Pixie Lott In Julien Macdonald – 2017 BRIT Awards

Pixie Lott bought the shimmer to the 2017 Brit Awards on Wednesday (February 22) in London, England.

I do love this dress – the warrior princess-look to the top and the drama of the bottom work well together – but I’m left questioning the decision to cut the fringing at the front!

The Julien Macdonald dress works much better on Pixie than the model, and her choice of silver strappy sandals was a great one in contrast to the heavy black heels on the catwalk.

But I’m still unsure about the mullet cut of the fringing. Who else prefers it left longer?

Jennifer Lopez Wears Julien Macdonald For The ‘All I Have’ Las Vegas Show

Jennifer Lopez kicked off the next round of her Las Vegas residency, ‘Jennifer Lopez: All I Have’ earlier this month.

In addition to her incredible voice and her bootylicious dance moves, Jennifer went all out with the costumes created by Julien Macdonald, which were infused with plenty of bling and high glamour.

Opening the show in true diva fashion the singer was decked out with over 120,000 Swarovski crystals.

The dramatic floor length coat, covered in billowing feathers and precision-cut crystals, was removed mid-way through the performance to reveal her second look, a Swarovski encrusted micro mini dress with crystal fringe and feather skirt.

Say what you want about JLo, but the woman sure knows how to put on a show.

Julien Macdonald commented, “It was fabulous working with Jennifer to create these incredibly glamorous Swarovski pieces for her Las Vegas show. I loved the idea of designing within her theme of a modern-day showgirl and drew inspiration from the glamour and charm of the 1920’s performers. Jennifer looked absolutely, incredible.”

2017 Grammy Awards Artists Second Looks

For the 2017 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 12) in LA, some stars didn’t only rock one look. It was a double feature—a triple feature for a few—with quick changes all night long.

Celine Dion: Don’t let the side view of this Mugler Pre-Fall 2017 black gown fool you. It was still slit way up to there, as presented in the look book, showing off some major leg as the music icon took the stage to present the award for Song of the Year.

Demi Lovato In Julien Macdonald – 2017 Grammy Awards

Demi Lovato slinked across the red carpet at the 2017 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 12) in LA.

Don’t let the long sleeves of this sultry Julien Macdonald Spring 2017 gown fool you.

The textural, intricately woven dress checked the box on all the hallmarks of smoldering style, with its see-through and peek-a-boo, body-con design paired with an Edie Parker clutch and David Yurman jewels.

I do love that the keyhole cutout was slightly less exposed than the runway presentation, as there was enough already laid bare—and those extra-long locks did nothing to cover up this risque glamour goddess look.

Nina Dobrev In Julien Macdonald – ‘xXx: Return Of Xander Cage’ Beijing Press Conference

Nina Dobrev is currently in Beijing, China, where she attended the press conference for ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’ on Thursday (February 9).

The actress wore a dress from one of her favourite designers: Julien Macdonald.

I love this youthful, micro silhouette which is beautifully framed with striking turquoise embroidery.

This look is a perfect reflection of her effortless style.

Unfortunately this picture shows her shoes as black, but they are in fact they radiant multiple colours when they catch the light which makes this a really interesting pairing alongside her Etro studded clutch.

Ruby Rose In Julien Macdonald – ‘xXx’: Return of Xander Cage’ LA Premiere

Ruby Rose again showed her chameleon-like tendencies, transforming her look completely for the ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’ LA Premiere on Thursday (January 19).

The actress’s past few outings, including the ‘xXx’ London premiere, have seen her cover up her tattoos, but this skin-baring, shimmery Julien Macdonald Spring 2017 gown saw her fully accessorized in her own body art.

That said, the sultry dress nearly acted as the accessory here so strong was her ink along with her slick pixie and another adventurous lip, this time in a futuristic bronze metallic.
