‘The Hunger Games Catching Fire’ Berlin Premiere Menswear Roundup

Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson joined Jennifer Lawrence and Elizabeth Banks yesterday evening in Berlin, Germany for ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ premiere.

Liam Hemsworth: On this occasion the actor donned a ink-blue Hugo Boss suit with black satin lapels which he styled with a black shirt and navy tie, to which he added a David Yurman blue tie pin. I think I would’ve liked this look better if the lapels weren’t black. I don’t know. Just not feeling this one.

Josh Hutcherson: I much preferred Josh’s grey wool-blend Billy Reid three-piece suit, styled with a white dress shirt and striped tie by the same designer. He also sported a tie pin from The Tie Bar, with black shoes rounding out his look.

Which look do you prefer?

Jourdan Dunn In Hugo Boss - GQ Men Of The Year Awards

Jourdan Dunn made the GQ Men of the Year Awards her personal catwalk, as she struck a sultry pose at The Royal Opera House in London this evening.

The British model sauntered out a Hugo Boss Fall 2013 embellished, slit-to-there gown that was missing the runway’s statement hardware belt.

She styled the dress with contrasting crimson, ankle-strap sandals and SHO Jewellery, including a pair of sparkling pendant earrings. Sleek, swept-back locks and a smoldering, smokey eye added even more drama.

Skin was definitely in with this look, given the dangerously high side slit and plunging neckline.

Eye-catchingly appropriate or too much cleavage for comfort?

Natalie Dormer In Hugo Boss - 'HUGO Red Never Follows' Private Viewing

Natalie Dormer attended a private viewing of ‘HUGO: Red Never Follows’, celebrating 20 years of Hugo Boss, at the Saatchi Gallery in London yesterday evening.

The ‘Game of Thrones’ actress wore an ink-blue cap-sleeve dress with a daring, deep-plunging neckline from Hugo’s 20th Anniversary capsule collection which she styled with ornate silver earrings and Hugo Boss hologram accessories.

You may remember that earlier this year, Kate Moss, Rita Ora and Pixie Geldof were early adopters of the hologram accessories trend.

The eye-catching accessories were a great addition to this look, otherwise it would all be about that risqué plunge.

The Saatchi exhibit features some works created exclusively for ‘Red Never Follows’ plus existing artworks that are nevertheless representative of the HUGO mindset. Free to the public, it will run from July 31 – September 1, 2013 at The Saatchi Gallery on Kings Road in London.

Best Dressed Of The Week - Emmy Rossun In Carolina Herrera & Gerard Butler In Hugo Boss

There were at least six people I could’ve picked for Best Dressed this week, but I eventually selected the lovely Emmy Rossum in her Carolina Herrera gown. As I said in my earlier post, she was the picture of perfection.

When it came to the guys I was always going to pick a summery look so, like you, I selected Gerard Butler in his cool blue-and-white Hugo Boss suit worn to the Wimbledon men’s final.

I hope we get to see more summery suits this week.
