Kim Kardashian In Givenchy Couture – Daily Front Row’s 3rd Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards

Kim Kardashian served up no surprises wearing Givenchy Couture to the Daily Front Row’s 3rd Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards on Sunday (April 2) in West Hollywood.

There is no denying how beautiful this white Givenchy gown is, but it’s all too predictable for Kim as this stage.

She’s worn similar Givenchy designs before and they are nearly always sheer, so at this point I would like to see something different -and less groundhog day- from her.

Riccardo Tisci left Givenchy back in February, so while we wait for the news about his successor, I will be intrigued to know if Kim will continue to wear Givenchy under the new creative direction of Clare Waight Keller, or will she do what Jennifer Connelly did with Nicolas Ghesquière, and follow Riccardo to his next appointment.

Jessica Chastain In Givenchy – CinemaCon 2017

Jessica Chastain made an appearance during CinemaCon 2017 on Monday (March 28) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The actress wore a Givenchy Pre-Fall 2017 dress which I love for the colourful polka dots, flouncy hemline and punchy yellow pumps which add a feel-good spring touch.

Some have stated that they are yet to love a look from Jessica Chastain in 2017, so how does the spirited look fare?

Dan Stevens In Givenchy – ‘Beauty And The Beast’ NYC Premiere

Dan Stevens was also at the ‘Beauty and the Beast’ New York City premiere on Monday (March 13), joining Emma Watson.

Taking the idea of a standard suit to the next level, the actor was rather dapper in a Givenchy ensemble enlivened by colourful pinstripes.

While it might be presumed that such form of candy-striping would come off as a bit comical, Dan actually wears it so well—especially given that those blue lines in the suit bring out his eyes.

Emma Watson In Givenchy Couture – ‘Beauty And The Beast’ NYC Premiere

Emma Watson has been nothing short of a style thrill while on tour for ‘Beauty and the Beast,’ and the film’s New York City premiere on Monday (March 13) continued in the same vein.

Of the fluffy traditional princess loftiness, this Givenchy Couture gown had none. But what it did have was a darker, dramatic sense of alluring fantasy.

Sweetness and seduction were married together with the sheer crossover bodice and the beautiful, exploded bow at the back that charmed the dress and its long train. In fact, I may have even liked the back of the gown more than the front.

Some might find the slight pompadour effect of her updo a bit mature for the young starlet, but her deep rose-red lip was beautifully suiting to the occasion.

SXSW Film Festival Weekend Roundup

The 2017 SXSW Conference and Festivals kicked off this weekend with a host of stars showcasing a more relaxed set of styles in Austin, Texas.

Charlize Theron – ‘Atomic Blonde’ premiere: The actress looked gorgeous opting for a Givenchy LBD where the fluidity of the fabric is beautifully offset by its artful draping. She completed her look with Christian Louboutin ‘Loulouboot’ booties.

Sarah Wayne Callies – ‘This Is Your Death’ premiere: If there was an all-black dress code, Sarah wasn’t buying it. Instead she presented a rainbow of colours courtesy of Tracy Reese.

Rooney Mara -‘Song to Song’ premiere: I love how the lace sleeves temper this boyish Saint Laurent look, but the best thing about this look if the how relaxed Rooney is here. SUSI Studio ‘Emerson’ brogues completed her look.
