Lily James In Hellessy – The Today Show

Lily James was spotting making her way to a studio in New York City for a guest appearance on the Today show yesterday (July 18).

The actress wore a Hellessy Spring 2018 look consisting of a pretty floral top, but the trousers really attracted me to this look.

I love the unexpected element of the floor length side panels that lend feminine, fluid movement to these chic trousers.

Velvet bags are almost as popular as velvet dresses this summer. Her Tyler Ellis rose-pink ‘Lee’ Pouche worked perfectly with her summer in the city look, along with her shades and pink Rupert Sanderson ‘Malory’ pumps.

Natalie Dormer In ba&sh & Hellessy – Wimbledon Championships & ‘In Darkness’ London Screening

Natalie Dormer served up two summer in the city looks for start of the Wimbledon Championships on Monday (July 2) and the ‘In Darkness’ London screening on Tuesday (July 3).

Wimbledon Championships: The actress started off the week in a ba&sh suit with a red lace trimmed cami. I felt this look would’ve felt a lot less like she was honouring the umpire’s stripes had she opted not to wear the blazer.

‘In Darkness’ London Screening: Screenings are often relaxed occasions, so I love the combo of Natalie’s Hellessy Spring 2018 top with the casual Mother jeans, but the look is really amped up with her chic Roksanda ‘Eartha’ bag and Rupert Sanderson ‘ Balance’ heels as they bring some much needed lightness to the look.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge In Hellessy – ‘Killing Eve’ Cannes International Series Festival Screening

Phoebe Waller-Bridge brought a new twist to pretty-in-pink at the ‘Killing Eve’ screening held during the 1st Cannes International Series Festival in France on Sunday (April 8).

As the menswear trend continues to evolve on the red carpet, this Hellessy Spring 2018 ensemble offered up an intriguing variation that married traditional tailoring with modern femininity.

I like how the split, cape sleeves of the plunging double-breasted jacket provide a willowy grace to the suit that was echoed in the wide-leg trousers.

Should you have peeked below the pants hem, you’d have seen a pair of Sophia Webster sandals that no doubt provided a bright flirtation to cap off the look.

Lily James In Hellessy – Dunhill & GQ Pre-BAFTA Filmmakers Dinner And Party

Lily James was a beauty in blue at the Dunhill & GQ Pre-BAFTA Filmmakers Dinner And Party on Thursday (February 15) in London, England.

I was left in awe of the rich mixture of shades in her Hellessy Resort 2018 ensemble. It was so considered that the varying tones extended all the way down to her sandals.

There is a definite romance to the look with all of the ruffles and gathers. Combined with the oceanic colour palette, it almost has a mermaid feel.

It could have come across as out of place or sloppy, especially given the tricky nature of the fabric, but her pared-back styling ensured the look had a sophisticated sense of joy.

It makes me wish people were more experimental with separates on the red carpet.

Allison Williams In Hellessy – ‘Anatomy of a Scene: Get Out’ Hamptons International Film Festival Screening

Allison Williams made her return to the red carpet for the screening of ‘Anatomy of a Scene: Get Out’ during the Hamptons International Film Festival on Sunday (October 8).

I’d venture to say this Hellessy Resort 2018 dress had a certain Hamptons relaxed-chic vibe, so I can understand the selection of it for the screening.

I like the addition of the contrasting sash belt here to further break up the horizontal motif of the frock, which was imbued with additional femininity in the statement sleeves.

Coincidence or not, she fully coordinated with her surroundings and the step-and-repeat behind her.

So, I found myself wishing for a different shoe rather than the Jimmy Choo ‘Romy’ red pumps that blended into ground. A sandal or the ballet-pink pumps from the lookbook would have been preferred.
