Both women look fantastic, but given the choice, I would take the shorter version, and Bibi heels are fierce, so she wins for me.
