Hailey Baldwin In HUGO – Out In London

Hailey Baldwin has been making fashion statements on and off the runway during London Fashion Week, turning heads on Saturday (September 16) with a sunny yellow ensemble.

Injecting some joy, the model sported a HUGO Spring 2018 crinkle suit. Updating the traditional suiting silhouette, the jacket featured statement shoulders while above-the-knee shorts replaced the typical trousers. A whisper of a transparent silk top was just seen underneath.

Some might balk at the 1980s styling, but I’m in favour of the statement hoops and chunky black sunglasses. And I like the way she tucked in the sheer top.

I’m still not completely sold on the boots and I wish that the jacket sleeves were tailored to be the proper length. Thoughts?

Gugu Mbatha-Raw In BOSS – 2017 Emmy Awards

Gugu Mbatha-Raw is one I look forward to seeing on the red carpet. Happily, the actress’s appearance at the 2017 Emmy Awards on Sunday (September 17) was certainly worth the wait.

This yellow-green is not a colour that we frequently see on the red carpet, but the bespoke BOSS dress was absolutely dazzling on her. The striking shade enhanced the golden tones in her skin while the textured fabric photographed beautifully.

The coordinating drop earrings and hint of electric lining just visible through the strapless gown’s slits made the outfit even more alluring.

Jimmy Choo ‘Vibe’ sandals were a perfect ending to the ensemble.

Susan Sarandon In BOSS – The Leisure Seeker (Ella & John) Venice Film Festival Premiere

Susan Sarandon attended ‘The Leisure Seeker (Ella & John)’ premiere during the 74th Venice Film Festival on Sunday (September 3), with her favourite accessory in place; her shades.

The actress wore an eye-popping BOSS by Jason Wu gown which exuded sensuality and enhanced her curvaceous figure.

I think the look benefited from the Chopard earrings and rings, but the out-of-place cuff wasn’t needed.

To go with her custom gown, elegant BOSS accessories completed her red carpet look.

I’m praying I’ll look this good at 70-years-old.

Women’s Health and Feed 2017 Party Under the Stars Party

A group of femmes descended on the Women’s Health and FEED’s sixth annual Party Under the Stars in Bridgehampton, New York on Saturday (August 5).

Olivia Palermo: Chic and breezy, Olivia donned a Diane von Furstenberg polka-dot maxi skirt that had a distinct ladylike modernity when paired with a lace ruffle blouse and metallic-accented sandals.

Freida Pinto: You may know Self-Portrait for its feminine, lace frocks. But, with this Resort 2018 ensemble, the brand explored ruffles and pleats in an eye-catching, black-and-white palette that Freida showed off beautifully with Kate Spade New York ‘Orchid’ sandals.

Queen Letizia of Spain In BOSS – Students Residence (Residencia de Estudiantes) Visit

Queen Letizia of Spain visited the Students Residence (Residencia de Estudiantes) in Madrid, Spain on Wednesday (June 14).

Always upholding the ultimate in classic sophistication, she donned a BOSS sheath dress made delightfully feminine with its pastel rose print.

A creamy Felipe Prieto clutch and LODI blush-hued pumps played into the lightness of colour palette with her fuchsia lip adding a pop of bolder tone.

A prim and proper look to be sure, but there would be no denying its strength of elegant composure.

Natasha Poly In BOSS – ‘In The Fade (Aus Dem Nichts)’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Models at the Met Gala and amfAR have been very disappointing the red carpet, so I was delighted to see Natasha Poly’s look for the ‘In The Fade (Aus Dem Nichts)’ Cannes Film Festival premiere on Friday (26 May).

Her BOSS custom dress wasn’t drenched in sequin, slashed to the hip-bone, see-through, repeatative or predictable, yet sexy, classy and graceful.

Yep, it can be done.
