‘The Lost City Of Z’ LA Premiere Menswear Roundup

A trio of handsome faces joined their co-star Sienna Miller for ‘The Lost City Of Z’ premiere on Wednesday (April 5) in LA.

Charlie Hunnam: The actor stuck with a colour that suits him so well in this deep blue Gucci ensemble paired with Christian Louboutin shoes. The beauty of the suit was in the small details with its delicate dashed pinstripe that was likewise enhanced by the subtle whimsy of his bee-printed tie.

Tom Holland: Continuing his run of sharp tailoring, Tom chose a double-breasted, charcoal-gray Emporio Armani suit that he wore with effortless ease despite its all-buttoned-up appeal.

Robert Pattinson
: At first glance, you may have found this Dior Homme suit to be quite plain. But the midnight-navy piece features a unique mottled texture, accessorized by the gleam of patent black dress shoes.

Kristen Schaal In Gucci – Late Night with Seth Meyers

Kristen Schaal stopped by the ‘Late Night with Seth Meyers’ show on Thursday (March 30) in New York City.

Glam cowgirl met retro golden girl in the actress/comedian’s Gucci look that was chock-full of quirky personality—from the bee-embellished button-down to the metallic plisse skirt and patent red shoes.

And, while I have a feeling I wouldn’t have liked this ensemble on most, Kristen carries it off with the right charm along with styling that reflected the mood via vintage pin curls and a red lip.

Would you agree?

Liberty Ross In Gucci – ‘Ghost In The Shell’ New York Premiere

The ‘Ghost In The Shell’ New York premiere on Wednesday (March 29) delivered knockout looks from Scarlett Johansson and Juliette Binoche, with Liberty Ross also making a striking statement.

Leading with a mood of ’80s-inspired excess, her Gucci Fall 2016 gown served up extravagance in its pouf-y shoulders, shiny sequins, and loud graphic patterning.

And, the look wasn’t without its own sexy factor in the sheer tulle layering and visible side cleavage.

Simple styling was paramount for this flashy dress, so I would have liked to have seen her hair pulled into a sleek updo instead to increase the sophistication factor.

Kirsten Dunst In Gucci – CinemaCon 2017

Kirsten Dunst attended a Focus Features luncheon at CinemaCon 2017 on Wednesday (March 29) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Her Gucci Pre-Fall 2017 dress provided a different take on luncheon-chic attire, with its blossoming chaos of garden flowers and serpents.

Extracted from the over-the-top styling of the lookbook, the frock stood quite well on its own.

Her makeup may have been a bit heavy-handed for such as dress, as it could have done with a more au naturel beauty approach.

Charlize Theron In Gucci – CinemaCon 2017

Charlize Theron was at CinemaCon 2017 on Wednesday (March 29) in Las Vegas.

From ‘The Fate of the Furious’ actress, we have recently seen both edgy and elegant looks. Here, she explores a rampant, girly femininity in this Gucci Spring 2017 floral-print dress.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how the look had been modified off the runway, as it fell more in the vein of Charlize’s chic style without the yellow flower embellishment and sequin tights.

And, the vibrant, violet colour alone was like a call to spring.

Yet, I have a feeling some may still see it as a bit twee for Charlize. What do you make of it?

Dakota Johnson In Gucci – Elton John’s 70th Birthday

Unlike Katy Perry and Heidi Klum, Dakota Johnson skipped the red carpet for Elton John’s 70th birthday held on Saturday (March 25) at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood.

When it comes to her three recent looks, the response from you has been less than favourable.

Whether it’s the style, the fit or the styling; Dakota has failed to get you typing “this is BDOTW worthy”.

Her Gucci Pre-Fall 2017 dress really packs a punch with its bold floral hues which pop against the black backdrop, and the plunging neckline which is tempered by the long sleeves.

It may not be BDOTW worthy, but does this Gucci dress finally see you liking a Dakota Johnson look in 2017?
