Rita Ora In Jeremy Scott & J.W. Anderson – Lacoste L!ve 4th Annual Desert Pool Party

Channeling her full-on wild-child side, Rita Ora let her T-shirt do all the talking at the Lacoste L!ve Fourth Annual Desert Pool Party, hosted on Saturday in Thermal, California as part of Coachella’s first big 2013 weekend.

Her loud message top was from the Fall 2013 collection of the reigning king of punk, Jeremy Scott, though I’m glad she swapped the shiny garbage-bag mini from the runway for J.W. Anderson’s ‘Spongy’ lilac-pink pleat skirt.

With her black sneakers, Carrera by Safilo sunglasses, blonde curls and bold red lippie, this is grunge-pretty at its finest.

Anywhere else, this concoction would have landed the British songstress a worst-dressed title. But, for Coachella, there’s something about her slightly manic look that is mildly appealing.

You can just imagine her playfully chanting, ‘kids rule, adults drool.’

Hayley Williams In Jeremy Scott – NYLON x Boss Orange Escape House Event

Hayley Williams has always marched to the beat of her own style drum, indulging her pop-punk allure as front-woman of the band, Paramore. Never was that devil-may-care style attitude more apparent than in the songstress’s appearance at Saturday’s NYLON x Boss Orange Escape House event at La Quinta Inn in La Quinta, California prior to the 2013 MTV Movie Awards.

Her Jeremy Scott Spring 2011 ‘Shopping Bag’ dress invited us all to ‘Have a Nice Day.’ But this outfit just about ruined mine.

This brand of brash styling is best absorbed in small bites, and there was just too much irreverence served up on one plate here.

Looking at this, I was nearly going as cross-eyed as the smiley face on her sheer grocery-tote dress, what with the lemon-yellow underpinnings, those clunky black brogues (not to mention the purple polka-dot ankle socks) and her ink-stained thigh.

Despite her, ahem, colourful ensemble, the first thing that caught my eye was actually Hayley’s neon sno-cone hair, which had a touch up prior to the MTV Movie Awards.

Turquoise-rimmed cat eyes and a candy-pink pout finished the NYLON magazine cover girl’s look.

Katy Perry In Jeremy Scott – 2011 MTV European Music Awards

Katy Perry was also a winner at the 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards as she collected Best Live Act at the event in Belfast last night.

She wore a Jeremy Scott Spring 2012 dress.

Her pink one-shoulder sunglasses-print dress was teamed with a matching studded leather jacket.

She also wore white ankle socks and Jeremy Scott saddle shoe ankle boots with pink platforms.

The pink theme continued with her fuchsia-coloured hair styled in 50s pin-up curls and fuchsia-pink lips.

White earrings with a pink happy face completed her typically quirky, retro look.

On The ‘We Found Love’ Music Video Set With Rihanna In Jeremy Scott

Rihanna is causing quite a stir in the New Lodge area of Belfast, Northern Ireland as she shoots her new music video for her next hit ‘We Found Love’, which features Calvin Harris.

She has several costume changes, but this Jeremy Scott denim look is straight off the Spring 2012 runway.

The denim bra and paper bag denim skirt were paired with laddered stockings and lace-up creepers.

Her look was completed with a bandanna tied around her head, Hilda Ogden style.

Rihanna was asked to leave the set of this location when the landowner, who initially gave his permission for her and the camera crew to be there, became upset by her state of undress.

Little does he know that it could’ve been a look skimpier.
