Lily Collins In Johanna Ortiz – Cartier Queen’s Cup Polo

This Sunday’s annual Cartier Queen’s Cup was a who’s who of the worlds of fashion, film and society, with polo aficionados joining the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh at Windsor Great Park to enjoy a thoroughly British day out.

Guildford-born Lily Collins was looking every inch the English Rose, despite wearing a dress with plenty of Latin flavour from Johanna Ortiz’s Fall 2018 collection.

Fluted ruffles – a signature of the brand – and a key-hole cut-out made this a statement-making summer style. Rendered in an eye-catching bird and floral print the look fuses effortless femininity with a sense of playfulness.

With her signature bold red lip and Stephen Jones Millinery fascinator, the actress wouldn’t have looked out of place at last month’s royal wedding.

Bryce Dallas Howard In Johanna Ortiz – ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’ Madrid Premiere

Bryce Dallas Howard attended the ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’ (Jurassic World: El Reino Caido) premiere on Monday (May 21) in Madrid, Spain.

The actress is known for her preference of dark hues and simplicity, which is why this Johanna Ortiz ruffled dress was such a surprising option, however, I applaud this statement-making summer style which was perfect for her big blockbuster promo tour.

What strikes me the most is how the fiery cinnamon and cayenne pepper hues were electrifying with her strawberry blonde hair, but if I was to nitpick, I would say the dress feels about one size too big; which is most noticeable on the top half.

Nonetheless I love the look for the change of direction, and effortless femininity with a sense of playfulness.

Thandie Newton In Johanna Ortiz & Duro Olowu – Despierta America & ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ Photocall

Thandie Newton continues to showcase her love of prints after dazzling in Vivienne Westwood Couture at Cannes. First, she paid a visit to Despierta America in Miami, Florida on Tuesday (May 8). Then she attended the ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ London photocall on Friday (May 18).

Despierta America: It’s hard not to smile at this Johanna Ortiz Spring 2018 dress with its layers and vivacious print. Critics might say the graphic shoes distract from the frock, but they make it more than just another pretty summer dress. Adjusting the straps on the necklace gave it a flirtier finish.

‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ London Photocall: Taking a more geometric direction, the actress wore a Duro Olowu Fall 2018 style. The designer is known for his energetic prints. The way this look seamlessly blends so many styles shows why. The white shoes and soft beauty look add to the joie de vivre feeling.

Cheryl Cole In Johanna Ortiz – Hotel Martinez

Having skipped Cannes last year following the birth of her first child, Cheryl Cole was spotted arriving at the Hotel Martinez in Cannes today (May 11), ahead of her ambassadorial duties with L’Oreal UK.

The singer kept things casual wearing a breezy Johanna Ortiz blouse marrying two-tone stripes with cascading ruffles; forming into a train with dramatic effect.

Styled with Re/Done jeans, I love the punchy red accessories which gave this look plenty of personality.

She completed her look with a practical Dasein bag featuring a large buckle design.

‘The Big Picture’ CinemaCon Presentation of ‘Ocean’s 8’

Finally. The moment we’ve all been waiting for. The start of the ‘Ocean’s 8’ promo tour.

Sarah Paulson, Mindy Kaling, Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway and Awkwafina took to the red carpet for ‘The Big Picture’ CinemaCon presentation of ‘Ocean’s 8’ on Tuesday (April 24) in Las Vegas, Nevada, all bringing their own touch of sparkle to the event.

Sarah Paulson: The actress shimmered in a gilded Alberta Ferretti Fall 2018 dress -sans the runway boots- which was both sophisticated and chic. Sarah tends to prefer moody hues, so I was delighted by this bright offering.

Mindy Kaling: Keeping things simple and sweet, Mindy opted to forgo colour for a striped Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2018 look styled with Nicholas Kirkwood heels. You may remember that Naomi Watts wore a similar version of this dress recently.

Sandra Bullock: Sandra can tend to stick to LBDs, so I was thankful that opted for a Johanna Ortiz Wasai kimono and leather trousers from the Spring 2018 collection. The Colombian designer tends to champion her native country, however, it seems this look was influenced by Japanese culture on this occasion. Alexis Bitter jewels completed her look.

Cate Blanchett: I know some of you have very strong feeling about Gucci, but I love how chic this retro inspired Pre-Fall 2018 cream jacquard suit with black velvet contrast detailing is. The look was further amped up with an opulent gold necklace.

Anne Hathaway: It’s so good to see Anne Hathaway back on the red carpet. She returns wearing a Bottega Veneta Spring 2018 dress with colourful stud embellishments that lends attention-to-detail and modern attitude to her look.

Awkwafina: She may not be as recognisable as her cast mates, but the actress held her own rocking a Topshop striped blazer and matching striped trousers, styled with Nicholas Kirkwood sandals.
