Hervé Léger by Max Azria Fall 2012

I’m not quite sure how Max Azria does it, but every season he does the impossible by reinventing the bandage dress.

For Fall 2012 the designer portrayed feminine strength through equestrian-inspired harnesses.

Harness wide belts, body harnesses, leather stamped python long-sleeve harness shrugs and harness hip belts were paired with the bandage dresses which came in many forms.

Fringed, beaded, diamond print, pleated, jacquard and gowns with chiffon skirts were accessorized with leather boots, cuffs, wristlet clutches, box clutches and stand out animal print clutches.

Abbey Clancy In Hervé Léger – UK Launch Of Lynx’s First Female Fragrance

Abbey Clancy attended the UK launch of Lynx’s first female fragrance at Superdrug on the Strand in London yesterday evening.

The model has recently been trying to shake off her WAG tag, by trying high-fashion looks by Emilio Pucci and befriending Giles Deacon, who designed her wedding dress.

The trouble is, being a footballer’s wife it was inevitable that the WAG uniform would make a return to her closet.

Her bright blue sleeveless Hervé Léger signature bandage dress with a V-neck and a central front zip fastening was teamed with nude pumps.

Smuggling raisins aside, she does look stunning in this dress, which is very event appropriate considering what she was promoting.

Elle Macpherson In Hervé Léger by Max Azria – 2012 NBC Universal All-Star Party

Promoting her upcoming reality competition show, ‘Fashion Star,’ Elle Macpherson attended the NBC Universal All-Star Party in Pasadena, CA, on Friday night.

The supermodel wore a quite sexy leather cut-out cocktail dress from the Hervé Léger Spring 2012 collection.

Elle paired her dress with a simple pair of pointed pumps, rather than the intricate knee-high gladiator sandals seen on the runway.

The former model clearly still has the body to pull this revealing dress off, but at 47, is this look a little too much?

Perhaps as the host of an upcoming fashion show, Elle should have focused on wearing something fashion-forward instead.

Bronze makeup and long blonde waves complete the look.

Milla Jovovich In Hervé Léger by Max Azria – ‘The Three Musketeers’ Tokyo International Film Festival Premiere

Milla Jovovich attended ‘The Three Musketeers’ Tokyo International Film Festival premiere at Roppongi Hills in Japan on Saturday evening.

She smouldered on the red carpet wearing a Hervé Léger by Max Azria strapless dress.

Her black bandage gown is a stunning take on the brand’s beloved signature style.

At first I thought this was a leather bandage dress, but from the close-up the dress is covered in sequins.

Silver Jacob & Co. jewels, Jimmy Choo ‘Suki’ platform sandals and a Jimmy Choo ‘Cosma’ clutch provided the perfect finishing touches.

Elisabeth Moss In Herve Leger by Max Azria – The Academy Of Television Arts & Sciences’ Writers Peer Group Pre-Emmy Event

Elisabeth Moss attended an event to celebrate The 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards held at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre on Thursday.

The actress chose to wear a nude Herve Leger by Max Azria dress.

Her signature bandage dress was paired with matching heels and a Mulberry jewelled ‘Lily’ bag.

Her bag is hand-crafted with 2596 crystals and it takes 18 hours to create - hence the £3,574 price tag.

Elisabeth styled her hair in loose waves and wore pretty makeup including pink blush and lips.

The ‘Mad Men’ star looks amazing in the dress and I’m glad she added the Mulberry bag to bring some excitement to her look.

The only things I would change are her uninspiring heels.

I’m sure many of you would like to change the colour of her dress, as she always seems to favour nudes or neutrals.

Anna Paquin In Hervé Léger by Max Azria & Vince – LA Short Film Festival

Anna Paquin was spotted arriving at the Laemmle’s Sunset 5 Theatre for a Q&A session for her short film titled ‘The Carrier’ during the LA Short Film Festival on Tuesday.

The ‘True Blood’ actress wore a very contrasting look.

Her simple spring white Vince t-shirt was paired with a black Hervé Léger by Max Azria Fall 2011 textured pencil skirt.

The look was accessorized with leopard print platform heels and an Alexis Bittar necklace.

Normally I’m a fan of everything Anna wears, but the skirt feels too heavy for summer.
