Elizabeth Banks In Jeffrey Dodd – ‘Pitch Perfect 3’ LA Premiere

My favourite girl, Elizabeth Banks, joined her co-stars Anna Camp, Anna Kendrick, Brittany Snow and Hailee Steinfeld on the red carpet for the ‘Pitch Perfect 3’ on Tuesday (December 12) in Hollywood, California.

Seductive and feminine, Elizabeth shimmed down the red carpet wearing a custom Jeffrey Dodd dress which put her firmly in the spotlight.

I love how the slender straps and a daring slit ensure an alluring look, which is balanced by the overall length.

Opting to go full matchy matchy – like she did for the ‘Love & Mercy’ LA premiere – Elizabeth completed her look with red sandals and a satin clutch.

Abbie Cornish In Jeffrey Dodd – 6th Annual Australians in Film Award & Benefit Dinner

Abbie Cornish attended the 6th Annual Australians in Film Award & Benefit Dinner on Wednesday (October 18) in Los Angeles, California.

While I adore the painterly striped Jeffrey Dodd Resort 2018 look book styling, I love that Australian actress made this look her own with the pink silk skirt, which brought about a sensual aura.

I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the clutch here, but the velvet pink sandals were the perfect finishing touch.

ELLE’s 24th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration Red Carpet Roundup

From ELLE’s 24th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration on Monday (October 16) in Beverly Hills, California, we’ve seen the likes of Kristen Stewart and Jennifer Lawrence. Here is a roundup of the rest of the gorgeous actresses who were in attendance.

Jessica Chastain: The vinyl Fashion Week trend didn’t go down too well with the majority, but Jessica put her graceful spin on the trend in Calvin Klein which is the most glamorous interpretation I’ve seen yet.

Margot Robbie: After a colourful week promoting ‘Goodbye Christopher Robin’, Margot opted for the simple elegance of Calvin Klein. I adore the sensuality of this look, plus the embellished sandals.

Zoe Lister-Jones: The Chinese influence of her gorgeous McQ Alexander McQueen floral dress is there for all to see. It’s the complementary styling of Irene Neuwirth and blue suede shoes which really perfected the look.

Kathryn Hahn In Jeffrey Dodd – Point Honors Gala

Kathryn Hahn highlighted the elegance of minimalism at the Point Honors Gala on Saturday (October 7) in Beverly Hills.

While some might find the actress’s Jeffrey Dodd Spring 2017 separates to be unmemorable, I found that the fluidity of the long tunic and wide-leg pants presented a pared-back sophistication.

She resisted the urge to over-accessorise so the different fabrics and diagonal seams on the flowing tank remained front and center. A gold clutch, dangling earrings and black sandals were the finishing touches.

Post Emmys Parties

Following the big show, came the Emmy’s after parties hosted by HBO and FOX which saw a few celebrities change into second looks.

Julianne Hough: When it comes to after-parties, the idea is to switch into something more comfortable to get your groove on without the fear of someone stepping on the train you’ve been carrying around during the awards ceremony, but Julianne has different idea. She used the occasion to dress up again, wearing a Monique Lhuillier Spring 2018 gown with a train longer than her Marchesa gown. I love the ethereal nature of the gown, but I really dislike the clutch here and I feel like she’s a tad overdressed for the occasion.

Sarah Hyland: When I look at Sarah in this Vatanika Spring 2018 LBD, I’m like, “yes, she gets it. She came to party”.

2017 Entertainment Weekly Pre-Emmy Party

In advance of the 2017 Emmy Awards on Sunday, Entertainment Weekly hosted its Pre-Emmy Party on Friday (September 15) in West Hollywood, California.

Sophia Bush: This red Stella McCartney body-skimming dress with car wash slits held potential, but I wish the styling had been more complementary. A tonal red sandal like the Edie Parker clutch would have provided a more streamlined effect but I would have stopped the red at the makeup—red eye shadow is always a tough look to pull off.

Padma Lakshmi: The ‘Top Chef’ host also went bold with the eye shadow, hers an intense shade of violet. However, her sultry Cushnie et Ochs Spring 2018 floral-embroidered dress commanded enough attention on its own. I love that she didn’t resort to black pumps, but I’m wishing for a sandal here.

Mandy Moore
: With a shiny new play on an LBD, the ‘This Is Us’ actress donned a Sally LaPointe Pre-Fall 2017 sequin dress styled with Sophia Webster shoes and a red Jimmy Choo clutch. The style-forward edge of the turtleneck sweater piece grew on me, although at first, I did want to remove it.
