Kimberly Perry In Johanna Johnson – 2013 CMA Awards

Kimberly Perry In Johanna Johnson - 2013 CMA Awards

Kimberly Perry of The Band Perry looked gorgeous while taking to the red carpet for the 47th annual CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee yesterday evening.

The singer wore a beautiful embroidered Johanna Johnson ivory gown with an open back.

Her cap-sleeved gown was complemented with a Swarovski silver-and-ivory ‘Starlight’ crystallized box clutch, with teardrop earrings, a wavy updo and a pretty pink lip colour providing the finishing touches.

Delta Goodrem In Johanna Johnson – Australians In Film Benefit Dinner

Delta Goodrem In Johanna Johnson - Australians In Film Benefit Dinner

You can’t have an Australian Gala without inviting Delta Goodrem.

The Aussie singer and ‘The Voice’ judge attended the 2nd annual Australians In Film Awards hosted at the Intercontinental Hotel in Beverly Hills, California yesterday evening, opting to keep her look muted wearing a black Johanna Johnson Spring 2012 gown.

This look comes as somewhat of a surprise to me, as Delta has had a long-time love affair with colour on the red carpet.

Her long-sleeved black lace gown with a low open back was styled with smouldering smoky eyes, statement earrings, a dark manicure and a selection of rings.

Something about this dress screams Dita von Teese to me. I’m not sure I’m so crazy about it on Delta.

Carly Rae Jepsen In Johanna Johnson – 2012 MTV EMAs

Prior to her crowd surfing performance and picking up the gongs for ‘Best Push’ and ‘Best Song’, Carly Rae Jepsen took to the red carpet in Frankfurt, Germany for the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards.

The brunette beauty wore a shimmering Johanna Johnson silver lace strapless gown which she styled with a mirror clutch with gold hardware.

Her gown is nice enough, but I wish she cinched in her waist with a silver metal waistband.

What I do love is that deep red lip colour and even with her long blunt bangs, her baby blues really pop.

Speaking to Carly at the event she said, “My style icons are Cate Blanchett, she always looks amazing, I like both the Olsens because they are my height, 5’2” and if they can pull something off maybe I can too! I’ve been watching MTV since I was a little girl so tonight is amazing.”

Analeigh Tipton In Johanna Johnson – ‘Damsels in Distress’ New York Screening

Analeigh Tipton graced the red carpet like a true Hollywood star at the New York screening of ‘Damsels in Distress’ at the Soho Grand last night.

The former ‘ANTM’ contestant and ‘Crazy, Stupid, Love’ actress looked stunning wearing a Johanna Johnson gown.

Her sweeping black metallic gown with an open back was styled with neutral makeup and soft curls in the manner of a sultry screen siren.

A silver clutch, Sergio Rossi heels and Forevermark diamond-studded earrings completed her look.

Princess Charlene of Monaco In Johanna Johnson – Grace Kelly: Style Icon Exhibition Grand Opening

Princess Charlene of Monaco was in Bendigo, Australia, this weekend to open the Grace Kelly: Style Icon exhibition, which was held in the Bendigo Art Gallery during the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival.

She wore a Johanna Johnson custom dress.

The blush-hued dress with a low-cut back and beaded Swarovski crystal-embellished trims is beautiful, but I can’t help feeling like embellishments are a tad OTT for a daytime event.

Also, for one so broad shouldered, should Charlene really be wearing a dress which does nothing but accentuate them?

This look leaves me with so many questions.

What do you think?

Silver Jimmy Choo ‘Lance’ sandals completed her look.

Christina Hendricks In Johanna Johnson – 2011 Emmy Awards

I actually let out a sigh of relief when I saw Christina Hendricks on the red carpet at the 2011 Emmy Awards tonight.

Thank god she finally found a way to dress her stunning figure without her twins resting on her chin.

Her custom-made Johanna Johnson gown is amazing on her.

Kudos to the designer for not making her look comical like her Westwood dress did last week.

The ‘Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series’ wore a silk satin gown embellished with delicate Swarovski stones, glass and beaded details which sparkled on the red carpet.

A matching clutch and satin Christian Louboutin ‘Tres Ophrah’ sandals completed her look.

I love that she went easy on the jewels, as the dress is a jewel itself.

True Old Hollywood glamour at its very finest.

Welcome back Christina.
