Natalia Vodianova In Givenchy Couture – 2017 BRIT Awards

Natalia Vodianova stunned on the red carpet at the 2017 Brit Awards on Wednesday (February 22) in London, England.

The Russian model looked statuesque and gorgeous in this Givenchy Couture gown, and bought all the glamour needed to the Brit Awards.

Every Givenchy Couture collection is full with pieces that include exquisite details and fabrication, and this one is no exception. 3D embroidery, feathers and a lace body suit underneath all come together in this complicated, visually stunning confection.

If I’m nitpicking, the spray of feathers at the neckline might be a little much, but that doesn’t take away from this stunning look.

The Naked Heart Foundation’s Fabulous Fund Fair

A collection of bold beauties were out in support of The Naked Heart Foundation’s Fabulous Fund Fair in London on Tuesday (February 21).

Natalia Vodianova: The model is known to favour red for this event, and she played favourites again with a bright crimson Givenchy Spring 2017 frock enlivened with fringe—although she could have continued the colour theme down to her shoes. With the high turtleneck, I do think her hair would have been better served in a sleek updo.

Karlie Kloss: The Louis Vuitton Spring 2017 collection has been hit or miss on the red carpet, but Karlie was up for the challenge with this black sheer gown. Both her statuesque height and her simplicity of styling were beneficial here.

Kristin Scott Thomas: Understated was not in the actress’s vocabulary, at least not for this event, as she brought out all the bells and whistles for this Fendi Resort 2017 off-the-shoulder jumpsuit. One would think the flowers and butterflies printed on her outfit would have been quite sufficient, but that was only the beginning with piles of bangles and scarves adding an eccentric, gypset spirit. Of course, her hair was having its own party.

Robert Pattinson In Dior Homme & FKA Twigs In Givenchy – ‘The Lost City of Z’ London Premiere

Robert Pattinson’s main man for ‘The Lost City of Z’ Berlin premiere may have been Charlie Hunnam, but for the London premiere on Thursday (February 16), he had a special plus-one in girlfriend, FKA Twigs, at his side.

FKA Twigs: Showcasing the striking power of a precision tailored jumpsuit, she struck a pose in a Givenchy Spring 2017 look that I loved for its sweetheart neckline fused with tougher, badass spirit. The extreme pockets at the sides, which could have gone extremely wrong, actually worked with her petite frame.

Robert Pattinson
: While the actor has lately been opting for slightly more directional ensembles, he let his girl command all the style-forward attention this time out. So, he went for a traditional Dior Homme dark-navy suit.

Rosamund Pike In Givenchy – The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Rosamund Pike made a special guest appearance on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ on Tuesday (February 7) in New York to promote ‘The United Kingdom.’

While the Givenchy Spring 2017 dress didn’t appear too tight, the actress suffered a bit of a wardrobe malfunction when it apparently split from behind later in the segment.

That aside, the silhouette of the LBD was simple and chic.

It’s the nude colour of the long tank slip underneath that I have mixed feelings about, as it’s giving me a strange faux illusion lining effect.

Adele In Givenchy Couture by Riccardo Tisci – 2017 Grammy Performances

While Adele was glorious in a green Givenchy gown on the 2017 Grammy Awards red carpet on Sunday (February 12) in LA, she also offered up two additional performance looks that were just as compelling for her big night that saw her taking home five trophies.

Look 1: Her first performance gown was a custom Givenchy Couture by Riccardo Tisci piece featuring multi-coloured Swarovski crystals and a plisse skirt. I love how the stained glass pattern, formed by the crystals, illuminated this look and only further increased Adele’s radiance on stage.

Look 2: As her second performance was a tribute to the late George Michael, she wore a more sombre custom Givenchy Couture by Riccardo Tisci gown inspired by the Fall 2012 Couture collection. Darker in form, the look gained its richness from the embossed velvet and cape of fringe that still delivered high on subtle drama.

The first look was my favourite for its vibrant hues. Which did you prefer?
