Jean-Charles de Castelbajac’s Fall 2010 “Paris by Knight” presentation was a colourful affair.

The Moroccan-born French based designer is known for his imaginative pieces and strong graphic prints which were presented with a JC/DC twist.

The twist were the playful antelopes horns and bunny rabbits helmets worn by the models.

I loved the Bambi prints. Who knew the old girl was such a diva.

The prints were on leather, sequined and silk dress, plus a short suit. JC/DC also presented cute Bambi shoes.

The casual pieces were based around a dark colour palette injected with stand-out greens, purples, yellows and reds. I loved the yellow knicker bocker pants.

I can’t wait to see Beth Ditto wearing the sequined dress with her face emblazoned on the front.

Here’s the finale. I felt sorry for the poor male model who had to walk with a dog. The dog literally dragged him all over the runway during the show, much to our amusement.

Book Signing For “Dita: Stripteese” at Books and Books, Miami

Normally you can’t stop me gushing about how wonderful Dita von Teese looks, but on this occasion me no likey.

I would have preferred the runway black version of Dita’s Jean-Charles de Castelbajac leopard head maxi dress, to the red one she’s wearing.

Four Seasons George V Hotel, Paris

Victoria Beckham was spotted leaving her Paris hotel last night wearing the 5th piece from her 20 piece Spring 2010 collection.

As much as I want to complain about her 3rd black look in a row I love her Victoria Beckham peplum dress – as previously worn by Blake Lively.

Tres chic. Magnifique from the council estate face lift, to her dove grey Trib Two’s.

Four Seasons George V Hotel, Paris

Earlier today the busy fashion designer was again spotted leaving her hotel.  This time she wore a winter white belted Maison Martin Margiela Fall 2009 wool coat with split sleeves.

It appears that all she’s wearing.

With her burgundy Christian Louboutin heels, white coat and Hermes Himalayan Crocodile Birkin she no doubt turned heads.

She on her way back folks *squeals with excitement*

13th Annual Cracked Xmas, LA

Kim Kardashian looked stunning wearing an asymmetrical Tadashi Shoji Spring 2010 dress.

The midnight blue crinkled one shoulder dress with illusion beaded lace insets flattered her beautiful curvy figure.

She paired her dress with Pierre Hardy Saba sandals.

I wasn’t too crazy about those two shades of blonde extensions she placed in her hair though.

The UNICEF Ball, LA

Some of you may think I always pick on Selena Gomez when I say she dresses too mature for her age.

Its only because when I know she can looks totally outstanding like she does here in her hot pink strapless Notte by Marchesa gown.

The eye-popping colour works perfectly well with her dark hair and her milky skin tone.

Sergio Rossi grey peep-toes and a glittering clutch complete the look.

Friends Without Borders First Annual Los Angeles Gala

Anne Hathaway evokes simple elegance wearing a one-sleeved Dior button-down dress with Christian Louboutin heels.

Loving the hair and neutral make-up.

“The Young Victoria” New York Screening

There is something quite garish about Emily Blunt’s red and black Carolina Herrera dress that leaves me cold.

She’s had much better moments.

11 days and counting until the H&M for Jimmy Choo collection hits stores, but the stars were out to celebrate the collection in LA last night.

Hayden Panettiere probably had my favourite head-to-toe look pairing a Jimmy Choo for H&M sequined zipped black cardigan, with leather pants and a zebra printed bag with studded details from the same collection.

Olivia Wilde wore a black long sleeved Jimmy Choo for H&M dress which is covered in rhinestones.

She picked a perfect pair of heels from the same collection which were also embellished, but it’s her croc Jimmy Choo for H&M clutch I’m lusting over.

I almost cried when I saw Garcelle Beauvais on this red carpet, because I have been cruising H&M Regents Street, Oxford Circus and Brent Cross looking for this Holiday 2009 black long sleeved dress for a while to no avail.

It looks stunning on Garcelle as she paired her dress with a pair of strappy high heels.

I wonder how Tamara Mellon felt when she saw Paris Hilton arrive wearing Louboutin’s.

Paris did look hot pairing the black Jimmy Choo for H&M jumpsuit with a hot pink clutch from the came collection.

The Jimmy Choo Kase oval clutch is still a celebrity favourite on the red carpet.

I can’t believe the jumpsuit is only £39.99.  It’s just be added to my wish list.

Sister Nicky Hilton opted for a batwing sleeved Jimmy Choo for H&M beaded dress which shimmered on the red carpet.

Pairing her dress with silver strappy sandals, Nicky also carried the same starred croc clutch as Olivia.

The ankle boot trend was alive on this red carpet as Rashida Jones paired her Jimmy Choo for H&M grey open-toe and studded heels, with a black dress and a biker jacket.

She also fell in love with Hayden’s zebra print clutch.

Maggie Grace was just that….graceful on this red carpet.

Her ivory dress was accented with black accessories including black patent Jimmy Choo for H&M strappy heels which are number one on my wish list.

M.I.A. can usually be too crazy for my tastes, but on this occasion I love what she is wearing.

She paired Jean-Charles de Castelbajac Spring 2010 blue chiffon blouse embellished in sequins with a shark print motif, with black leggings.

Thigh high Jimmy Choo for H&M boots complete the look.

M.I.A. got animalistic wearing a colourful leopard print Jean Charles de Castelbajac Fall 2009 dress covered in sequins.

Jean Charles de Castelbajac’s Fall 2009 collection was full of muppet inspired pieces, so I’m surprised M.I.A. didn’t opt for one of those.

This bold look was worn with black leggings when the singer performed her energetic set at the “2009 Outside Lands Music Festival” at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco on Sunday.

M.I.A. covered the Beastie Boys’ “Sabotage” and “Intergalactic,” and performed a new track called “Born Free.”

Do you fancy modeling for Jean Charles de Castelbajac?

Jean Charles de Castelbajac is looking for ‘real people’ to model in his London Fashion Week Show.

The designer is launching his diffusion collection JC/DC at the event, so if you’re between 16-25 and you think you’ve got what it takes to impress the fashion pack then send Jean your photo and stats to rsvpcasting@jc-de-castelbajac.com by Monday 7th September.

Before she took to the stage at the 2008 MTV Europe Music Awards tonight, host Katy Perry wore an interesting, yet slightly scary Jean-Charles de Castelbajac Fall 2008 blue dress. The scary part was the eye detail that appeared to be popping out of her chest.

The singer wore her dress with pair of yellow pumps.

She also carried this Leiber Strawberry Cupcake clutch which retails at a staggering $4,295.

Despite the crowd a being mostly British, host Katy Perry sent the crowds at the MTV Europe Music Awards in a excited frenzy when she took to the stage tonight wearing a colourful sequined Jean-Charles de Castelbajac Spring 2009 tunic dress, and with one finger less glove.

But it was not the designer, or the dress they were getting excited about, it was the face on the dress, and that face was President-Elect, Barack Obama.

The model wore one black out of yellow glove saying ‘Yes’, and one yellow out of black glove saying ‘No’.

Katy only opted for the YES glove, quite rightly.

The back of the dress said “I have a dream today.”

To the Mamma Mia! London premiere a few weeks ago, Italian producer and wife of actor Colin Firth, Livia Giuggioli, wore this bright happy yellow face sequined dress, but at that time I did not know the designer.

I have since found out that the dress is from the Jean-Charles de Castelbajac Spring 2008 collection.

The French designer has recently opened a new flagship store on London’s Conduit Street, which stocks his witty-yet-wearable pop-influenced collection of menwear, womenswear, homeware and furniture collections.
