Comic-Con 2015 Red Carpet Roundup

Comic Con

Here is a roundup of some of the other events which took place last night (July 9) during Comic-Con 2015 in San Diego.

Ashley Benson: I can’t say I’m a huge fan of Ashley’s style, but I simply adore this sweet offering from Valentino. While the look may have benefited from her hair being pulled back, I love the simple styling which included Aldo sandals.

Willow Shields: Joining Jennifer Lawrence for the Lionsgate press panel to present ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2′, the young actress wore a House of Holland cross over dress typically playful thanks to its bold blue and purple contrasting plaid panels.

Holland Roden: Back stateside after a short jaunt to Paris, the ‘Teen Wolf’ star attended the FOX International Studios’ Comic-Con Party. I love how the bold stripes and florals enhance the classic A-line silhouette of her Kate Spade New York ensemble.

Celebrity Street Style Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture

Celebrity Street Style Paris Fashion Week Edition

The pretty young things haven’t only been spotted in designer ensembles whilst at the front and centre of the Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture Fall 2015 shows. Away from the fashion presentations, they have switched into something more comfortable to take to the streets of the City of Light.

Lily Collins: The epitome of casual Parisian chic, Lily was seen leaving her Paris hotel on Sunday (July 5) in a Kate Spade New York leopard dot crepe romper accessorized with Dita ‘Magnifique’ shades and Chloe ‘Lauren’ flats for a present-day Audrey Hepburn-inspired moment.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley
: We know Rosie can work a sexy dress, as she’s done thus far several times while in Paris, but sometimes it’s her effortless, off-duty style that’s all the more appealing for its laidback charm. Here, a perfect example, with her black Barbara Bui silk trench coat that was chicly worn with a Maison Michel ‘Virginie’ fedora, Christian Dior ‘So Real’ sunglasses, and a Balenciaga ‘Papier A4′ oversized leather tote bag during her arrival to Paris at the Gare du Nord Station on Saturday (July 4).

Kendall Jenner
: Taking a break from her catwalk duties, the model played it casual in a Zimmerman ‘Seer Crush’ trench worn over a gray T-shirt and cropped, skinny Mother ‘Stunner’ jeans while out and about on Sunday (July 5). I love the added flair of the silver Barbara Bui brogues and the polish of the Givenchy ‘Lucrezia’ bag.

Maisie Williams In Kate Spade New York – Jimmy Kimmel Live

Maisie Williams In Kate Spade New York - Jimmy Kimmel Live

Maisie Williams was spotted in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday (March 24), where she made a guest appearance on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live.’

The ‘Game of Thrones’ starlet donned a Kate Spade New York Spring 2015 foliage-printed top and short in a relaxed, boxy silhouette that was both youthful and fresh.

Exchanging her disco-ball clutch from the ‘Game of Thrones’ premiere for another novelty bag, she carried the Kate Spade New York ‘Spring Forward Wicker Frog’ bag that added plenty of sweet whimsy to the ensemble.

I would have much preferred a less clunky shoe to her ASOS sandals, but their quirk factor still fits the bill. Age-appropriate and pure fun, this look was an adorable frog-jump into spring.

Willow Shields In Kate Spade New York – Fashion Rocks 2014

Willow Shields In Kate Spade New York - Fashion Rocks 2014

Willow Shields attended Fashion Rocks 2014 at Barclays Center in New York City on Tuesday (September 9).

The ‘The Hunger Games’ actress wore a vibrant floral-print Kate Spade New York suit with a white shirt and tie and black Stuart Weitzman sandals.

The young actress has been making her rounds at New York Fashion Week, making it clear she’s interested in fashion, and I love the risks she is willing to take. This suit is fun and daring, and the fact that she’s wearing a necktie is taking the menswear trend to the next level, which I love.

I do so wish she had pulled her long, long hair up, though. While it is gorgeous, it is just too much going on with the suit. A topknot would have but fun and youthful, and wouldn’t have competed with the bold print.

Nude lips, pink cheeks and thick lashes complete the look.

2014 Young Hollywood Awards

2014 Young Hollywood Awards

There was a host of other young stars who joined Chloe Moretz on the red carpet for the 2014 Young Hollywood Awards held at The Wiltern on Sunday (July 27) in Los Angeles, California.

Belle Thorne: The Disney star opted for a head-to-toe all-pink look, wearing a ’60s-style mini dress accented with emerald crystals which she styled with platform pumps that also had a crystal accent to the heel. The only thing not blinging here was her Edie Parker clutch.

Vanessa Marano: The young star, who hosted the show, shunned the expected cutesy dress in favour of something more tailored, wearing a Skaist Taylor suit featuring a pink blazer with black peaked lapels. It takes a lot of great styling and finesse to pull off this look and to prevent it from coming off too mature, especially for someone so young. So going sans top and adding sexy Oscar Tiye sandals ensured this look was kept youthful.

Ashley Tisdale: The actress worked an all-silver look, donning a tulip-hem halter V Label London dress with metallic Casadei sandals and a matching clutch. Ashley’s style can often be très predictable, but the style of dress here, especially the length, is a refreshing change, edging her in a more grown-up direction.

Sophie Mcshera In Kate Spade New York & Joanne Froggatt In Vivienne Westwood – Monaco Palace Cocktail Reception

54th Monte-Carlo Television Festival - Day 4

Sophie McShera, Joanne Froggatt and Lesley Nicol of ‘Downton Abbey’ attended a cocktail reception at Monaco Palace on June 9, 2014 in Monte Carlo, Monaco, where they got to meet Prince Albert II of Monaco.

Sophie McShera: The actress wore a pretty aqua-blue Kate Spade New York A-line frock with a slight asymmetrical hemline, which she styled with a gorgeous necklace and simple nude pumps.

Joanne Froggatt: My girl always looks great and this classic Vivienne Westwood dress is no different. The black strapless ‘Trinket’ dress comes with a twist as it features a mint-green wrap-around mini skirt, setting it apart from the countless strapless Westwood dresses we’ve seen before. Nude heels were also her footwear of choice, opting for a pair of peep-toe Louboutins.

Lesley Nicol: The actress opted for a simple look, wearing a lace-sleeved black calf-length dress styled with flatforms and a gold pendant necklace.
