Jordana Brewster In J. Mendel – FOX 2017 Summer TCA Tour

Jordana Brewster was at the FOX 2017 Summer TCA Tour on Tuesday (August 8) in LA.

I was captivated by the pastel prettiness of her J. Mendel Resort 2018 plisse frock that saw her capturing a softer-chic side of style with long, flowing waves and a lovely makeup look to match.

That said, while her Jimmy Choo ‘Annie’ sandals let the dress stay front and centre, I was a bit perplexed at the dark Jimmy Choo ‘Cay’ clutch with this look.

Marvel’s The Defenders New York Premiere Red Carpet Roundup

The New York City premiere of ‘Marvel’s The Defenders’ brought out a number of additional stars to join Krysten Ritter on the red carpet on Monday (July 31).

Jessica Henwick: I love how Jessica’s Vionnet patchwork motif dress cheekily played into a comic-book theme without compromising any of its modern glamour. Roger Vivier heels along with De Beers jewels and a Hayward House clutch completed the picture.

Deborah Ann Woll: My main issue with this J. Mendel Pre-Fall 2017 metallic lace gown was the aging effect it had on the actress—that, and the visible underlining which further compromised the dress.

Rosario Dawson: Rosario’s version of contemporary superhero consisted of a black jumpsuit tied with a celestial-print sash.

‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 7 Premiere Red Carpet Roundup

In addition to Sophie Turner and Rose Leslie, there were a number of other stars in attendance at the ‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 7 premiere on Wednesday (July 12) in LA.

Maisie Williams: The starlet channeled mature allure in a Milly slip dress that stood out for its luscious green hue, which she reflected in her eye makeup. By styling the look with black accessories along with Maria Black jewelry, she added a tougher edge.

Kit Harington: Handsome as ever, Kit wore a monochromatic Dolce & Gabbana ensemble that had no chance of being one-note with the decoratively embossed blazer, contrast lapels, and slippers that gave the look a regal, off-duty flair.

Nathalie Emmanuel: Nathalie took the opportunity to walk a more progressive line with this Vivienne Westwood dress that was not only recognizable in the designer’s signature silhouette but also for having abstracted visions of her face printed across it. I love her choice of red lip and silver Sophia Webster ‘Lilico’ embellished shoes as they provided a bold finish without overcooking the oddity of the frock.

Sofia Carson In J. Mendel – 2017 A Capitol Fourth

Sofia Carson performed the US National Anthem at the 2017 A Capitol Fourth last night (July 4) in Washington, D.C.

I love how the dramatic silhouette of her J. Mendel Resort 2018 gown is a match for the big occasion; with drop earrings heightening the mesmerizing look.

With her porcelain skin, blue gown and red lips, you don’t get more patriotic than this.

Miranda Cosgrove In J. Mendel – ‘Despicable Me 3’ LA Premiere

With a delightful ode to fresh, summer style, Miranda Cosgrove was at the ‘Despicable Me 3’ LA premiere on Saturday (June 24).

This J. Mendel Resort 2018 white dress is the epitome of what a perfect LWD should be—from the youthfully feminine ruffles to the flattering, ladylike fit.

To make the frock even better, she paired it with lemony Christian Louboutin heels and a complementary Thale Blanc clutch that cleverly—yet chicly—referenced the yellow characters in ‘Despicable Me’.

H. Stern earrings and Djula rings rounded out the ensemble.

There’s nothing that I don’t love about this look; it’s the epitome of effortless charm.

2017 Tony Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The glamour of the 2017 Tony Awards red carpet continued with a number of stars of stage and screen, who all converged in New York City on Sunday evening (June 11).

Denée Benton: The darling ingénue was dressed in an equally charming Oscar de la Renta Resort 2018 frock that turned over a chic new leaf with its whimsical flutter of embellished foliage. Styled with Oscar de la Renta ‘Romy’ sandals and Fred Leighton jewelry, the look was at the height of fresh sophistication and just so happened to coordinate with the rose and grass wall behind her. Such a stylish coincidence.

Condola Rashad: Making a dynamic entrance, Condola’s Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood Spring 2017 dress had the signature sculpted bodice and silhouette we’d expect. The impactful addition of the bold metallic and orange paneling, plus her sleek long ponytail, created a strong, modern look.

Patina Miller: Outfitting her baby bump in bright fuchsia pink, Patina wore a Roland Mouret that was precision fitted and formed to her, as we’d expect from the designer. A silver Judith Leiber clutch and Graziela Gems completed the look.
